What to say about Tanya Helfand, Esq.?? Well, to start, by nature I am an exceedingly critical and pessimistic person who is able to filter out BS or anyone attempting to play me. So…with that being said, in Tanya you won’t get anything but Grade A++ service, no nonsense and, most importantly, a NO BS attorney who also cuts through any BS from the opposition. She represented me in a divorce action with the opposition being a large firm whose operating standard seemed be “we guarantee incompetence along with procrastination”. Yet, Tanya was always driving and pushing on my behalf. She is small in stature but don’t be fooled - with her you are getting a pit bull terrier in lawyer form. While I may sound like a public relations rep hired by her, I’m absolutely NOT - I’m just a fully satisfied customer who appreciated her top shelf service, her dedication to her profession and my needs.
Can she be brusque?? Yep…but only necessarily so in order to cut through the crap and keep you on track while keeping your fees down rather than let you blather on and run costs up with extraneous questions or emails.
Look, if you want someone who will tell you what you want to hear, make empty promises and blow smoke up your butt - look elsewhere. But if you want an attorney who will fight tooth & nail for you, always looking out for your best interests while also telling you like it is, Tanya Helfand is the best choice in an attorney…. anywhere.

If he doesn’t know or understand something you’ve said, he’ll ask you to explain further. He doesn’t assume anything. He’s very detail oriented. Jon will be fully engaged in your case and is best described as “all in” once the wheels of justice begin to turn. Jon also will tell you what you need to know not what you want to hear. He’ll give you the good news and the bad news. As the case twists and turns, Jon takes the time to explain it to you so you understand it and what ramifications it has for your case. Company disability policies are very difficult to interpret. I knew there was something wrong but did not have the legal expertise to file a claim on my own. I was very happy with the work Brielle did as an associate to the Bianchi Law Group. She was always on top of everything and made me feel confident about where I stood - which is a big thing to say because I was not confident at all initially, and I pretty scared about the possible outcomes. She always knew the answers to my questions and was easy to talk to in person, and she would always get back to my emails and texts surprisingly quick. She informed me of the realistic outcomes and how they weighed so I was able to anticipate what would happen. She filed motions that helped my case and overall knew how to get stuff done. I just happen to come across Ronald Wronko by chance and he turned out to be an amazing lawyer. I actually had 2 cases and he handled both. He always responded in a timely manner and explained things in detail taking time so I could understand the terminology and aspects of what each step of the case meant. Even when there was down time between my participation in the cases Mr. Wronko would check in with me. During depositions is when I really earned respect and admiration for what a great lawyer he is. I was being questioned intensely by the other attorneys and Mr. Wronko on a few occasions would intervene and shut down the other side. His dedication and tenacity for representing people who have to go up against the so called "giant" corporations is nothing short of commendable. Needless to say both cases were a positive outcome for us and believe me when I say Mr. Wronko earned every dollar from each case and he was well worth the price. I would hire him again without pause because I haven't met many lawyers that give his field a good name but he is exceptional. He shows genuine concern for his clients and really puts all his effort into his cases. Going through a suit can be very distressing and uncertain but Ronald Wronko comes across with compassion and understanding, yet his character is intensely focused and he has a certain determination in his manner which makes you feel like he will fight for you and you can win. He is my first and only choice and if ever I need to be represented again he would definitely be the one I would call.

I am a self employed woman who has minimal spare time outside of my business on a regular basis and then I was nominated as Executrix after the passing of my Mom in April of 2014. I really had no idea what that title was comprised of until I ran into #legal deadlines not being met in a timely manner, will distribution not incorporated into my initial Attorneys plan, amongst many other disturbing issues. I went online and interviewed a couple more Attorneys in NJ who just didn't make me feel comfortable. Brigette Eagan may be described as a hidden gem. She may not be as well known yet, but once she represents you in a case, you quickly realize how fortunate you are to have her on your team.
Brigette represented my company in several employment discrimination matters. We faced significant liability if the plaintiffs were successful in establishing their cases. She showed excellent leadership and judgment by developing a defensive strategy and guiding her team of lawyers and paralegals throughout the course of the litigation. Ultimately we were successful thanks in large part to her persistent dedication.
Brigette is always professional and treats everyone, clients, co-workers and adversaries, with dignity and respect. She is extremely responsive, returning phone calls and emails in a timely manner. In March of this year (2014), we had a fire in our family apartment rental that consumed our personal possessions and caught us without having finalized our renter's insurance. Our landlord's insurance company as well as the insurance company that represented a business located on the floor beneath us, came after us like rabid dogs with lawyers, fire inspectors and electrical engineering inspectors. Although the official fire report indicated that the fire started from a faulty electrical connection inside the wall, without a lawyer or insurance, we had a target on our backs and within a few days after the fire it became apparent to us that they were coming after us and trying to pin the cause of the fire on us at seemingly any cost.
Still in deep shock and panic, we got Michael's name from a family friend who is an attorney and who had worked closely with Michael before he set out with his own practice. After an initial phone discussion, I knew we had found our legal representation. I was proven right.
It took little time for me to see what sets Michael apart from other lawyers I have dealt with in various capacities over the years:
1) Michael is direct, straight-forward, honest and trustworthy.
2) Michael accepted my suggestions on strategy, approach and tactics. This is a HUGE plus as far as I'm concerned.
3) Michael charged fairly. In no case was any charge or the time he recorded anything but fair, accurate and equitable.
4) Professionally, Michael was always on time and on point. He never slacked in any way whatsoever, was never late and indeed made us feel like we were his only client.
5) As an added bonus as far as I'm concerned is that Michael is a genuinely kind, considerate, sharp and has a wonderful sense of humor.

Bruce handled my defamation case with strength, skill and fairness. We were opposed to one of the wealthiest individuals in the world, and were consistently up against 2-3 law firms at any given time. I truly felt Bruce and his associates did a great job and demonstrated the type of commitment to the client I have rarely seen in the legal profession. I believe he is likely the best lawyer I have ever worked with, and feel much the same way about the other partners in his firm who I met (although I had less contact with them). I am generally cynical about lawyers (having gone through a recent divorce and witnessed some of the worst sides of the legal profession), but Bruce provided a whole new side for me. I would strongly recommend him.
