Chris helped me with a long aggravating divorce which was made harder because of a some other family items outside of just my marriage. He was very easy to reach and very good at responding to my texts and emails. Chris worked very hard with my ex wife’s lawyers trying to get things settled. He was very knowledgeable of the divorce process and was able to explain any emails or things I didn’t understand or had questions for. I initially spoke to Chris when a friend referred me to him for consultation regarding starting a divorce process. However, it was soon evident that I would need to hire a lawyer to help me navigate what was potentially going to be a messy and long divorce, mostly concerning money and our one child together. Hiring Chris was the best thing I did! He is clear and concise when speaking and I felt he cared a lot about what I was going through. I retained Alan some years ago on a protection order issue, and more recently, on a contempt issue.

Recommended by a colleague who had previously worked with him on other cases, Mr. Podboy would deliver beyond our expectations as a family. I could not have asked for better legal representation, at such a desperate hour. First impression at our first meeting would suck my family members & I in, leaving us to confidently conclude, Mr. Podboy had been God sent, an answered prayer. He was highly educated, professional, empathetic, attentive, intelligent, eloquent, knowledgeable, and just a natural at what he did. His analytical mind would right away lead him to conclude and believe that I had been wrongfully accused. He was angry, determined and unrestrained in vigorously coming to my defense and proving my innocence. It was a homicide case and he went to work immediately, with a passion that would leave no stone unturned in the discovery process of the case. Mr. Podboy is a very reliable professional, always very attentive to detail, very accessible and promptly returns all calls, in which all concerns are addressed, hence making one feel at ease, and reducing a mountain to a valley. It wasn’t just a job for him, he went above and beyond and did his work with so much integrity, that his fellow attorneys held him in high esteem too. He is very personable, and has a very spontaneous sense of humor. There was never a dull moment with him. Even through the tough times we were faced with, he found a way to make light of the situation while comforting and calming. I could sleep well at night knowing that my lawyer had my back. He fought so hard and tackled all the obstacles with class and dignity. He took time to understand me as a person and my big family as well.

Smart, firm, powerful, quick, and know how to represent his clients. I felt from the beginning when I first came to Ron Podboy for a criminal defense case. The charges that were alleged carried 10 year to life in prison. We knew the truth and never backed down to the pressure of a fight we knew was truth. Presenting the truth isn't always easy but without his hard work and representation I would not be here today to write this review. I was originally referred to Maureen O'Brien at O'Brien, Thomas and Bibek, LLC law firm by my personal attorney. Maureen was unable to take my case due to illness but she recommended David and he accepted my case.
David provided invaluable professional and discreet assistance in the court room while handling my case. He spoke to the judge and the district attorney on my behalf on several occasions while we were both in the court room. He negotiated a reduction in charges with the district attorney that changed my potential conviction of a felony to a misdemeanor. David also led me through the required paperwork and after I fulfilled my court ordered probation requirements, achieve early termination of my probation.

I was the victim of a bike vs. car accident back in September, and am so appreciative of Megan for handling the outcome for me.The accident left me injured, out of work, and with a stack of medical bills. My Initial thought was not to get a lawyer, I figured the responsible parties would be reasonable and we could work it out in a sensible way. Very quickly I was brought to the reality of dealing with insurance companies. Suddenly the vehicle hitting me was my fault, they wanted me to make legal statements and questioned me as if I was the guilty party, when I was merely the victim . It was at this moment I realized I needed help dealing with the accident. If I had not contacted Megan I would have paid thousands of dollars in medical bills I was not responsible for. unfortunately, my experience taught me that this is not unusual in the insurance claim world, which was so foreign to me.

My wife and I are avid cyclists. We were on our way to San Diego for a cycling event. I was hit by a car while out for a short bike ride prior to starting the final leg of our journey. The driver of the car was distracted by some activity, other than driving, when he made a left turn directly into my path of travel down the bike lane. I recall seeing the car top the hill a hundred yards or so ahead of me and to my left. I do not recall seeing him start his turn or much of anything else until I found myself sitting in the middle of the road bleeding and confused.
I ended up with a nasty shoulder separation and required surgery to both hands to repair ligaments and broken bones in my thumbs. My bike ended up some 10 yards down the street from me and was heavily damaged.
I initially considered myself lucky and figured my case was to small to involve a lawyer. The driver’s insurance company initially showed signs of being “reasonable” to work with. I quickly encountered several of the games insurance companies employ to frustrate, delay and ultimately attempt to pay very little of an accident victim’s losses. I realized I needed help. I didn’t want to become a victim of the insurance companies’ “process”. I needed to focus on healing and getting back to my work and life.
A friend mentioned he had seen a “bicycle lawyer” named Megan Hottman speak at a cycling event in Denver. I called Megan. Megan impressed me from our first meeting. Her depth of experience, knowledge and passion for getting a fair settlement for her clients was clear. I felt a great weight lifted when Megan took my case. Megan kept me informed on progress every step of the way. There was never any doubt I had found the right person to guide me through this mess.
I can’t thank Megan enough for the considerable time she saved me. Your precious time is ultimately what insurance companies try to manipulate in order to get you to settle for little or nothing.
Megan was able to secure a fair settlement which allowed me to quickly replace my lost property, take care of my medical needs and move on with my life.
My wife and I are now back to enjoying our cycling adventures.

I hired Mark after my husband was given a lifetime ban at his interview in Juarez, MX. I was lost with my two girls trying to figure out how to fix it and not sure if it could be. My previous lawyer kept saying he was going to do an appeal with the consulate but stopped answering my phone calls. The first cosultation Mark made me feel better. He guided me to real solutions and went big. So I hired Mark and he sent in the paperwork. About a month and a half later they changed the status from “refused” to “Administrative processing” and requested more information. After turning in the evidence about 2 weeks later the consulate issued my husbands visa! Mark turned a lifetime ban into an issued visa and my family will be forever grateful. He’s not your typical lawyer, he’s down to earth and he really listens to you. He will answer your calls and he talked me out of a bad mindset a couple times. Stop messing with these other lawyers that don’t care and go with Mark. The reviews he has are legitimate and for a reason!

Justin is the kind of lawyer who didn't try to sell on us one solution. He took the time to listen to our concerns and personal goals before he laid out our choices and gave advice. For example, he explained the pros and cons of trusts rather than simply say that trusts were the best option. He made sure the letter and spirit of the law applied, so, for example, adding extra safeguards in case we moved so the estate documents would be legal in other states. In addition to helping us with our estate, he also offered support when my stepmother died, did research, and met with our accountants to deal with potential tax issues. He is easy to work with, very detailed-oriented, and it is obvious that he cares.

I was involved in a serious car accident that despite all of the witnesses saying it was not my fault, I was still issued a ticket and the injured party hired a lawyer and was threatening to sue for an amount in the 7 figures. I had never been involved in anything like this ever before and was terrified. David was the perfect example of calm preparedness during what became a lengthy and tenacious process. David always made time to calm and reassure me when I had doubts about the outcome and thoroughly explained what was happening and what I could expect next. David handled a very complex criminal matter as well as a complicated civil seizure for me. In the beginning I was looking at a very long prison sentence and complete loss of all my assets. The case took 15 months to resolve, which resulted in a significant amount of assets being returned to me and a minimal jail sentence. The outcome was better than I could have ever hoped for and I am very pleased. During my case David kept me informed daily as to what was developing and he did it in a way that was very easy to understand. I was very impressed with the way he handled all details no matter how big or small. I would highly recommend David to anyone that has a serious criminal or civil case. I was going to lead you through all we were up against, and how we cam about choosing. Instead, just the facts.
Steve instilled confidence in our initial phone call, which led to the first free consultation. We spent an hour talking, and during this time, Steve laid out what the game plan, and what could happen all the way around. During the next few months, Steve did as he laid out, moved quickly over and through a very difficult and complex situation with the construction team that left us high and dry. Worked well with our slow insurance agent, getting and gathering information so we could come to a final settlement. Steve not once got out of line, even though I did at one point with the construction personnel. Very professional, straight up. Communication was constant, and if I had questions, he was there to talk to, and if out of office would call back when he was back in the office.
We could not have done better picking an attorney. Through this whole 2 year fiasco with our home, this was the only positive we can look back on. the fire was bad, everything after was worse. Steve gave us a leg to stand on, and worked to get us our home back clear and free of the construction folks. If we had tried on our own, we would either still be fighting or would have settled for far, far less than what we did.
Steve was worth every penny, his staff was always helpful. Attention to detail was incredible, nothing left to chance. His outside team that he consulted with on the construction details of our home was above and beyond, knowledgeable, and to the point. This was a win all the way around.

Jake Lilly and Beth Dombroski did an amazing job on my complex criminal case. The end result is my case being dismissed, and a misdemeanor that can be sealed within the next year or two.
Although the felony was dismissed I still had to answer to DORA regarding my real estate and insurance license. Triple L Law, was able to handle both issues effectively with the end result being me walking away with my license and assuming no restrictions.
I am very grateful for both Jake, Beth, and the entire team. At the beginning of this situation I was very scared, nervous, and seen no end. Jake walked me through every possible action that could/would be taken. With the help of this firm I walked away with no felonies and my licenses. I strongly recommend speaking with someone at Triple L Law before retaining a different firm. I Thank you guys over at Triple L Law whole heartedly!

Me: Well, I would like some things clarified first.
New Leaf: NO. Give us money.
Me: Fine. *pays their fee* Now Can I ask some questions about your services?
New Leaf: NO. Give us money.
Me: I did give you money, can I ask questions about your services now?
New Leaf: No.
Me: I want a refund.
New Leaf: You can ask us questions now.
Me: I just want a refund, I think your firm is a scam.
And I'm still waiting on the refund. This firm is so compartmentalized it is just discombobulated. The right finger has no idea what the right thumb is doing. They haven't answered a single question of mine, yet I have talked to 5 people.
New Leaf is a joke.
Edit: I did get my refund, and to prove how little they know what's happening in their firm I got my welcome letter after my refund.
