I would highly recommend Attorney Neil Crane, especially in the area of real estate Foreclosures, where his talent was utilized. Within the last 40 years, I have retained no less than a dozen attorneys from Connecticut to Washington, D.C., one of whom successfully represented me in a Connecticut “Supreme’ Court” case. During those years I found only one other attorney that stacked up to Attorney Neil Crane’s ability and tenacity. He was a labor attorney in Washington, D.C. with an AVVO rating of 10.0.
Attorney Crane brought a foreclosure action (on my wife’s and my behalf) within the speed of light (that’s 186,000 miles per “second”)!
Along with other tactics, he legally finessed the other side to settle our issue in a most favorable outcome. He is an example of pure work. Since “a lawyer’s time is her/his stock in trade,” it is important to the client’s wallet to retain an attorney who not only is extremely expert in her/his field, but also possesses a tireless work ethic and most importantly---has a high degree of integrity. If one does their due diligence, I believe one will find that Attorney Neil Crane fits that bill.

Neil Crane and his team are the best. I was forced into signing my mother into a nursing home. They told me only my mothers assets would be affected. They lied they took her house and wanted mine as well even though my mother had nothing to do with my house. My husband had a heart attack and other things that caused him to be disabled and not be able to work anymore. My job after 30 years was outsourced I got behind in my mortgage and they were going to foreclose. Neil and his staff helped me keep my home. I am truly grateful. Also a special shout out to Audra.

Megan very quickly grasped the nuanced details of our personal situation and worked with us with both efficiency and empathy to reach an agreement that felt comfortable and reasonable to both parties.
Of note, she also has a good team and works well with them to achieve closure without excessive billing. This was important, and helpful during a process neither of us had experienced before.
Megan also responded to a Sunday night email almost instantly which was not expected, but very much appreciated.

I was rear ended while sitting at a stop sign and my car was totaled. I had no idea what to do being this was the first accident I had been in since I was a teen and I'm now 62. Having been involved in a motor vehicle accident, I knew that I needed an attorney. Unaware of the response it would yield, I went online, filled out an inquiry, and submitted it. It was a kind of pseudo- questionnaire requiring me to provide the details of my accident and a description of the injuries I’d sustained. My hope was to be contacted by a reputable counselor, one specializing in personal injury, the law of torts.
Expecting nothing in the way of quick results, I was surprised when I was suddenly inundated with calls from a host of attorneys, most of whom sounded like they were more interested in dollars and cents than they were about my welfare. Now, some may consider my attitude a bit persnickety, but I was completely turned off by the manner in which I was dealt with. After-all, I wanted someone to represent me who was just as interested in my welfare as they were about filling their coffers. At any rate, what I decided to do was plod a serendipitous course and look in the phone book to find a lawyer, one in close proximity to my home. Today, I’m grateful that I did, for in pursuing this course I crossed paths wit Chris Donlin, Esq, a lawyer who answers my calls, responds to my texts, and, perhaps most importantly, takes time to answer my questions.
I was impressed with Chris from the first, for as we talked via phone he spoke to me as if I really mattered; like he was concerned about the effects of my traumatic experience; an experience that left me hurting, both physically and mentally, and not a little bit confused. Then, too, once we’d met face-to-face, Chris exuded sincerity, emitted professionalism, manifested an uncanny grasp of personal injury law. It was these factors, among others, that indicated to me that in choosing Chris for my attorney I’d have a counselor who’d heard the clarion call for justice; the call for not only fairness and equity, but the summons for compassion, the demand for concern, the dictate for an in-depth knowledge of personal injurty law. Thus it is that I have no qualms about saying Chris Donlin is an attorney par excellence, one who has arisen at a time when mediocrity emerges with the frequency of the sun’s daily rising; a time when many, no longer walking in bright halls of integrity, now trudge through dark dungeons of greed. But having eschewed a mediocrity-laden, quick-buck mentality, Christ Dolin is a cut above the rest. In fact, he’s time and time again shown me that he intends to live out the promise he’s made to all of his clients: “. . . to relentlessly fight to help every client get back on his or her feet as quickly as possible and get the compensation they deserve”. While representing me, Chris has done not one iota less than that which he’s promised, and I don’t believe he ever will. I am quite impressed with Chris Donlin, as a legal scholar, a gentleman, and as a human being.

I have worked with many attorneys over the years and Attorney Fahrnkopf is by far my favorite. One of the great things about Attorney Fahrnkopf is that he is incredibly responsive and incredibly accommodating. He is almost always available via cell phone, email, text messaging and if he isn’t, he will certainly get back to you very quickly.
The other thing that differentiates Attorney Fahrnkopf is his ability to understand your specific needs and goals and then to formulate a tailor-made legal plan that will meet your goals. In short, you can rest assured that your needs will always come first.
One more point I’d like to make that stands out is his ability to quickly remember even the smallest details. For example, I had him review a lengthy document for me and he was done in 1 minute. I couldn’t believe he was able to fully comprehend the document but when I asked him several detailed questions he was able to demonstrate that he had a full grasp of all the details. Furthermore, he is able to completely retain even the smallest details which as you could imagine is sometimes the difference between winning and losing a case.

Atty Nobleman was wonderful to me and my family. It came as quite a surprise when I called the office last year (?) to ask a question (since she is/was executor of my parents’ will) and learned she was retired. I received no notice and the lawyer that finally called me back was very unhelpful and rude. I have dealt with this law firm for over 25 years and found them to be very professional and helpful in the past. Very confused by my latest encounter. Maybe just a bad day….
