I hired Liz Lubker for my child custody case couple years ago. She was good with paperwork but not with hearings. I don’t know if it is a character or experience but she didn’t speak that much during the hearing and we lost. Even though we got the partial custody all the visitation expenses and distances are on me now. Opposing counsel was much more experienced and confident. Opposing counsel talked all the way during the hearing and Liz Lubker was quiet and that’s how we lost. In my opinion, you need to speak and bring as many facts as possible during 30 minute hearing to change judge’s mind.

I consulted with and then hired Attorney Brian L. McCarthy to represent my daughter in a criminal matter. I paid my daughter's bail, she was released, 4 days later she was re-arrested and locked up because her PO officer put a detainer on her. Attorney McCarthy was very professional and has a vast knowledge of the Chester County and Delaware County legal systems and the way they operate. He is very compassionate and caring, he visited my daughter several times while she was incarcerated not only talking with her but also with her Counselor and PO Officer. He also spoke with me numerous times on the phone and in person concerning my daughter's case. Mr. McCarthy displayed much concern for my daughter making sure that her voice was heard, and that she was treated fairly in the courts and that none of her rights were violated. He fought very hard for her before the Judges and the decision makers. He was able to get my daughter's detainer lifted and the case against my daughter thrown out/all charges dropped! Brian McCarthy has represented me for multiple criminal cases as well as traffic and civil cases in Chester County as well as criminal cases in Delaware County as well. Brian is one of the most brilliant attorneys and his professionalism shows in the court room. He is without a doubt the the best criminal attorney that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I hired Brian McCarthy because of a very multiple complicated cases that other attorneys told me I had no chance of beating, let alone receiving time in prison. (which I never received)
He has a reputation of being one of the best, and it shows with his professionalism in the court room. As well as his communication to his clients, and the piece of mind that he was able to give me through out the stressful times that situations like these cause.
My end results exceeded my expectations by getting my whole case dismissed, as well as other countless out comes for other cases that he gave me results that were told to me by other attorneys that were impossible. I truly believe Brian is one of the top criminal attorneys in Chester county as well as Delaware county.

Brian was extremely patient and knowledgeable in assisting us as a family while working through the legal system for our college aged son. 100% accessible by phone, email and text and quickly responsive in calming 'mom' in many concerns I had. Very interactive at court with the judge and authorities and made a scary situation for our family more comfortable. I was referred to Tina Weber by a long time friend. Having consulted with and met with several attorneys prior regarding a HIGH conflict custody relocation matter. Tina was the first and ONLY attorney to actually listen to me. Tina took the time to make me feel heard as she was genuinely interested in the details and specifics of my situation. She really did the work to understand the complexities of my case. Not only was Tina responsive to my calls, emails and texts, I never felt she was unavailable or too busy with other cases to really provide the attention I was looking for, which has been my experience in the past. I retained Tina for a VERY complicated custody case in April 21' and I have been blown away with her intelligence, dedication, legal knowledge and passion to represent what is fair and true. Tina is one step ahead of foreseeable legal roadblocks at all times and I have the utmost confidence in her as my child's voice. Kristen is very knowledgeable about estate planning and it was a pleasure to work with her. so I’m gonna be very fair and honest on my review. My initial interaction seem to be positive and really understanding when it comes to my disability but the reason I’m giving a one star is the attitude I got from Ed Sweeney when I felt like he wasn’t really listening to the bottom line of my situation I got terminated from a work hostile environment when I filed the EEOC complaint, it’s like he expected to wait for that. The reason I came to him was to get a fair shake on a company that wrongfully terminated me for something. I never did. I kept getting harassed and retaliated against at my job for my disabilities, and also my gender attributes, it’s like I lost perspective with the attorney. He was being very specific and did not have any willingness to figure out what kind of case or approach I would have. He was only looking for an easy win without doing the research and figuring out in the law where we could go from there. The United States has a lot of protection against people that are disabled, which is the ADA act. I felt like as an employment attorney he should’ve known how to orchestrate between the ADA act as well as dealing with workplace retaliation. This is what I was truly looking for all the evidence I had he never even asked to listen to recordings or even see what was said between the employers and I just to make assumption what he said she said when I did record my managers from my job. They were aware of this. I felt like doing the first call and interaction of his was literally merely pointing out my flaws and kind of chastising me for it like I kept them on the phone too long. but yet he was the one that decided to call me 10 minutes before dinner. The lady in the office was very polite and very helpful 99.9% for sure she was a sweet lady that was very helpful by the name of Grayce. I was having issues though trying to figure out how to word her how I wasn’t really feeling it with Sweeney when I tried talking to Grayce about that he interrupted and grabbed the phone from her and started getting short with me, saying as if I was a problem then he sits there and says I’m not gonna work with his wife, which I didn’t even know the other attorney was his wife because Grayce never told me it was Miss Sweeney. I think the main problem I have with this place was the fact that I lost perspective of my case I felt like I really didn’t get a fair assessment and I felt like the attorney did not care about the situation personally himself. I guess he doesn’t deal with many people with my situationthat I wrote on the stars that what I feel of my experience I’m not gonna sit here and tell someone else not to go to this attorney he probably for certain people, of course, but in my situation, he did not work out for me though so the star is not the damage is reputation. It is to let you know my feelings on my experience with this place give them a shot. Hopefully they work better for you but for me I’m out.
