Last year my business partner and I purchased some equipment from an out of state vendor to expand our services. The equipment turned out to be faulty. We had no clue how to seek a proper refund or what course of legal action deemed necessary. We hired Mr. Singh to help us with our demand letters and what route to take legally. His legal mind and swift assistance in our case was not only helpful but rewarded us a full refund for the equipment plus damages. Mr. Singe laid out all of our options in layman"s terms and was very easy to deal with. I hope we don't need an attorney again in the near future, however if so, Mr. Singe has gained our trust and business. The personal touch he gave our case made it relaxing in such a stressful time. I got a speeding ticket recently as I was traveling on I8 headed Eastbound on my way to Arizona. I live in San Diego so this was a major inconvenience. I searched diligently for attorneys in the El Centro area and found Andrew Williams. He was very personable and I appreciated how he took the time to answer all my questions. He went to court 3 times on my behalf since the judge kept continuing the case (the officer wasn’t cooperating with the declaration process). Andrew’s knowledge of general principles as well as subtle details is stellar. He is very organized and approached the case in a systematic way which would catch even the best prosecutor off guard. His overall technique was flawless which led him the win the case! If you need a great attorney, I highly recommend Andrew Williams.

When I went to Childers and Associates I was living a nightmare. I had to resign my dream job in law enforcement, I was facing felony charges, and a potential prison sentence, and I hadn’t done anything wrong. My ex-wife had falsely accused me of domestic violence, she’d promised she ruin my life and now she was attempting to do it.
In our first meeting, as soon as Mr. Childers and I began speaking he put me at ease, and unlike some lawyers he was easy to understand, and he took the time to listen to me. I made it clear that I would not plead guilty to anything since I had done nothing wrong, and Mr. Childers agreed he would fight my case until it was dismissed or we won at trial.
In court, at our first hearing with witnesses, Mr. Childers was able to cross-examine my ex-wife exposing her lies, it went so well that at the end of the hearing he was able to convince the judge that my case should not be a felony and it was reduced to a misdemeanor, this was a big win but we weren’t done fighting. For some reason, the DA would not budge on my case, so we had take my case to trial. I have never been through anything like this before, it is stressful, but it always made me feel good that Mr. Childers was confident in my innocence and in his ability to convince a jury of it too.
My trial was nerve wracking but also so enjoyable watching Mr. Childers skillfully expose lie after lie after lie being told by my ex-wife. He used text messages I had given him and confronted my wife with them after each lie, and with others he used voicemails, taking my ex’s own voice and using it to expose more lies. It seemed like Mr. Childers was running circles around the DA. Every time the DA tried to do something my lawyer was prepared and knocked it down time after time. As I sat through the trial, especially Mr. Childers final argument to the jury, I knew I could not have made a better choice for my lawyer, I knew I was getting my life back. I was right, the jury took less than an hour (45 minutes) to find me not guilty. At the end of the trial I knew that I wasn’t just a case to Mr. Childers but he actually cared, and I’m grateful that he worked so hard to help me.
I’m sorry this is such a long review, but so much happened that I don’t know how else explain it. Let me finish by saying, I can say without any doubt that if you need a lawyer, you have to hire the best and there is no question that Mr. Childers and his firm Childers & Associates are the best.

I was very pleased with Mr. Honse. I was scared, but he was always so positive and upbeat. El Centro is a small town and it helped having an attorney, like Mr. Honse, who was well-known and obviously very respected. He knew just what to do and who to talk to. Two months after the case was over I had a problem with my insurance company. I called Mr. Honse and he was glad to help me and told me there would not be an additional fee. I could not be happier.

I was falsely accused of domestic violence. My girlfriend admitted that she had lied but the police still would not drop the charges. Mr. Honse was very calm and reassuring. He kept saying the District Attorney would not take the case seriously unless I was willing to go to trial and fight. On the day the jury trial was scheduled to start, the Distict Attorney told the court they did not have enough evidence and they dismissed the case. Thank you Mr. Honse. I was ready to give up but you refused to allow me to plead guilty to something I did not do.

The California DVM revoked my son's driver's license for not getting a medical exam as recommended to them by a California Highway Patrol Officer nearly a year a half ago. He was never notified to get a medical exam or that his license was revoked. Last December he was stopped for a stop sign violation. Surprise, my son's license was no good. He gets a stop sign charge (which he pleads guilty) the license he has in hand gets taken and the car is towed to the impound yard. He gets charged with a misdemeanor. My son got his license reinstated. Mr. Harter straightened the legal requirements out and met with with court at each step of the way. No charges were upheld by the court.

I have used Mr. Beaudikofer multiple cases, for a family case (divorce & child custody), immigration for some family members and he was definitely a lifesaver for a criminal case. He is extremely honest, fair, and extremely knowledgeable, not to mention that his prices are definitely low compared toother attorneys in and out of the area. He will not sugar coat the real situation, and will tell you the truth where you stand on your case . He explains everything from step 1 to the end. He is definitely the attorney to go to, you will get at least 40 years of experience. This is a small firm that has been around for at least 20 years, that tells you a lot if he's still in business. I truly recommend him 100000%.

Went to her back in March of 2021 and she wanted a $2,500 retainer fee a couple of days later she called and said that due to the circumstances of the case, she would need another $2,500. She told me it would take about 3 months for my divorce. Today, 12-20-2021, 8 months after she told me it would take about 3 months, I called her office and was told that she no longer works out of that office and was given a new phone number for her.
I called her new number and i had to repeat my first and last name to the person who answered the phone about 5 times and was told afterwords that they would get back to me also sounded like either her daughter or some high school kid doing part time work answering the phones.
one got back to me and this was approximately 6 hours after i called to find out about my divorce case status. Very unprofessional and over expensive, but even though i have not gotten any updates on my divorce status, I have gotten invoices for services rendered which have been none, except taking my money!!!!!

Worst Attorney EVER. He will never contact you to give you any updates on your case. Good luck if you hire him. You will have to call 30 times before someone comes back to you with any information. All he cares about is money. Thanks to this Attorney my uncle lost his case because he never told him he had to go to court and neither him or my uncle showed up. Anyone else had the same issue contact me. I guess this is not the first case someone loses for not giving correct information. He is a lazy liar and will NOT FIGHT for your case. Like another review said. He will ONLY agree on everything. I will be getting signatures with proof of who else lost there case thanks to this thief not moving a finger. I actually had to get information on the other parties Attorney to tell ME my uncles attorney didn't fight for anything and that to be honest he was only taking my uncles money. It was an easy case he said because he didn't fight for my uncle. Don't tell me you didn't get my uncles case because I will expose EVERYTHING with proof on social media. Zero communication from you and when my uncle finally got ahold of you you would give him an attitude threatening you would leave the case. Yes of course after my uncle paid you for doing NOTHING.

Mr.Garcia did a great job defending me in court and assisting me in receiving my Restraining Order. The only issue with his services was the time he took to file my court documents. Our last court date was in early December, when I was granted my restraining order, and he did not file it with the court until the first week of February. I know Holidays made things delayed, but he could've filed the documents the same day of our last hearing. His justification was that the court gave him issues filing, which I honestly don't believe. Mr.Garcia also took several days to respond to my emails and calls which made me feel lost and upset. For the amount of money, I paid I believe he could've done a better job.

Este abogado fue un angel para nosotros, no saben el desespero de tener alguien detenido y no saber por donde empezar, en la oficina del abogado nos ayudo Juan su asistente, por telefono, desde antes de contratarlos, fue muy amable, nos dio informacion del proceso, nos ayudo a encontrar a nuestro familiar, ya que nadie nos daba informacion de ella, pero ellos si la encontraron, la visitaron y le dieron las instrucciones para poder salir, ella no alcanzo a completar un mes en el centro de detencion, y ahora ya esta libre, gracias a Dios, al abogado Bracho, y a su equipo, yo no soy buena recomendando a nadie, pero en este caso me baso en el hecho de que ella esta afuera, y en un proceso de legalizacion. Por esta razon me atrevo a recomendar al Señor Bracho.

This lawyer is horrible! So do not waste your money! He filled out an Asylum application for my husband that was incorrect with false information. My husband had to physically correct the errors on his Asylum application. The lawyer was given information/paperwork that could have helped my husband's case , but he never submitted the paperwork for it to be part of the case. He never kept in touch with my husband or I about my husband's case. He would show up to court unprepared and was very unprofessional. He never once said anything in court to help my husband in his case, my husband did all the work and pretty much fought his own case the entire time (he was detained for 13 months). I paid $6500 for this lawyer to just show up to court and not say anything in my husband's favor. He even laughed at my husband during court, when the immigration judge was making fun of my husband's case. I never was able to obtain any copies of my husband's case records after requesting them numerous times. He was very unprofessional the rare times he would reply to my emails as well. My husband lost his case and I basically threw away money, because this lawyer was garbage. He claimed he could do so much for my husband and get him bailed out (we got a $50,000 bail and never bailed out). It was very unethical of this lawyer to take my money knowing he wasn't able to help my husband nor did he want to help my husband. He just wants $$. His two staff members are idiots as well. Don't bother with this lawyer, he has no experience, manners, is very unethical, does not speak or write fluent English. Este abogado les va a robar su dinero, so no lo contraten. No les va ayudar! This lawyer is good at BS talk so don't fall for it. Seek help else where and do research before you hire a lawyer. NC

A few years ago I had a case where she had to represent me against an abuser (don’t wanna go into too much detail) but I had another DA first who moved out of district so at some point, this DA was then part of my case. I never knew when and never heard from her UNTIL the abuser/criminal in my case was having his sentencing date. She agreed to a plea from their side without reaching out to me AT ALL. Very disappointed and already felt very unsupported throughout my case. She then gave a whole speech about how my cases don’t work out for the best and I need to just settle. She was very rude about it and was speaking very passive aggressively towards my mom and I. Then in court on the sentencing day we pointed out some of those things and we again were disappointed in how things went and then she began to get all loud and defensive before accusing my mom of not believing me of the situation and saying she just let things happen. As for that, it was not true. Truly disgusting behavior. I got thrown into this crazy life matter and into this traumatic experience and for her to act the way she did and make me see clearly how unjust the system can be and make me feel that unsupported was really sad. Highly recommend DO NOT hire her if you have that option.

We hired Danuta Tuszynska to help our indigent relative with a nonviolent criminal case. We would probably had a better result with the state appointed attorney. He was convicted and had significant jail time. She was a pleasant person but didn’t seem able to do a good job.
