This was the second time I hired him for a dui. The first time I hired him I was charged with my 3rd dui n driving while suspended. He got it dropped down to general impairment and 4 months time served Instead of 1-5. So when I got pulled over for an alleged dui which would of been my 3rd dui I reached out to him again. I went to see him and we went over the affidavit and he was confident with the case so hired him again and went to turn myself in. (I had a warrant for violation of probation for new arrest) long story short he got all charges dismissed at my preliminary which also meant I wasn't in violation of probation. Both times I used him I couldn't of I couldn't of asked for a better outcome. He's very good at what he does and I would definitely recommend him for anything driving related. Thanks again Michael!!

I’ve been using Mike as my lawyer for years now and every time I need him, he’s always there for me. This most recent time, I got pulled over for driving with an expired license. He arrived on time at the courthouse and got my charge pleaded down . He knows all of the local judges which definitely helps. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else Mike is the best bar none!!!! He’s a great guy as well.

Made everything easy when it came to getting for my hearing. He also explained everything very clearly and made sure I understood everything, also very personable. Would recommend him to anyone with traffic violations. He brought my charge of overtaking a school bus, to just a fine and traffic school. Where I was facing possible 3-month suspension, 3 points on my record and a fine. Strongly recommend.

I had a property battle dispute with my next door neighbors for 7 years. This story is toooooo long and toooooo detailed to get in to specifics. The reason why it took 7 years was because my neighbor's attorney was slow with his responses with my attorney, and he dragged his feet with his communications to get the process done. But, to make a long story short Frank Caiola is my attorney and he won my property battle for me. I am now granted sole owner of the property my neighbors thought they had owned (which was never recorded at The Record of Deeds, etc.) and they do not have adverse possession. This property battle was definitely a VICTORY and we won!

Honors from reputable organizations reflect expertise and a positive reputation.
  7. Consultation Assessment:

  8. Ask for References:
A credible lawyer should be willing to provide references from past clients.

What Should I Prepare for My First Consultation?

To make the most of your initial meeting with a lawyer, come prepared with:

  1. Relevant Documents:
Bring all documents related to your case, such as contracts, correspondence, legal notices, court papers, or evidence.

How Much Does a Lawyer Cost?

The cost of hiring a lawyer varies widely based on several factors:

  • Fee Structures:
    • Hourly Rate:
Lawyers may charge anywhere from $150 to $500 or more per hour, depending on experience and location.

For ongoing services, businesses might pay a monthly fee for a set number of hours or services.
