John is one of the best lawyers you could possibly hope to work with in the Lehigh Valley. Why can I say that with confidence? Because I've worked or consulted with > 10 other lawyers over the past 5 years; John has represented me on 4 cases in the last 4 years; and John has consistently exceeded all expectations while blowing other lawyers out of the water.
In one case, outside of John's legal specialty, he managed to accomplish EXACTLY what I asked for despite another lawyer, who specialized in the area of law for 30+ years, stringing me along for multiple months and saying that what I was asking for was IMPOSSIBLE. Well, John accomplished the impossible then!
Outside of his legal, analytical, and financial brilliance, John keeps things light with a nice sense of humor. He's an all around upstanding, great person that you can trust.

Ron is a very respectful and a straight shooter attorney. He's fair with pricing and does not waste your time. I had two lawyers prior before hiring Ron. I wish I would've met him first. He does not let anything slide and will argue the law as is. No games. No drama.

Attorney Shaughnessy is a terrific lawyer! I hired him in 2007 to help me with a medical malpractice case. Other lawyers turned down my case, but after carefully examining the history, Ed decided to take my case. We won our case initially in court, but the defendant appealed the decision. After six years and several appeals, we won. Our winning is due to Ed's persistence, knowledge, and experience. I recommend Attorney Ed Shaughnessy to anyone who is in need of an attorney. Attorney Shaughnessy handled a complex law suit against my former employer. His ability to listen and quickly identify the salient points was excellent, as was his ability to clearly communicate the legal position and options. Ultimately, we were successful in settling the suit due to Attorney Shaughnessy's analysis of their responses and motions, strategic filing of motions, and communication and negotiating with their attorney, who happened to be from a very large Philadelphia law firm.

While writing my and wife's will Mr. Shaughnessy noticed that I had supplied incorrect information, information that I did not think critical to our estate. Mr. Shaughnessy explained that this certain information was indeed critical and could cause severe problems. We could not thank him enough.
Since he is the sole attorney his schedule is almost always filled, but no matter how busy he is he returns our phone calls within an hour (we have heard the same from other of his clients as well). Intelligent, patient, Mr. Shaughnessy is just about the best lawyer you could ask for. Any friends we hear needing legal help we recommend him.

I have retained T for over 15 years or so. I'd like to think I can judge an attorney's quality. Through the years, I have worked and been friends with numerous attorneys who are considered excellent by their own peers....including Harvard Law, major Wall St firms and Europe in many facets of the practice. Further, my father was in the judiciary and I think I have a pretty good understanding of what it takes to be exceptional. If someone asks me who my attorney is (although I use several for various specialties,) I say Theresa. T has gone above and beyond so many times for friends and myself. If I chose one special quality in addition to her utter competency and professionalism it is TRUST. I have known T's family since I was a child and law is in their blood. Just good people. We have all heard the nefarious remarks about attorney's and their kinship to sharks. T couldn't be farther from this stigma. I sat with Theresa this week to discuss some business matters and it was more like having coffee with a friend. No rush. I have walked courthouses with Theresa, and, it is obvious she is well known and well respected by the many walking the halls. And, the bonus is Autumn and Jen are the best! I noted the comments by the person (since disproven) which said she did not return calls, etc. Hello? Have you ever worked with an atty before? An atty does not call back unless they have something to tell you. Think about it.....legal wheels turn slow...it saves you billing for wasted phone time . A unique thing with T's staff is they are "up-to-speed" at all times....I can't tell you how many times I have called with a question and they dealt with it in a 30-second call. You won't get that with most attorneys. The office is run like a family....just what you want when dealing with nerve-wracking issues. Professional, classy, thorough....pals. Recommended unequivocally.

I have struggled with finding the right attorney for years hired 3 others before I found Mr. Thomas. He got me my divorce in under a year! This was no easy task my ex had his brother defending him so he had the luxury of no attorney fees and I have 3 children. I was always getting threatened by the other party to take my money , but Bruce was there there to let them know they had no grounds and I felt like I had someone on my side for the first time. Divorce is not any easy thing but having an attorney like Bruce made a little bit better. I am also using his services for child custody and again he is doing an excellent job of making sure my child’s welfare is being protected.

I was charged with a DUI and looking at a record and possible jail time. Mr. Thomas was able to step in with only one day to prepare, discover evidence, and represent me in court. With his ability to put together the pieces of that night, and understand the conflict from my point of view he was able to successfully defend my rights as a citizen. When the verdict of not guilty was rendered I was more than happy with Bruce's service and would recommend his experience and expertise in DUI cases to anyone!

Mr. Lewis has provided us with excellent legal advice and service on several real estate transactions (contract review; house purchase; road maintenance agreement, etc.). This includes an agreement he wrote for a house purchase which ultimately had to be cancelled due to numerous issues found during house inspection. He wrote the agreement so that we were able to walk away based on findings and with return of deposit. He is very well experienced and extremely knowledgeable and we always know he is in our corner working to protect our interests. In addition, he is very personable and patient in explaining legal matters. He has my highest recommendation.
