About 3 years ago I was appointed Hunter Biederman for multiple cases. From the get go, I was told he was the best that I could get especially for a court appointed attorney. He was able to do miracles with my cases. He was straight forward and honest about the whole process and what I should do and what I need to do. Not only was he amazing, but his assistant Quiana was spectacular as well. They were through every step even after the original court preceding.
If I were to ever need an attorney again. I would immediately call his office and ask for him. Quiana and Hunter are the best law duo that I have ever encountered.
I am a free man with a better life because of those two.

After a terrible experience with an attorney during my initial divorce a few years back, I needed to hire an attorney as my ex filed to amend the decree. The ex was looking for more child support as well as to implement other financial restrictions against me.
Needless to say, I was shocked to get served and knew I needed the best representation to protect myself. I was referred to Jane from someone very close to me and I am so thankful that I made the appointment.
From the start I felt comfortable and at ease as Jane examined the case brought against me. She listened intently while providing realistic and valuable feedback as to my legal rights as she explained the processes and next steps.
Throughout the case Jane demonstrated professionalism, communicated open and honestly, and fought for my rights as a father. I never once felt that she was not giving me and my case her best effort. Communication and follow-up/follow through were never an issue which I appreciate so much.
With the help of Jane we won the case by a landslide!!! Child support did not go up, it went down SIGNIFICANTLY!! I also received 50/50 custody of my kids!!! (had expanded standard).

A lengthy process, but we received our discharge. Overall, Nathan did a great job. A couple of hiccups, but I'm sure it happens with these types of cases. Only advice I would give to someone thinking about Chapter 7 or 13 would be to ask lots of questions and follow up constantly. Never assume your case is being worked on.

Without the help of the entire Freeman Law firm, I know that I would not have had the successful outcomes I have had. Its taken us about a year to write this review, one mainly because of the words to put into writing for this kind human being! Also, with what's going on in the world the past year. Jason has done numerous things for our company and for myself personal, one of which id like to share a story. I was closing on my first home, I thought processes are checked by the finance companies and others involved well after months of getting to the closing table a small issue had risen, I called Jason and of course he always picks up and he said he was on vacation, even though I didn't want to ask I had to I was literally at the closing table. This man spent time while on his own personal time to help me out. He immediately sent me what I needed from his laptop while on vacation. In March of 2021 I was in a car accident where I was at a dead stop and hit at a speed above 65 MPH from behind.
I was in the ICU with a number of injuries.
I did not have any intention of getting a lawyer, no "lawyering up", I should be able to handle this myself.
But before I was out of my 4 days in the hospital, I was getting calls from 2 different insurance companies telling me my settlement was ready.
That is when I decided to get a lawyer.
I had three different conversations with three different offices.
I picked Scott's office because it asked me one question the others did not, "What are your realistic expectations from the attorney you pick to represent you?
I said I want my hospital bills paid, my car paid for since it was totaled, and my days that I missed work I would be paid.
Scott said that is a realistic expectation and his office could help me.
While the process was long, Scott's office kept me up to date, month to month and even had my own text line so I could contact them.
Also, Scott called me to keep me informed of what was happening.
Bottom-line is he and those in the office treated me with respect and kept to his word in how things would happen.
While I hope I never have another accident, kif I do I will be calling Scott.

No one ever really wants to have to engage an attorney, but if you need one this team is great.
Hannah Conrardy represented us for an auto accident. We asked lots of questions, weren't sure we really needed representation, or whether try to sort it out ourselves. Very happy we didn't try to.
Hannah very patiently answered all our questions, clearly outlined the whole process, made it clear how an attorney can help, and where they can't.
They helped us get treatment quickly, handled all the documentation requests and negotiated with the insurance companies and medical teams.
Hannah or a staff member quickly responded to all our calls or texts, and made us feel like our case and health was important and they wanted to be helpful.
We are very happy that we engaged an attorney after all, and extremely pleased with Snellings Law and the case resolution.
Hope we don't need this kind of help in the future, but if we do, we will definitely use Snellings Law.

James or Jimmy has worked on a numerous of my cases with amazing outcomes. One thing that stood out to me was how understanding and down to earth he is. During one of my cases which was a couple years ago. I was a reckless and broke college kid and he arranged a very reasonable payment plan for me. To this day I can’t thank him enough for that .
I’ve known James close to 4 years and I know this review is long over due. But James is someone who cares more about the outcome of your case than the money involved, which is very rare these days.
I laughed reading the reviews talking about how well known he is at the courthouse. Which I can tell you none are fabricated. In my case was able to meet the judge in private and the first thing the judge says to me was “ You are lucky I like this guy”. From then on I knew this was my guy. Thankfully I don’t have to reach out to him much anymore but all I can say is this man right here changed my life.

Brett Talley handled my divorce with just the right combination of empathy, pragmatism and humor (I needed the last one). Throughout the process of publication I was kept informed and when I was told I would have to 'pay' for a surrogate to represent my runaway husband and make another attempt to contact him I exploded and Bret helped look for alternatives.
Overall, his representation was seamless, informed and always transparent. He was easy to contact, returned phone calls within 24 hours and did not bill for incremental minutes to simply provide a three minute update. He stayed within our established budget, explained fees and costs and his staff with extremely helpful.
My divorce went smoothly and ultimately as I wanted it, as painlessly as was possible under the circumstances.
I will hopefully never need his services again, but if I need them this is where I would go.

I am a C-level executive, who was married to my stay-at-home ex-wife for 23 years, with a lot to lose. Kylie represented me in my divorce case and helped me negotiate a settlement that was well more to my advantage than I had expected and been told by others.
Kylie picked up my case when my prior attorney was not able to make any headway – let alone get any response out of the opposing counsel. A fee months ago, we received a pretty extensive RFE for a TN1 visa and were pretty anxious as to what steps to take next.
Benjamin happily offered us a free consultation where we talked for about an hour and discussed a plan of action on what kind of documents we should seem out and what kind of information we should include.
After a month and a half of contacting clients to get specific documents and evidence. I drafted an RFE response letter myself and hired Benjamin to go over it to improve it to maximise our chances.
He did an incredible job and had a very fast turnaround for a fair price. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to get help with their cases and are looking for somebody who cares, without breaking the bank.

My husband and I contacted Lawyer Josephine when our i485 was denied. She also prepared our RFE for form i130 which was approved. In fact it was a difficult moment for us. A friend recommended her to us and indeed I can say that she is the best thing that has ever happened to us . Our company does about $20,000,000 a year in business. The big firms wouldn't give us the attention we needed and would often pass us off to lower level attorneys with little experience. For a matter involving a security guard working for a well-known theater with lots of power, I interviewed 5 attorneys after reading "questions to ask before hiring an attorney" (so I was well prepared). The others were very good, but I thought Mr. Harper would be best. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and well-spoken. I was charged with carjacking in Oakland, CA. Mr. Harper took my case. He worked really hard and was talking to the DA all the time. Mr. Harper convinced the DA that I wasn't there when the carjacking happenned, even though I was in the car when it was stopped by police a few days later. Mr. Harper made the police do a new line-up, and convinced the judge that the video of my police questioning was done wrong. The DA wasn't allowed to use my police interview video. At the last minute, the DA offered me a misdemeanor petty theft charge. I was sent home with credit for time served instead of going to prison. I will be thankful to Mr. Harper for his work for the rest of my life.
