I was being sued by a insurance company. Daniel Ray took the time to explain all my options and the associated cost of each option. He explained what he thought would be my best option and why. He was able to answer all my questions immediately.
Daniel reviewed all the court filings for the lawsuit and quickly realized there were numerous problems in the filing of the lawsuit. He contacted the attorney for the insurance company and was able to get the case completely dismissed. I strongly recommend Daniel Ray for any legal issues.

Dan Perkins helped plan my parents estate years ago. I lost my Mother in 2019 and my Father passed suddenly during COVID. I called the firm noted on the Will “prepared by” and he remembered them and the particulars of my family. I shared my fears and he assured me we would not have any issues with our case. My case was complicated by a disinheritance of a sibling and I was named Executrix. He had a detailed answer for each of my many questions. His assistant Kimberly helped me with each document/signing. I fell ill shortly after the initial proceeding and she would call and check on me. During the worst of the worst, shelter in place, court house via Zoom and recovering after an illness – Dan and Kimberly were a Godsend. I highly recommend this law office.

Philip went above and beyond. He is very professional and quick witted. What I liked most is that he did not draw things out. From the time I filed for a modification to the time it was granted and the final order was signed by the judge was only three weeks. Some stuff came up last minute and he jumped through some hoops to subpoena witnesses for the next morning at court. He worked hard to make hat happen last minute and still with minimal cost. It only costed just a hair over $5,000. His retainer is $5,000, but definitely worth it. Some attorneys charge you a retainer and then start charging you for transactions. The upfront cost for Phillip covered all but about $300 of the total cost. He will work hard for you and he's sharp and to the point. Have a list of questions you need to ask before going in. His firm has offices in Greenville and in Emory. They are very familiar with local courts and judges

The initial call wasn't pleasant. The front desk personnel was very off putting and immediately told me I can contact someone else when I asked for the cost of consultation. I asked for reference, not because we didn't have it. The experience was uncomfortable because of how quickly she suggested we contact someone else. We indeed contacted someone else and the experience has gone well and we will work with them for our probate needs.

I have been trying to get my divorce done for over 8 months now. We have already been to court, and the agreement was that we would be coming into the office to sign our divorce and just be done with it. We were supposed to come in and sign the docs today after an extremely long wait period with no updates. But we were never given a specific time to come sign them. Every time my soon to be ex husband has called the office, or I have, there is always no one available to take our calls or they say they will email us later (and of course we never get the email). My ex husband has paid a lot of money to have this divorce done, we are in agreement on everything, and it’s been over two years since we’ve been separated. Trying to get this divorce (and having been to court almost a year ago now). We just want the divorce that was paid for and there’s no reason why this shouldn’t have been done by now. There have been weeks we have called multiple times within the week span just to get updates we were promised. Terrible law office. The lack of professionalism is astounding. My ex husband should be entitled to his money back so we can give it to a lawyer who will finalize this divorce. Not stay on vacation every time we call out of the 30 plus times within the last 5 months.

Non stop excuses but wants large cash flow from me for my kids case. Case was prepared and supplied. Excuses non stop, won't return calls, can't reach very often and drags her feet till you get upset then files with court to drop you as a client to keep you in fear... Got the job done, but worst experience I've had in years fighting for my kids with legal representation .
Too many broken promises, causing high anxiety, and dispear that effected my heart. Etc etc. Thankfully court is over in behalf of my kids. Over $25,000. Later. Etc etc. office ladies are great though. I was expecting a effective tool/ go getter. Got depression instead.
Thank you Our Lord Jesus Christ for deliverance for my childrens peace of mind and matters of the heart for them.

Mr. Williams was hired to write a will, a physician directive, medical and durable power of attorney. The first draft was completed 10 days after the deadline. I was asked to come to office and sign it. When I requested the drafts be emailed to me for review, I was met with reluctance on the part of the secretary. After 3 days, I received the drafts. There were numerous grammar and punctuation errors. In addition, the language was poorly constructed. An example: I asked to have a clause included that would direct a physician to withhold intravenous or other methods of nutrient delivery if I was in a non-recoverable state. The language in the document was as follows: "after 14 days food is to be discontinued." There were other examples of poorly constructed sentences. I informed Mr. William's secretary that I would be terminating my association with Mr. Williams, and had hired another attorney.

Michael Renshaw was my public defender for a DUI 3 felony charge. I was in Hunt County jail and at my first hearing was released on a PR bond with the judge actually saying, "I cannot tell you anything other than you have a very good lawyer!"
