I have had a fairly positive legal experience with two legal disputes I have currently in the courts in the state of Oregon. Initially, I began both suits as a pro se litigant, but as my cases became more complex, I decided to bring in professional help. Mr. Baldwin was open to listening to my cause, my concerns and mostly guided me to where I developed complete trust and eventually, I hired him. I have no regrets. Navigating through the legal process is time consuming....and I have a great respect for the effort he has put forth in my cases. Mr. Baldwin has a practical approach yet is very wise when it comes to reading people, their intentions...an honesty quotient if you will. I found that I could present complicated facts and he would effortlessly compile my research or facts into a comprehensive pleading and yet would be proactive when it came to anticipating the opposing counsels responses. A brilliant mind, a professional demeanor and a great presence in the court room if he is litigating for you. I would have no problem referring this very down to earth person to anyone who wants excellent and honest representation in a legal dispute.

Mr. Schaub was highly successful in settling my personal injury claim. I hired him after it became clear that an exceptionally verbally abusive [ HARTFORD ] insurance adjustors goal was to insult me and deny the facts, then to manipulate and intimidate. I felt that adjustors Christmas bonus was directly attached to scaring me off, without simply FAIR compensation for my time loss and pain from my injuries. This is when i asked Mr. Schaub and his legal team to step in. The process was long, and he kept me apprised every step of the way, . He was very patient with all of my questioning on the phone and in person. He worked VERY hard on my case, and fought tooth and nail until the end by negotiating a Fair settlement for my case. He also intervened and protected me when the ins companies atty "pulled a fast one" during deposition in their attempt to make me look bad in case we did go to court. Mr. Schaub held them accountable to what was fair. He was exceptionally detailed in his communications and straight to the point. I would indeed hire Mr. Schaub and his firm again. I was not paid to post this review. I do so because Scott is hardworking and honest and the public needs to know they can trust him and his firm.

Spineless is the best way to describe Scott. The other attorney was actually screaming at me while I was on the stand. Schaub did nothing. Much like he did for my case. If you are getting divorced, do not ever hire this shlep. He will not fight for you, he won't even push for you. At best he'll slightly, reluctantly nudge for you. The only time he gets excited is when it's time to pay. Do yourself a favor and get an attorney out of Portland, unless you want your ex to get everything they want.

Mr Zantello does not return phone calls in a timely manner. He also made a payment arrangement with me that was not kept by his mentor Issac Ersoff. As well as being slow in action in regards to my case. Mr Zantello then unexpectedly leaves for five months without relaying any info about my case to his colleague Mr Ersoff. I'm very displeased with how I have been treated by Andrews Cramer and Ersoff!!!!

How Much Does a Lawyer Cost?

The cost of hiring a lawyer varies widely based on several factors:
