I hired Mr. Kessler in November of 2022 to represent me in a DUI arrest case. He met with my husband and I at, needless to say, a very stressful time in both of our lives. I had never been arrested before and I didn’t know what was ahead of me. I instantly felt at ease, for the first time, since the arrest when we sat in his office discussing the case and possible outcomes. Mr. Kessler came recommended to me by another lawyer and boy was I not disappointed! This man is the cream of the crop when it comes to criminal DUI defense attorneys. He is an expert in his field. Brian and his team are AMAZING! There isn't enough stars to be able to give them and nobody else I would recommend. My son was falsely accused of crimes he did not commit and this team was on top of every last detail. The opposing side did not even make it half way through and they dropped the case. I can never thank Cassandra enough for taking every last one of my phone calls some even twice a day. They took their time to find every last detail proving my sons innocence. I never needed a lawyer never been in trouble so when I was asked to find a lawyer on another’s behalf I went to searching. David name was brought to my attention after being ignored by a previous attorney. I contacted David’s office and was meet with his lovely Assistant she went over the initial details and told me David will contact me. David did just that and told me what the price was going to be after the payment was made, David sprung into action and got to working on the case. By me not ever having to deal with a lawyer I wasn’t sure how it would play out, I gave David space and let him do what he does and he hasn’t let us down yet … HES WELL WORTH IT …. Great man! Always understanding that sometimes good people find themselves in bad situations and using his knowledge and position to work the magic needed. David actually listens with an open mind comprehending all details. Always returning calls and staying on top of things. My lawyer referred me to Amy to file an appeal with the DMV over my DL suspension due to refusal to submit to a breathalyzer test. I'm thankful my lawyer referred me to her. Because of her, my suspension ruling was quashed and I am now able to drive with full license privileges. Without Amy's expertise in DUI cases, I would still be dealing with the daily hassles of commuting in a rural town with no public transportation system. Not only is she very knowledgeable of the law, she also treated me with respect. I didn't have to wait long for email reply's nor did I ever have troubles contacting her by phone. A+ Excellent criminal defense attorney. Mr. Hugo Concha was very thorough when he took the depositions/interrogations of the State's witnesses, and it helped our case big-time. I had a dispute with with a dealer over a motorcycle warranty, purchased from a local Long Island dealer.... issued by an international motorcycle manufacturer. (part of the settlement was that I keep it confidential) First, I tried to settle with the dealer in small claims court. No success. I met with Aida..and she suggested we sue both the dealer and the manufacturer in Supreme Court in NY. She was unbelievable. After several conferences, she got the manufacturer to settle for three times my damages. It was great...we were Davey against Goliath...and she won big time.

I contacted Todd after I got into a car accident when I was 7 months pregnant. The insurance company was trying to get me to settle before I was comfortable doing so. Todd took on my case and dealt with the insurance company for me so I could focus on my new baby. He negotiated with the insurance company on behalf of my children and I so that would we would get the settlement we deserved. I referred a close family friend to Clay for preperation of his will. Clay got the job done and he got it done right. He was dependable, friendly and sincere. Mr. Alexzander Gonano is a true pro. He is great at returning phone calls. He is extremely knowledgeable. I am a tenant and have a very difficult landlord. There are many troublling issues with the property I am renting. I told Mr. Gonano about them and while I didn't like the cold hearted truth about the law protecting the landlord in such a way I absolutly appreciated his honest to the point truth about my issue. Saving me the time and the money of having to fight a losing battle. Don't get me wrong, Mr. Gonano told me I had options. I just didn't like them enough to spend the money. So even though, I did not retain him, I would in a heartbeat as long as I knew that I had the upper hand. By the FYI, I did retain a different lawyer before speaking with Mr. Gonano, and was given false hope for the money. I have since fired that attorney!

Mike McSoley has helped me several times with various real estate ventures. I own many rental properties with several other investors through an LLC, and Mr. McSoley helped us to write our Operating Agreement as well as all of our individual leases. He has also given us legal advice regarding a dispute with an HOA and regarding eviction of tenants. I have also paid him to look over several contracts for me, and his advice and insight was quite helpful. I feel like Mr. McSoley is very honest and has integrity. He charges a fair rate, and I have always found it worth the money to have him look at things for me. I highly recommend him for document review and any advice regarding real estate.

I am a previously and current client with this practice. Previously, in the year 2009, I had a disability case where one of the lloyd brothers did an excellent job. No, complaints with that. For the past few years, I have had to return back to the workforce. I had an accident in 2022, and last year, i finally cleared the workman's comp part and still have the PI case! It's the personal injury department that I have dissatisfaction with. I don't have the same paralegal that I started out with, and it is very frustrating for me that there was no constant communication for months, and I understand that I'm not the only client they have, but it is very unsettling for me to feel like I'm a burden to someone that is supposed to represent me. It's just upsets me that whatever frustration is going on, professionally, the client shouldn't have to hear It through the phone, or see it because now i feel like my situition is a burden to someone that is paid to represent me. There are some things that have also been brought to my attention, but I will only display once I have experienced it myself. I hope I won't have to, though, but this is the only department that didn't make me feel as an important client than the others. To be clear, it's not the whole department, just the one who is assigned to me, and I just didn't want to mention a name yet! I pray it gets better!
