I hired Mr. Kessler in November of 2022 to represent me in a DUI arrest case. He met with my husband and I at, needless to say, a very stressful time in both of our lives. I had never been arrested before and I didn’t know what was ahead of me. I instantly felt at ease, for the first time, since the arrest when we sat in his office discussing the case and possible outcomes. Mr. Kessler came recommended to me by another lawyer and boy was I not disappointed! This man is the cream of the crop when it comes to criminal DUI defense attorneys. He is an expert in his field. The Kessler Law Office is the standard of excellence in criminal law defense. Everyone in the office is professional and thorough. I am genuinely shocked by the disparity between the glowing reviews I read and my own experience with this firm. Unfortunately, my first interaction with a lawyer has left me feeling completely disillusioned and hesitant to ever work with one again. After seeing numerous positive reviews, I chose this firm, but my experience has been far from what I was led to expect.
I was initially told that my case would be quick and straightforward. I wasn’t filing for bankruptcy, just seeking assistance with a settlement. However, after two months of paying for services, my case had not even been started. I received constant excuses about staff being in and out of the hospital or unavailable due to meetings. I requested an in-person meeting with my lawyer, but every time I was told he wasn’t available or there was another reason for the delay.
Communication was another major issue. I had to send multiple emails, often waiting more than a week for a response, even when I explicitly asked for updates. I was constantly reassured that my case was being worked on, but I never received any substantial progress. One of the key reasons I wanted to meet with my lawyer was to discuss and fill out my client forms, but I never had the opportunity to meet with him directly. Despite this, I was told my settlement was being processed without my completed forms or even a conversation about my questions.
At this point, I feel completely misled. I never once spoke with my lawyer, and my case seems to have been ignored entirely. Given my experience, I’m left questioning the legitimacy of this firm and have reported my concerns.
I strongly urge others to be cautious when considering their services.

I reached out to Ian Osking last year when an individual was harassing me, impersonating another legal council, and threatening all sorts of legal action. I am very fortunate that Ian took on my unique case, took the time to listen and understand my situation, and then represented me professionally but firmly in my dispute.
With his guidance and advice, the individual opposing me backed down and I was able to avoid a potentially costly court case in another state.

A+ Excellent criminal defense attorney. Mr. Hugo Concha was very thorough when he took the depositions/interrogations of the State's witnesses, and it helped our case big-time. He kept us informed, and was always very polite. We were usually able to contact him personally. If we left him a message, he would always return our calls, even during the evenings. I contacted Todd after I got into a car accident when I was 7 months pregnant. The insurance company was trying to get me to settle before I was comfortable doing so. Todd took on my case and dealt with the insurance company for me so I could focus on my new baby. He negotiated with the insurance company on behalf of my children and I so that would we would get the settlement we deserved. He sent me copies of every letter he sent to the insurance company and kept me up to date on everything that was going on. He would relay any new settlement offers and advise me with what we should do next. He took away the stress of the whole situation and I'm very thankful.

Mr. Alexzander Gonano is a true pro. He is great at returning phone calls. He is extremely knowledgeable. I am a tenant and have a very difficult landlord. There are many troublling issues with the property I am renting. I told Mr. Gonano about them and while I didn't like the cold hearted truth about the law protecting the landlord in such a way I absolutly appreciated his honest to the point truth about my issue. Saving me the time and the money of having to fight a losing battle. Don't get me wrong, Mr. Gonano told me I had options. I just didn't like them enough to spend the money. So even though, I did not retain him, I would in a heartbeat as long as I knew that I had the upper hand. By the FYI, I did retain a different lawyer before speaking with Mr. Gonano, and was given false hope for the money. I have since fired that attorney!

I hired Mr. Hale to handle an estate probate, investment transfer, and house re-deeding. At our introductory meeting, he made my entire family feel comfortable. He spoke to my elderly mother with respect using terminology that she could understand. Since I live in Palm Beach County, he let me know that we wouldn't need to meet often in person, that we could transfer documents via mail and correspond via email and phone. Brandon's availability via email was a huge time saver for me. He and his associates took care of everything that came up and Brandon communicated every step of the way. Mike McSoley has helped me several times with various real estate ventures. I own many rental properties with several other investors through an LLC, and Mr. McSoley helped us to write our Operating Agreement as well as all of our individual leases. He has also given us legal advice regarding a dispute with an HOA and regarding eviction of tenants. I have also paid him to look over several contracts for me, and his advice and insight was quite helpful. I feel like Mr. McSoley is very honest and has integrity. He charges a fair rate, and I have always found it worth the money to have him look at things for me. I highly recommend him for document review and any advice regarding real estate.

I never needed a lawyer never been in trouble so when I was asked to find a lawyer on another’s behalf I went to searching. David name was brought to my attention after being ignored by a previous attorney. I contacted David’s office and was meet with his lovely Assistant she went over the initial details and told me David will contact me. David did just that and told me what the price was going to be after the payment was made, David sprung into action and got to working on the case. By me not ever having to deal with a lawyer I wasn’t sure how it would play out, I gave David space and let him do what he does and he hasn’t let us down yet … HES WELL WORTH IT …. Great man! Hire HIM!!!!

David is a savior! Since 1991 he has fought and won battles for me. Always understanding that sometimes good people find themselves in bad situations and using his knowledge and position to work the magic needed. David actually listens with an open mind comprehending all details. Always returning calls and staying on top of things. When I was unjustly sentenced to life in prison, he fought until he seen me released. Since, I've found myself needing help again. David is amazing with results that leave me dumbfounded and living carefree. It is not unusual for him to make a call to just check on them to make sure everything is OK. I can't say enough. Other lawyers I know, well, you know. This man is the weight on the legal scale I would always call.
