If you look online at her current cases, Margaret’s tactics are to lye & wait and she will do this for months, if not years. She will not contact the DA. She was hardly proactive at all. Her demeanor was polite. But it was not worth more than 5000 alone. Forget the comments below believe me when I say you will play the roll of your own Attorney if you hire this one. Half the time you’re lucky if she reaches out or returns a single phone call/text , & doesn’t make you feel ridiculous for asking questions about your case. please continue looking elsewhere. If I had it to do over again, I would!!

I was so fortunate to find Mr. Nesbitt on my google search when I needed assistance with a realestate issue. He was very knowledgable of real estate law and professional in his interactions with the opposing attorney. He listened to details of the events with patience and understanding and developed a plan of action which yeilded excellent results. He kept me informed at every step and ensured I was included in all necessary decisions.

I highly recommend Pam and the Law Mother team to anyone looking for excellent guidance with regards to creating a trust and protecting their assets. My mom and I were originally looking for help as to the best way to handle transitioning her assets to her 4 children as she recently had a stroke. We were completely lost with regards with what this process looks like, what all is involved and how to best handle this. Luckily enough we found Law Mother and after our first visit with them we knew we found the right law firm to help us navigate through this process. My mom has both assets in Colorado and Florida so we were also worried about how that would complicate things, but the team at Law Mother had their own connections in Florida as well which helped simplify that entire process. Not only was their customer service above and beyond, but the way they explained the process, the do's and don'ts, breaking down the different packages they offer and what would make the most sense for us was all streamlined and easy to understand. Throughout the entire process we felt like we were taken care of and aware of what we needed to do. If there were a higher rating I would give it to them. If anyone at all is even remotely interested in asset protection and estate planning and what all is involved I highly encourage you to call them and have them walk you through their process and your options. At no point did we feel pressured to move forward with their services or confused about what and how they would help us. Jack Kaufman shows from the very get-go that he takes interest in you as more than just a client. Jack wants you to succeed. Jack wants you to live well.
Moreover, Jack managed to achieve an outcome I did not even foresee as a possibility. I gave him little to work with, seeing as I was lost and confused myself with a 5 year outstanding traffic violation. I had no idea where to begin, let alone where we would end up.
Jack's confidence had me resting easy in the back chair within minutes. Not only that, but that confidence never fell by his wayside.

Stephen Burg and David Crough are amazing lawyers! My husband was injured in a motorcycle accident, through no fault of his own, and we were referred to their law firm to pursue a personal injury suit. I honestly couldn't ask for a better lawyer than Stephen Burg. He was there for me for 2 car accidents, of which have changed my life. Not once did I feel like I wasn't important to him. I was in a rear end collision and had a very difficult time getting the defense side to pay for my injuries and accept liability. I am a lawyer that practices in the area of estate planning and elder law. I occasionally run into a problem that I need help with. I have not found a question that Dave Steinhoff does not know the asnwer to. Other lawyers consult him because he is the expert. Individual clients should too.
I have recently testified for him in a probate case where he was the trial attorney. He won his case and did a fantastic job in the trial preparation (which is the key to winning in litigation) and in the courtroom.

We hired Mark Levy because we felt we weren't being treated fairly by American Family Insurance Company. We had significant damage to our house as the result of a storm and our insurance company was refusing to pay for the damage despite an umpire’s judgement. We were feeling very vulnerable and were confused by the legal issue issues in this matter. Mark took the time to explain the legal issues including the strengths and weaknesses in our case. Mark was responsive to our questions and concerns. He was professional, hopeful and honest and not unreasonably optimistic. Everyone in Mark's office was professional, courteous and available. It was never a problem to talk with Mark if we had questions. The other lawyers in his office were always available if Mark was away from the office. Everyone always seem to be up to date in terms of the issues of our case. Throughout the course of this matter his office was in constant communication with us. Ultimately our case was settled in mediation. Mark was a tenacious and tough negotiator. He was excellent partner during the course of this most stressful event. We would highly recommend Mark if you need an excellent lawyer to represent you against your insurance company.

Moreover, Jack managed to achieve an outcome I did not even foresee as a possibility. I gave him little to work with, seeing as I was lost and confused myself with a 5 year outstanding traffic violation. I had no idea where to begin, let alone where we would end up.
