Packet Law Corp was wonderful. They were better priced as far as their service fee, and you could call them and you could get answers. They are professional, direct, and don't give you the runaround. My taxes were a mess before going to Packey Law but they helped get everything sorted out and were patient with me through the process. I really appreciated the attention to detail and felt like they made my taxes a priority. My husband and I will definitely be going back to Packey Law next year for our taxes.

Eva is an excellent attorney. I appreciated the personal and specific service she provided. Our wills and trust documents were not standard in any way. That did not bother Eva at all. She thought through all of our issues and developed specific legal documents to meet our needs. And she resolved potential issues and anticipated and resolved future points of contention. I am incredibly thankful to Roland Tiemann and his amazing team for their outstanding representation throughout the terrifying and stressful false accusations from my ex and found it in my best interest to get the best legal representation after spending almost 2 days in jail. After Interviewing many very impersonal lawyers I found Roland Tiemanns law firm on Super Lawyers and gave him a call after seeing all the glowing reviews from former clients.
From our first conversation he was the only lawyer who seemed to genuinely care
about defending me and provided me with honest guidance around the situation rather then pressuring me into emptying my pockets for his help which meant the world to me as someone who’s never gone through something like this before.
Mr. Tiemann assessed my case and assured me my case was very defendable and told me to give him a call back if I’d like his representation.
Later that day I called Mr. Tiemann back and he assigned Mr Aaron Cadiz to defend my case who from the day I met him exhibited a caring nature, compassion, also impressive legal expertise, and showed he is a strong force in the courtroom when it comes to getting his clients the best possible outcome. I still remember the day I was told by the Bias District Attorney that they intended on giving me a year in jail and I could potentially face up to 4 years in state prison regardless of my lack of my criminal history and the evidence I had against these false accusations, and I’m not exaggerating when I tell you I believed my Dreams, Jobs, and Life itself were over; Aaron noticed how upset and terrified I was and I will forever remember what he said to me right after.

Aaron always stayed in contact, remained informative, and gave me the peace of mind knowing I had a high class lawyer who knew the ins and outs of the entire situation on my side, and of course got me the charge reduced and the outcome that we planned for all along and told me to give him a call after two years of my probation to get it expunged oh and did I mention,
No Jail Time!

I have given this review a full year to sit before posting in case my opinion has changed, but it has not. Cheryl did the bare minimum when it came to my custody case and was completely unprepared when it came to cross examination during trial. Although the case was open/shut and 50/50 schedule was eventually implemented, Cheryl and opposing counsel managed to drag the full trial out to 6 full afternoon sessions. In addition, the judge went over the 90 day limit in ruling on the case, but Cheryl repeatedly dismissed my concerns about the length of time taking to make this ruling. I would not recommend Cheryl as an attorney, especially to fathers going to trial. She will not work very hard for you, not stand up to bullying by the Court and will treat you like your concerns are trivial.

Used him as my lawyer and I fully regret it. Never contacted me to update me on my divorce. Always had to go in to figure out what was taking so long with the paperwork and would always beat around the bush and give me some BS excuse. And when I did hear from him, it was him sending me a bill or letting me know he needed more money. So while he did absolutely nothing for my case, he still charged me thousands of dollars...for what?? But the receipt says he charged me $160 for "updating his assistant on the case." Give me a break. This guy will charge you an arm and a leg just to walk over to the fax machine. After 18 months of this nonsense, I hired a new lawyer and she got it done in just a few months. If you wanna be taken advantage of and legally robbed, go for it. But do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I researched extensively to find a lawyer who was not only smart (Neil was an Anthony M. Kennedy Fellow) but also unwilling to take anything but the high road. I also wanted an attorney who would listen to my concerns, complaints, and even demands, but still keep me on the high road as well.
In spite of many personal attacks on me and even on Neil by my ex-husband and his lawyer, Neil continued to focus on issues and avoid the low ground that so many divorce cases and custody cases can travel.
In my case, I had an ex who after not paying his full child support for six years and owing over $40,000, decided to take me to court to dispute the arrears and get more custody. Yes, that sounds ridiculous and that is exactly the right word to explain the proceedings that took 6 months due to my ex continually making claims and filings that prolonged the inevitable. Throughout the entire 6 months there were many times I was ready to either throw in the towel, or go for the jugular. In each case Neil clearly laid out the correct course of action and stuck to it.
Not only did he keep me on the right track, Neil kept himself on the moral high ground. My ex and his attorney resulted to personal attacks on Neil in their court filings, but Neil refused to respond and stayed on point. I believe his approach saved me from getting into an even longer battle of he said/she said. He was fair in his billing, honest in his approach with me and my ex, and clearly experienced with the courts and family law.

I called yesterday to inquire about a recent interaction my 79 year old Mother had with this attorney that I had no knowledge of, and only found about inadvertently. I was merely calling to protect my Mother, nothing more . I asked if he could tell me what documents were signed because my Mother had no knowledge of what exact documents were signed. (I had
asked my Mother multiple times what she had signed, but because she suffers from dementia she did NOT know. ) This question was met with EXTREME rudeness, "Ask your Mother! The house belongs to your Mother." Okay, from that comment, I can assume documents were signed affecting the title of my Mom's residence. Thanks for the clue. I said I would talk to my Mother and hung up.
When I arrived at my Mother's, we called the office again to try and get some answers. Again, the response was beyond rude, "Who is this?" I let him know that I was with my Mother and WE wanted some answers. He said "Did you just leave a one star rating on my Google
page?" I replied, "Yes, I did." He then went on to say that he knew I owned a massage business and was a professional, that what I did was vindictive, and he would not talk to me
until I could be a professional. I hung up. He then left me a vm stating he didn't know if we got disconnected, or if I hung up, but he would be happy to talk to me? What?

I contacted Mr. Maples on an Assault Case. Unfortunately, this was not an area his office focused on, but he did talk to me a bit about the case and referred me to a couple attorneys that specialized in that area with good results and reviews.
