Ezra came highly recommended by several colleagues for employment agreements, and they were right - he's great! He was able to review my case in a short amount of time and was easy to get in contact with throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain things in plain language so that I could effectively advocate for myself later in negotiations. I felt comfortable asking questions throughout the process. He also gave pointers on how to negotiate in good faith, but he was willing to negotiate on a client's behalf, if preferred. I highly recommend him!

As a new attending physician out of a training, I reached out to Ezra Reinstein while working on several individual contracts. He helped explain the contracts and gave pointers on negotiation. He also helped me write other legal documents for my practice and was able to answer business related questions.
He has extensive experience in the Boston area and specifically works in the medical field, which really showed in his expertise and recommendations. He was easy to connect with on the phone, and the whole process was convenient.

Attorney Michael Perpall is a 1st class attorney. I have had the experience of hiring several others in my life, and they have all paled in comparison. I was very impressed with how well Attorney Perpall "digested" all of the information for my case in a very short amount of time, and recalled the details to perfection. Furthermore, he handled himself in court like a pro. I walked out of the court feeling vindicated. You can't control what judge you get and unfortunately the system is badly broken. I highly recommend Alan Cohen. We were faced with large (for us) overdue accounts and after many efforts to collect we consulted with Alan. He called us back immediately; he listened to our situation and asked pertinent questions. He provided advice on how our late fees procedures should work (we were posting these correctly) and how we should proceed. The upshot was that we were able to get the client on a payment plan that resulted in payments without going to court. I cannot say enough about the great advice (on how we should approach the matter) and his advice. I would recommend Alan's and his service to anyone needing help in collecting money from a client. We did it without damaging our relationship- yet getting the money we were owed (over $ 180k). We plan on using Alan whenever the need arises. Collecting overdue accounts is painful- don't put off calling Alan and getting advice.

I spoke with Mr. Alan Cohen in regards to collections on an out of state judgement that I have. I have had 2 attorneys working on this case and they can not find a way to collect funds. In my consultation with Mr. Cohen I found him more knowledgably than any other attorneys I have spoke with. I wish I had worked with him from the start. He listened to what I said and then advised me. He is extremely knowledgeable in the law and how to go about things legally. I highly recommend Mr. Cohen to be your first call in legal matters. I've had the pleasure to work with Jim over the past year in a custody dispute, that felt like it would never end. Jim is an amazing lawyer and fought for everything I asked for. Dad is no longer involved and we only had to appear in family court once. Where do I begin... I was so ready to give up on everything and just hand my son over to my ex-which I know/knew was the stupidest thing I could have ever done in my life. I was so exhausted by the lies, the taunting, the horrible comments etc. constantly being spewed at me by my ex. It was as if, I was fighting this unbeatable monster in and outside of court, I was ready to give up, even with me being a fighter-and never giving up easily anything!!! But, at that time, I was mentally drained. My family and friends kept saying, "hire a lawyer!" initially- I didn't want to, but I knew if I didn't- I could lose my son to my ex with all the lies he constantly told. So, I went on Google, and googled-child support lawyer....and James Lukowiak aka Jim "popped up"- like neon green lights. I decided to reach out to him for a consultation. While at the consultation it was nothing, but good vibes. Jim listened to every single detail during the consultation, and I finally felt like someone understood my dilemma...someone understood the monster I was facing and was willing to stick it out with me and help me through the most difficult situation in my life. James is a very nice lawyer. He spent hours with me during the initial free consultation. I met with many lawyers in this area and none of them would spend much time with you during the initial free consultation. Actually, one lawyer tried to charge me for an extra 10 minutes after the first half hour free consultation. He knows the many details of your case because he is a very good listener. He has much experience in family law and thinks outside of the box. He pointed out several good arguments and strategies for my case that I did not think of, although I spent hours thinking every day. Most lawyers will ask me what I want them to say in court, but James is not one of them. He finds valid and strong arguments for my case. Without his expertise, I could have ended up signing an unfair agreement with my unreasonable ex and opposing counsel. If unfortunately, I have to go to court again, although I hope I don’t have to, I definitely want to keep this fighter on my side.

Each family is different and I got the feeling that Emily cared and payed attention and interpreted my intentions well -- in the legal language that is necessary without it being over off-putting for me. I have worked with Annette and Mark for a few years. What has impressed me has been their continued support. Annette and Mark had previously helped me deal with a complex inherited trust with special needs implications. They did an exceptional job navigating me through the process. Then Annette recommended a specialist to help with Social Security Disability who was excellent. Recently I had more questions about new trust issues and social services. Again, Annette answered all my questions, explained the path forward and recommended a local lawyer to help me. Special Needs Law Group could have handled the business, but Annette told me that the work involved could be handled as well by the other lawyer for a lot less money. Jeff personally represented me in a business litigation dispute involving hundreds of thousands of dollars.
