I am extremely pleased with Attorney Wanda Nieves. She worked hard and accomplished what my previous 2 attorneys did not do. She truly did an extraordinary job with my difficult court case, and accomplished for me the Divorce that includes me and my child out of state relocation. She fearlessly fought for me, she did not back down in the courtroom or negotiations. Attorney Wanda Nieves is at the forefront of the latest New Jersey child custody law. She communicated well with me providing explanations, reviews and new tactics, anticipating my needs and concerns. Attorney Wanda Nieves focused on both my short term goals and in my child’s future best interests. Attorney Wanda Nieves communicated well with everyone, especially in the court room. She always identified potential problems in advance and I saw her fending off potential trouble with wisdom, strength and tenacity. She saw me thru until the very end. I know that in the future I will go to her for legal advise. I highly recommend her. If you're looking for an aggressive Attorney that really cares and will fight for your legal rights, contact Attorney Wanda Nieves. Once you start to work with her, You will never need anyone else.

I cannot say enough about Wanda! She went above and beyond to help my father in a most difficult situation. She was very professional, kept us informed and worked extremely hard to get the job done. She even went as far as having documents hand delivered to my dad's apartment when he became seriously ill and brought papers to the hospital herself when they needed his signature. We not only acquired a tremendous lawyer but also a good friendship was made.

Wanda Nieves is a wonderful person and a true professional who really cares about her clients. My ex spouse and I hired Wanda to mediate our divorce case. Divorce is stressful but Wanda walked us through the process and explained everything in person, by email or on the phone. She took the time to ensure that we understood the process..I would definitely use her law services again.

  4. Client Reviews and Testimonials:
Read reviews on legal directories like Avvo, Martindale-Hubbell, or Google to gauge client satisfaction.
  5. Professional Memberships:
Membership in professional organizations or specialty bar associations can indicate a commitment to their field.
  6. Awards and Recognitions:
