David Do and his team are very professional and responsive. My case was a pretty difficult one, but they took it on anyway. David clearly communicated all the pros and cons so that I was aware of the possibilities. The payout that they received doesn’t reflect the work they put in to get me the settlement, which just goes to show you that David and his team cares more about the clients they take on and getting them what they deserve than how much they can make from the cases. Very client forward, and I know that if you choose them, they will put you first and keep you in the loop on the progress of your case.

Sherry is very capable and dependable. She stood with me for a very long and challenging probation grant. She never ever didn't return a call promptly. I consulted the firm for estate planning earlier this year to make sure that our children are well-taken care of in case something happens to us. We had so many questions but Tu explained everything in detail, discussed different scenarios that we should consider and helped us formulate a plan that works well for us. We felt so much better after consulting with him. He also helped me understand what I should consider before agreeing to be an appointed guardian for a friend. I have been a client here since 2013. I read alot of the below reviews, and I had a very different experience with Anh than most. Anh, Patrick, and Jeff made me feel comfortable and always walked me through every issue. They didn't sugar coat anything and just flat out told me how it is. They gave me realistic expectations. They helped me immensely in preparing for deposition and mediation. Answered every question honestly and forthcoming. If you have unrealistic expectations on your case, of course you will be bitter. Lawsuits take a long time. Especially if it involves injury. Your case cannot settle or get resolved until your injuries are fully healed or in a permanent state.
I am very happy with the results of my case. Mainly because I felt the knowledge and the experience these guys brought were top notch. They fought hard for me . Showed up at my QME appointments and was there every step of the way. Lawyers are busy. They're not always available 24/7. I know this. Patrick and Anh responded to every email I would send within 10 hours. Easily. I never felt neglected or unimportant to them.
If you are looking for an attorney that will be there with you and will be honest with you. They wont tell you what you want to hear. I had a great experience with them and you should give them a chance.
*** As a side note. Don't be turned away by the firms name. They don't only represent Vietnamese clients. I am white/Mexican and they treated me with respect and honesty. They speak perfect english and Patrick is a stand up guy. You'll be happy with these guys on your side!

I was sued by an equipment leasing company over past due payments and did not know what to do. Then I called Emilo Law Group. I was shocked when I got the actual attorney on the phone and he offered to meet me at my business. He explained the entire process very well and saved me thousands of dollars by settling the case before we needed to submit an answer. He gives very realistic advice and does not overpromise like some of the heavily advertised debt settlement lawyers, but he defintely delivers results. I would not hesitate in using him again or recommending him to a friend or relative.

This guys are terrible. I would never use them again and don't recommend anyone. I hired them but ended up doing everything myself. I had to speak with my insurance. I had to do everything with the body shop. Now I need to call the other parties insurance to try to get my lose of use since no one from the office is calling me back or doing anything about it. Note: it's been almost a year before I decided to write a review. Gave them several chances already.

When my ex asked for divorce , she claimed to be civil. When it came to dividing assets it got complicated , her family got involved, I was being pushed into making decisions quickly, and it felt like I was getting teamed up on. No matter how civil anyone claims to be , it’s natural they will always have their own interests in mind. I regret not going to Mr. Do sooner. From the first day of consult everything was better. I had assurance that all divorce files were filed correctly on my behalf. I felt confident in my arguments as he helped me come up with it. There will always be emotions during a divorce and you will be at your weakest. It’s important to have a lawyer on your side because if you’re a nice person you will give in out of frustration. Mr. Do did all the heavy lifting. People were surprised how soon my case closed. Some people shared with me they regret not going to a lawyer because they have to live with unfair settlements. For me, I felt I was able to move on with my life with confidence and with a financial settlement to build my future. His price of service was so low when you think of how much you can potentially lose. Even to this day I forward him to friends and acquaintances who are glad with his work.

We hired Mr. Nguyen to handle our bankruptcy case. His fees were about the same as other lawyers we talked to.
Very thorough in our 1st meeting. Spent almost 2 hours explaining the procedures and what we needed to do. He prepared us well for the hearing. He did every thing he said he would do.
I would come to him again if we have a need. He specializes in business and tax.

Sandra handled my dissolution of Registered Domestic Partnership. She was knowledgeable about family law. Of course, in RDP's, the laws can be somewhat confusing, especially in my case. I see that some clients really like her and maybe she does a good job for some, but there was a lapse of 10 days without getting any response from her. Her son, James, an attorney who manages the office, sent me a rude email claiming that I had not answered the phone. Nothing on my call log, No voice message. Our correspondence had always been by email. Why pretend you had called me?
I liked her initially on the phone; she sounded sincere and proactive. Then, I paid the $3500 retainer, signed all the paperwork and spent hours faxing the documentation they requested. Waited several days and when I inquired when I would hear back was told she was VERY busy and it could be two weeks before I’d hear from her. I’m a grandfather worried about the welfare of two very young granddaughters. Telling me he called when I know he hadn’t was the last straw. To their credit they gave me back the retainer immediately when I asked for it. Ask before you pay just how busy she is and avoid being put on the back burner.

Deloise , Jim and team are awesome in taking care of business.
My divorce started when my ex filed in 2007. Deloise and her team were always there when any issues cropped up. Deloise had, in her Fresno office, a sign that states: "A man is not a retirement plan". Deloise really stands behind those words.The ex, in front of the judge, agreed to a settlement in 2011. The ex then refused to sign the agreement and fulfill the terms of the agreement. Delosie then had to file a motion with the court to have the judgement enforced and granting me a dissolution of the marriage in 2012. The judge agreed and still the ex would not comply. The ex filed an appeal and that's when Jim Tritt, the Appellate Lawyer, along with Deloise, came into the picture.
The appellate judges all agreed and sided with my attorneys and I. WHOO HOO! Tritt and Tritt are awesome!
The ex then filed a bankruptcy. Tritt and Tritt were there with me through this next issue. The bankruptcy was not daunting at all for Deloise. Deloise continued on to get the terms of the 2011 judgement enforced. Finally in 2018 the judgement was fulfilled. Things are still ongoing due to issues arising during the bankruptcy. The ex has had at least 4 divorce attorneys and 2 bankruptcy attorneys. Deloise and Jim have been awesome and get along with all the attorneys involved in this case. This divorce has been ongoing for over 11 years. Deloise has been very supportive of me and my emotional needs during this very prolonged divorce. Deloise could write a book about my case and I am sure it would be a must read for all going through divorce.
There is nothing negative that I could say about Tritt and Tritt. They stand on good moral ground and keep those values alive.

DELOISE, stated she wears an advocate and loved to go to trial. After sharing all my evidence and her evaluating my case suddenly the day of the hearing she made no effort to advocate for me. IAll the divorce document responsibility was given to my exes attorney . Also no copies of documents signed by me were given to me. She suddenly told me an excuse when asked why. I lost my custody for the most part by being told I would get more within 3 months. It was not given any milestones to get more parenting time.

I hired Michael to represent me in an action against my employer for hostile work, harassment wrongful termination and found I had to do most of the work. He basically cut and pasted my information and then when the settlement was reached, much less than we had agreed to, he left me in the dust. I should have gone over the settlement terms better myself but since he knew what was important to me and does this everyday I trusted that it would reflect what we had discussed and that I would not have tax issues since I told him this was important to avoid. Consequently I do have tax issues and he has been missing in action for follow up questions. If you hire him you must make sure you go over everything in detail don't assume he has done it for you and ask specific questions. Sometimes in emotional cases like employment it might make more sense to go with someone that understands the importance of clarification.
