If you are trying to figure out Medicaid on your own, just stop right now and call Amy Dow! I tried for months to figure out Medicaid long term care for my mother and kept hearing a different story with every phone call. So time consuming and got nowhere!! I finally called Amy and my life literally calmed down! She guided me through everything and did even more than I asked or expected. Her team of experts are so knowledge and sort through all the nonsense out there! Anita, one of her amazing specialists, guided me through every step, submitted all of the paperwork for me and made the phone calls I dreaded. One thing that was so comforting is that they call or email you back immediately. I appreciated that so much! 1. I had several driving infractions resulting from driving with a suspended license.
2. I spoke to several attorneys and found Andrew Simko to be the most empathetic. He was also the most reasonably priced.
3. Andrew was always accessible when I called him. If he was in court he responded promptly when he finished his court proceedings. He was personable and easy to speak to.
4. Most of the charges against me were dropped. My biggest charge was lessened from a felony to a misdemeanor.
5. I was able to leave the state and move forward on my life.

My liscence got suspended for 5 years for habitual offense, every attorney I contacted before Brian Gabriel did not sound confident about fixing that. Brian Gabriel got my liscence back quick maybe a month max, I think it only took a couple weeks. Since then, I have him handle all my tickets. Customer service is great, very easy to deal with, I have never had to go to court he always represents me. Customer for life, I always recommend Gabriel and Gabriel.

If not for Jeremy Piggott, I am sure I would still have squatters living in my home. After two months of excuses why rent was not paid and yet they could not move out, my property manager suggested I call Piggott, Piggott & Kearce. From my first phone call, I knew this practice was professional, serious, efficient, and would get the job done. In fact, Jeremy was on vacation, but he called me within an hour. In 30 minutes, we had a plan. He sent the first document right after we hung up. Jeremy checked in with me several more times during his vacation. I knew exactly what was supposed to happen at every stage, and it did, exactly when it said it would. The delivery and follow-up of several documents resulted in the tenants vacating in less than three weeks after my first phone call to Piggott, Piggott & Kearce. I hope I never have to do this again, but if do, or if anyone I know has an issue with tenants, this is only firm I would use or recommend.

I've had a trademark for 20 years and easily renewed it myself a few times. Suddenly, this year, the USPTO examiner declared I was missing examples! For six months I worried about what to do but had to focus on my company.
Frank was one of many attorneys who sent me emails offering their services but was the only one who kept reminding me from time to time. As the deadline approached with just a week or two to go I emailed him back.
He knew exactly what the problem was, gave me a reasonable price, told me what he needed and as soon as I got the examples scanned and sent to him, he was able to file before the deadline. Within days, the USPTO accepted the examples and my trademark was renewed!

being rejected- denied. I placed everything to his firm, and today I have the USPTO Certificate for my trademark.

Seeking the RIGHT an Itellectual Property Lawyer; or any is often time consuming, and many are WELL OVERPRICED.

We needed a lawyer to represent us on a few large agreements. Through a recommendation we hired Robert to review the contracts. Unlike most lawyers that add a bunch of nitpicky changes just to seem useful, we discussed our negotiating strategy, determined what was important, and made reasonable changes. When negotiating with the other parties, he joined the calls, discussed our position, and closed the deals quickly. He's like having a sales guy with a legal training, which is a great help. He's sharp with contracts, well-spoken, and honest.

My story started on November 5th 2018 , I Got Hit by a Car while riding my bicycle , at that moment the first thing that came to my mind was WHAT DO I DO NOW AND HOW DO I CONTINUE HELPING MY MOM OUT.
I go to the hospital and get my first operation 2 days later is when i get the visit from Micheal Sean Herman . The minute he walked in the hospital room he gave me a good vibe and practically gave me hope that he was going to work hard to do his best to get me the help i needed. He explained everything very detailed and how things were gonna go down and my heart told me he was a good person with a great heart that loves his job.
He told me that if i had any questions or concerns to reach him anytime and boy did i do that and he was always attentive to my calls and that gave me assurance that everything was going fine . Never did he sound like i was bothering him with my questions . I have worked as a server and bartender for many many years and if there is something I know is that when you you love your Job you dont see it as an obligation to make money you simply give it your all and that is what Micheal does he gives it its all. Then after 2 months of the accident Michael was able to get me 2 checks one for my damaged Bicycle and the second check for the actual accident. He was so happy to have helped me out and i was thrilled . After that i have been able to continue with the therapy and was able to help out my mom the most i could with the money.
Im taking my time to write this because Micheal more than an Amazing Lawyer felt more like a good friend who truly was worried more about my situation and condition than hos commision , He is an amazing person and to be truly Honest as God as my witness it was a Blessing to have had Micheal as my Lawyer. If i recomend this Firm 100% YES YES YES , but mist of all i suggest you ask for Michael Sean Herman , you cant go wrong with him , truly one of a kind . Me and my family will be forever grateful. As for me im getting much better from my open wound fracture and my ankle is getting better with many months of therapy. once again i have Micheal to thank for my peace of mind right now . My son was charged with a very serious felony for which he was subject to a minimum MANDATORY sentence of 10 years in Florida's prison system. We hired Mr. Ali. He did not promise miracles and was entirely honest with us. Mr. Ali managed to get our son out of jail on bond and into a drug rehab center. He helped us jump all the hurdles. Our son was able to remain free on bond for 26 months while he received the addiction help he needed. When the day came to finally plead the matter, Mr. Ali convinced the prosecutor and the judge to credit our son with the time he was out towards his sentence, resulting in our son only having to do 10 months in prison. This was incredible! Mr. Ali fought our son's case every step of the way. He was always available to us and he was relatively inexpensive. We went to one of the Big Guys in town. He wanted 10x Mr.Ali's fee and told us we would be lucky if our son did not do at least 6 years in prison. That guy needs to go to the Tom Ali School of Law! Great Job Tom! Thanks

I had a procedure that had an incident happen the day after my second child was born. I ended up spending just under a month in the hospital, continued another 3 months at home recovering. The most proactive & professional attorney. Greg Zele is the attorney you would be stupid to not hire. He represented me perfectly and even settled my case in a timely manner while COVID was slowing the systems. I did not have to worry about my case one bit and I was kept informed through the whole process. He had an answer for every question, with this being my first accident - there were a lot. A very large pharmacy chain made a huge mistake and filled our son's prescription 10x the medication dosage. This almost killed him. He is fine, but Mr. Stauder quickly got us money for hospital bills and extra money for the emotional damages our family sustained. He and his son, also an attorney at his firm, are nothing short of amazing. Mr. Stauder is what you want in an attorney- kind, smart, aggressive and fights for what is right.

Todd handled my auto accident case in 2004. He is one of the best and most thorough lawyers I have ever known. He gives personal attention to all his clients. He is also very caring and compassionate.
As a former paralegal, I have had experience working with many lawyers in personal injury. However when you are the accident victim, everything is different. Todd settled my case and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Todd and have done so to many of my friends and acquaintances.
