About 3 years ago I was appointed Hunter Biederman for multiple cases. From the get go, I was told he was the best that I could get especially for a court appointed attorney. He was able to do miracles with my cases. He was straight forward and honest about the whole process and what I should do and what I need to do. Not only was he amazing, but his assistant Quiana was spectacular as well. They were through every step even after the original court preceding.
If I were to ever need an attorney again. I would immediately call his office and ask for him. Quiana and Hunter are the best law duo that I have ever encountered.
I am a free man with a better life because of those two.

Well the communication was great in the beginning, I had an attorney Named April working on my case, she was very attentive: I didn’t bother her but she always kept me in the loop. The new attorney wasn’t bad but when it was time for me to receive my check his communication was none. I signed papers in Nov of 2024 and here it is 3rd week in January and still no check. I called, no one picked up my calls. I decided to block my number and immediately they picked up. I’m not sure what to think at this point.

When you go into a divorce, there are so many unknown factors...I didn’t know where to start but I knew what my gut was telling me. A lengthy process, but we received our discharge. Overall, Nathan did a great job. A couple of hiccups, but I'm sure it happens with these types of cases. Only advice I would give to someone thinking about Chapter 7 or 13 would be to ask lots of questions and follow up constantly. Never assume your case is being worked on.

I am a C-level executive, who was married to my stay-at-home ex-wife for 23 years, with a lot to lose. Kylie represented me in my divorce case and helped me negotiate a settlement that was well more to my advantage than I had expected and been told by others.
Kylie picked up my case when my prior attorney was not able to make any headway – let alone get any response out of the opposing counsel. I don’t recommend this service if you’re planning to have kids. It started off great but quickly declined. We initially went in for basic estate planning, just to have our bases covered as a young couple, which was supposed to cost around $4,000. We informed them that we planned to change my last name and were considering starting a family, so we didn’t need anything too complex. I was told these changes, like updating my last name or adding children, would be simple “edits” that wouldn’t cost much.
However, we were persuaded into opting for an $8,000+ plan. Fast forward three years: I now have three children, and my last name has changed. I was then informed that it would cost an additional $4,000 to update my last name and add my children to the plan.
I had a call scheduled with Rex in July, but he didn’t show up to the conference call. I called the office, and it seemed they had forgotten about it. When Rex eventually called back, he was unaware of the details of our case—he hadn’t reviewed our file or anything. He said he would send me something to review, but it’s now been three months, and I haven’t received any documents or a follow-up call.
When we first used their services in December 2021, they didn’t seem too busy, but now it appears they’re overwhelmed and unable to keep up.

I hired Mr. Pfister due to his reviews. Mr. Pfister stopped responding to my communication and essentially stopped working on my case after a few months in. I chose to leave his firm due to the lack of communication. If Mr. Pfister could not make the time for my case, I did not want him representing me during my case, as his silence spoke volumes. I was greatly disappointed, as Mr. Pfister seemed like a very nice man , he just dropped the ball for some reason with my case and thus I have to give One Star.

After a terrible experience with an attorney during my initial divorce a few years back, I needed to hire an attorney as my ex filed to amend the decree. The ex was looking for more child support as well as to implement other financial restrictions against me.
Needless to say, I was shocked to get served and knew I needed the best representation to protect myself. I was referred to Jane from someone very close to me and I am so thankful that I made the appointment.
From the start I felt comfortable and at ease as Jane examined the case brought against me. She listened intently while providing realistic and valuable feedback as to my legal rights as she explained the processes and next steps.
Throughout the case Jane demonstrated professionalism, communicated open and honestly, and fought for my rights as a father. I never once felt that she was not giving me and my case her best effort. Communication and follow-up/follow through were never an issue which I appreciate so much.
With the help of Jane we won the case by a landslide!!! Child support did not go up, it went down SIGNIFICANTLY!! I also received 50/50 custody of my kids!!! (had expanded standard).
I went into this scared, afraid, and anxious. Jane provided reassurance, guidance, and fought for me and my rights.

What I liked about this lawyer is he was on top of everything he moves quickly finding out all the details to your case and then filing any documents to get the ball rolling he is prepared for any curveballs thinking ahead of the game. Without the help of the entire Freeman Law firm, I know that I would not have had the successful outcomes I have had. Its taken us about a year to write this review, one mainly because of the words to put into writing for this kind human being! Also, with what's going on in the world the past year. Jason has done numerous things for our company and for myself personal, one of which id like to share a story. I was closing on my first home, I thought processes are checked by the finance companies and others involved well after months of getting to the closing table a small issue had risen, I called Jason and of course he always picks up and he said he was on vacation, even though I didn't want to ask I had to I was literally at the closing table. This man spent time while on his own personal time to help me out. He immediately sent me what I needed from his laptop while on vacation. The sincerity, kind heart, and great service will never be forgotten. As I live in my home there is not a day doesn't go by knowing somehow you had a part in making this happen. In March of 2021 I was in a car accident where I was at a dead stop and hit at a speed above 65 MPH from behind.
I was in the ICU with a number of injuries.
I did not have any intention of getting a lawyer, no "lawyering up", I should be able to handle this myself.
But before I was out of my 4 days in the hospital, I was getting calls from 2 different insurance companies telling me my settlement was ready.
That is when I decided to get a lawyer.
I had three different conversations with three different offices.
I picked Scott's office because it asked me one question the others did not, "What are your realistic expectations from the attorney you pick to represent you?
I said I want my hospital bills paid, my car paid for since it was totaled, and my days that I missed work I would be paid.
Scott said that is a realistic expectation and his office could help me.
While the process was long, Scott's office kept me up to date, month to month and even had my own text line so I could contact them.
Also, Scott called me to keep me informed of what was happening.
Bottom-line is he and those in the office treated me with respect and kept to his word in how things would happen.
While I hope I never have another accident, kif I do I will be calling Scott.

No one ever really wants to have to engage an attorney, but if you need one this team is great.
Hannah Conrardy represented us for an auto accident. We asked lots of questions, weren't sure we really needed representation, or whether try to sort it out ourselves. Very happy we didn't try to.
Hannah very patiently answered all our questions, clearly outlined the whole process, made it clear how an attorney can help, and where they can't.
They helped us get treatment quickly, handled all the documentation requests and negotiated with the insurance companies and medical teams.
Hannah or a staff member quickly responded to all our calls or texts, and made us feel like our case and health was important and they wanted to be helpful.
We are very happy that we engaged an attorney after all, and extremely pleased with Snellings Law and the case resolution.

James or Jimmy has worked on a numerous of my cases with amazing outcomes. One thing that stood out to me was how understanding and down to earth he is. During one of my cases which was a couple years ago. I was a reckless and broke college kid and he arranged a very reasonable payment plan for me. To this day I can’t thank him enough for that .
I’ve known James close to 4 years and I know this review is long over due. But James is someone who cares more about the outcome of your case than the money involved, which is very rare these days.
I laughed reading the reviews talking about how well known he is at the courthouse. Which I can tell you none are fabricated. In my case was able to meet the judge in private and the first thing the judge says to me was “ You are lucky I like this guy”. From then on I knew this was my guy. Ted has been our family attorney for years. When I was diagnosed with leukemia, Ted helped us draft a will that allowed me to go forward with treatment, knowing my family would be taken care of in case I succumbed. Thankfully, I am now cancer free.
