BC Counselors were essential with our estate planning. We had used a different attorney and were not pleased with the outcome. BC Counselors took the time to meet with us and explain the details we did not understand, and they took the time to understand our needs and future wants and expectations. Our documents were corrected, made sense to us in timely manner. I had never used a lawyer before, and was going through divorce after 17 years in the relationship. Mark balanced patience and urgency with me during a deeply challenging time. He handled my divorce and custody terms with incredible pragmatism. My emotions were all over the place! I hired Mr. Hollinger to secure Guardianship for my special needs son. From start to finish he was extremely professional, capable, and thorough. While the attorney ad litem was in agreement, our case was met with resistance from the court investigator. That opposition was swiftly snuffed out during the proceedings. Mr. Hollinger was able to obtain powerful affidavits from my son's high school STARS teacher and the Senior Attorney at his medical facility (hospital) that, along with other compelling evidence, made it very clear that a full Guardianship was the only viable verdict.

Tim is an amazing atttorney. We hired him to help a friend who had been coerced into pleading guilty out of fear and lack of understanding, to an felony offense that he didn't commit. Tim was passionate, determined, committed. He planned for every possible outcome with thoroughness, never leaving anything to chance. Consequently he preempted every move made by the prosecution. He was approachable and supportive throughout without over-promising at any stage. He also gave us a clear understanding of the costs we would incur up front and in fact because we eventually did not have to go to trial, we did not end up paying the full amount. He never nickel and dimed us with hourly charges or administrative fees. It was a simple payment structure that was easily understood and we felt incredibly fair for the amount of effort he put into the case. I cannot speak highly enough of him and have no hesitations in recommending him. Thank you for so effectively defending our friend and setting him free.
