I contacted Julie not sure as to whether I needed to set up a will or a trust. I had many questions. Julie was very patient and answered all of my questions. She explained that setting up a trust would be much more expensive and would not be necessary for my situation. She drew up the will, an advanced directive and a financial power of attorney for me, and I could not be more pleased. I found her to be knowledgeable, efficient and very down to earth. I had been trying to create an estate plan for myself for years from various resources I’ve seen online, then I saw a post on Sandhya Tulshyan’s Facebook page about a free seminar for estate planning. I immediately signed up. The webinar was fantastic! The scenarios of what can happen without an estate plan was scary and it reminded me why I need to get this done right away. I worked too hard to have my assets tied up in probate or lost. After the webinar, I attended a free consultation to see what she had to offer. She offered every aspect of estate planning that I could think of and more. For instance, she offers templates for you to document your final arrangements, personal property distribution, filing your mortgage deed of trust, and instructions for funding your trust. It was my first DWI offense and hopefully my last. I was leaving a concert after having some drinks. I felt okay to drive and the concert wasn't far from my house. As I was leaving I forgot to put on my headlights. I saw the cops following me and they eventually pulled me over. The officer asked if I had drinks and I said yes. He asked me to step out the car and I did all the field tests. After doing a breathalyzer they told me they were gonna take me in. At the station I blew .06 the state tried to get me for DWI which is the lesser offense. They claimed I was buzzed driving. Mr Taytor knows the law very well and he is very familiar with all the judges. And more importantly he knows how to the system works. The officers had body cam footage which they failed to present the first court appearance. So Mr Tayter asked for the case to be postponed until they give him the footage to review. The second court date came and the state handed him the footage as he walked into the courtroom giving him no time to prepare beforehand. He asked the judge for the case to be dismissed because the state had ample time to give him the footage but gives it to him as we walked in. And the judge went for it. Case got dismissed and is now expunged. I ended up finding out that I did very well on my field tests and I was upset that I had to go through all of this. But I'm glad that I chose him to be my lawyer. Because he fought for me. Whereas other lawyers I went to wanted me to take a PBJ which is not something I needed on my record

If you have the opportunity to work with Wayne Clark, take it. Please take the time to read this review.
My wife and I were recently forced into bankruptcy and we were also wrongfully accused of committing a fraud in a business deal that led to our bankruptcy. The plaintiffs sued knowing that we did not have the financial resources to defend ourselves. Their reason for such an action is irrelevant here. I was forced to try and defend us without a lawyer.
Our case was complicated; I went weekly to the free legal clinics at the law library in Annapolis and attempted to educate myself in the subtleties of the legal systems. The task was daunting. During that time I talked many attorneys to get help, but we could not afford their services.
I met Wayne at the free legal clinic at the bankruptcy court in Baltimore. He gave me a lot of helpful advice and went back to perusing our case. A few months later I again visited the legal clinic and fortunately for me; I once again met Wayne. I asked if he could guide me in preparing my case.
I wrote a few motions and I asked Wayne to review them. He not only did he review my work; he assumed control of writing the motions I was seeking. He interviewed me and reviewed our documentation at length and he believed in me and our case. He knew that the plaintiffs did not have a creditable case; as he instructed me proving it is a different matter.
He took on this case with an energy and commitment that astounded me. Although he had other cases, he still made me feel as if our case was always at the top of his mind. He seemed to work day and night, he would call me at night, on weekends and during holidays. He pushed me hard to produce the documents that he knew we would need for the case.
As anyone can imagine this case was a very emotional and stressful ride for both my wife and I. Wayne was very good at taking the emotional anger out of the discussion and more importantly he was never afraid to tell me how it was and to take me task.
When we finally got to court, it was obvious that the plaintiff's case was without merit and they agreed to settle out of court by dropping the case. Without Wayne's help, I would have lost the case even though the plaintiff's case was without merit.
If you have the chance to work with Wayne, take comfort in knowing that you dealing with someone who will give you honesty, integrity and commitment.
There are not enough words to describe our gratitude for having Wayne assist my wife and I with our case. If you have the chance to work with Wayne, Take it!!!

Hello I just want to say I called the Civil hotline for free attorney advice. Mr. Wayne Clark picked up and after I explained my situation as far as all of the loan modifications that I have been doing with my bank and their denials. I also explained to him that in a panic state one night, I hired an attorney off a commerical and paid him almost $3,000 to help with a loan modification that was denied. Not knowing that the attorney had possibly done something wrong Mr Clark advised me what I needed to do to get my money back from that attorney. Mr. Clark also advised me in approx 1 hour what I was fearing all along. See I had been fighting to save my home for almost 2 years, thinking I could. He asked me questions and evaluated my salary the home loan as well as the value of my home. In doing that he gave me an assessment of why the bank probably kept dening my loan modification and he made me realize that unless my income increased substantially like ASAP that my chances of saving the home was not great, that was the honesty do I need it. All I did the past two years was kept fighting and the amount of my past due balance increasing, and the bank was letting it happen. The bank has given me unrealistic expectations based on my salary and the likelihood that I would be able to catch up on the past due balance. For the first time in 2 years I was hit with the best reality check that I needed. I went to my church and prayed with my pastor and then contacted a realtor who basically advise me of the same thing. I did exactly what Mr. Clark told me to do and contacted the attorney, told him to give me my money back within one week and if he did not the steps that I was going to take in getting the money back. That attorney panicked to my surprise and did not fight me. I had my money within 4 days honestly, I could not believe it, I thought that money was lost and gone and thrown down the drain. I'm now prepared to move forward and start again. I'm so thankful to Attorney Clark because basically my funds were gone and he helped me get my money back free of charge with his advice. I truly feel he was a God sent and I would refer him to anyone anytime and any day. Thanks again Attorney Clark for all your help, bless you.

My husband and I were faced with bankruptcy due to a failed business deal. We were being sued by my husband's partners and had NO WHERE to turn. Robert Keehner is by far the most caring and intelligent lawyer that I have encountered. He has helped several friends as well as myself. In each case, he is always available to answer your phone calls at any given time. Most lawyers will not do this. He is also a fighter for you and your case. He will advise you and ultimately do what you are asking from him. My experience with other lawyers has shown that they just want the money and really don’t care about your situation. Other lawyers don't even get to know you by name, your just another client. Robert is the opposite. I recommend Robert Keehner as your only option.

Summer 2014 I was in Baltimore, MD for an internship at Hopkins. Two weeks before I left for home, I was driving on a beautiful lush green hillside soaking up nature. Being a current resident of Los Angeles, CA I don't get much of mother nature, so I really appreciated the greenery in MD. As I was driving on the hillside my beautiful moment with mother nature was rudely interrupted by the high pitched sound and bright lights of a buzz-kill cop. I was furious but mostly scared knowing I would have to tell my mom I got a speeding ticket. I soon came to the conclusion that I had three routes I could take with the ticket.
1.) Bite the bullet and pay the fine.
2.) Run to Mexico and drink Dos Equis with the most interesting man.
OR
3.) Take Judge Judy to Law School.
As much as I love a good street taco in Mexico, I quickly decided this was not an option. Now I'm faced with either surrendering, like a fat kid loves cake, or take the law into my own hands the same way our forefathers once did with the Queen of Tea Lovers. I quickly decided I was going to get some hot shot lawyer on a college budget none the less to dual it out with Judge Judy. I quickly asked Siri to get me the phone numbers of every traffic lawyer within a 20 mile radius of me. After reading some of the reviews the Top 20 lawyers were called by yours truly. Within the first five calls the option of handing a fat check over to the USofA seemed more reasonable than what some of these lawyers thought of a college kids budget. I decided to persevere and soon called the delightful Gary Wiessner. 10 seconds into the phone call Gary went from a 4th rounder (because I thought that was all I could afford) to being at the very top of my draft board. After two 360 spins by the planet earth I decided Gary was going to be my representative so I gave him a call. Not only was Gary within my budget he held my hand every step of the way. Gary was very professional on the phone, in person, and in emails; if I had a question he would swiftly get back to me. The best part of all because of the decades of experience Gary had he knew exactly what game-plan to call while at the courtroom. I'm not going to lie I was very scared just handing Gary money and trusting a lawyer to go to court and not just runaway with my money. Gary was able to get me out of the ticket, so my insurance would not find out because in the end that's why I decided to put the Law into my own hands, because as the great GENERAL GEORGE S. PATTON, JR. once said, "A man must know his destiny. if he does not recognize it, then he is lost. By this I mean, once, twice, or at the very most, three times, fate will reach out and tap a man on the shoulder. if he has the imagination, he will turn around and fate will point out to him what fork in the road he should take, if he has the guts, he will take it."

I have an issue with my employer. I was looking many Employer-Employee related Attornies through the website. Finally, I found Ms. Janice William-Jones in the website and I called and left the detail message about my issue. The next day, Ms. Janice Jones-Williams called me back and received all the informations in detail. As the hearing date was less than a week, she invited me immediately to her Office.
