I worked with Dave to recoup contract monies that were owed to me. The contract person within the organization tried to coerce me into accepting not getting paid for a majority of the contract hours, despite the fact that they were entirely valid. Dave was a huge help in taking over the direct conversations and pressing for the organization to make good on the contract. Despite it being a juggernaut organization, Dave helped me get all of the contract money owed. Without his help, this outcome probably would have been impossible, and the issue CERTAINLY wouldn't have been resolved anywhere near as quickly and painlessly as it was... I have known Adam Beckman for about 15 years. 12 years ago he represented me in a challenging situation and produced great results. Adam is very straightforward, a "No beat around the bush" type of lawyer. He is very thorough when explaining to a client what the options are and how to get those results. I find his fees to be fair based on the results achieved.The Beckman Law Firm is prompt in it's communication from the top down. His staff is very courteous and knowledgeable.
Today we closed a case involving my son who is incarcerated outside the State of Colorado. That made it challenging. Adam accomplished exactly what he said was possible. He is very informative about law and case perception. He has done nothing short of a top notch job for me. Even when i get frustrated and blow up he still remains calm and collective. He looks for the long game in custody and isn't one of those that swing for the fence the first try. He understands there are processes and in child custody it takes time. He has proved to me over and over again why he does what he does even though i initially disagree, and somehow he is 99.9% of the time right. He is also well rounded his expertise isn't just family law. I would highly recommend him if you want a good attorney that will fight for you.

Luis was hired when my troubles started. Unfortunately for me more trouble followed as I understand little of some of the crazy laws in the US. I have been nothing but pleased with Joe and his entire staff. My first call into this office, Joe took my call directly and I could immediatly tell he was an attorney sincerely vested in his clients and thier cases. He has a level of humanity and integrity that is frankly hard to find in the field. He agreed to take on, what I was repeatedly told by nearly everyone, was an "unwinnable" case agianst The Department of Human Sevices over a TRAILS finding.
Joe and his staff were so incredibly responsive, efficient and thorough in their assistance and handling of my case. Having them on my side to handle all the legalize, I knew that I was in the best of legal hands possible in a part of the law way over most people's heads. For the first time in years, I could focus just on LIVING.
Our TRAILS appeal, that won an Administrative Law Judges ruling in our favor back in 2018, was overturned CDHS themeslves (because they can do that!) and went all the way to th Colorado Court of Appeals where it was unaimously reversed again by all three judges, back to the ALJ initial decision. Our case was also a precident setting, published opinion! I could not have done it without Joe's hard working team! Thank you Joe!!

Words cannot describe the care, patience, understanding and quality of work performed by Joe and his team. He was able to deal with a very difficult family dynamic and he kept his sense of humor and never lost patience. He really knows how to handle people and made what was a very emotionally difficult situation just a little better by his thoughtful and caring manner. Daniel was presented with a very interesting case with us almost 2 years ago. From the beginning of our case and still, Daniel has been upfront, honest, and so helpful with not only explaining what certain "lingo" or procedures mean but also with just defending us as clients. Daniel is very responsive with communication, especially in time-sensitive matters, and is very clear with his advice. Daniel has also continued to work with us when certain bills come for the month prior and explain the certain costs or break up the due dates so we don't have to be "put out" when paying for services. Just trying to find a dental malpractice lawyer in the Denver area was not easy. I got Very lucky when I reached out to Bucks office. They contacted me quickly and spent time getting to know me and my case. It wasn't all about how much money my case was worth, as other firms can be. They investigated my claims and realized pretty quickly that I had a malpractice suit. Buck and Alex were great at explaining the process and sharing the things coming to light in my records. I had relocated to a different state and they worked with my current dentists diligently to get the real story. The process can make you a little crazy (at least it did me 😁), but they worked with me to make some difficult decisions. In the end we settled, but I was able to get the money to help restore my dental health and I can't thank them enough. If you need dental malpractice help, Buck should be your choice. Don't sit in pain. If someone should pay for poor dental care, make them. Call Buck.

I contacted Julia initially via email and enquired about my case and costs involved. Julia was very responsive and polite in her communication. I appreciated the transparency she provided as far costs involved so I could make an informed decision. Kris is not only an incredibly personable, compassionate person, she is a well experienced, knowledgeable and fair attorney. From the moment we made our first call to Kris, she was prompt in her response and Kris’ caring nature heard our incident that occurred in our family that brought us to a temporary restriction in parenting time. Kris has a very no-nonsense approach to advocating for parenting rights and what is in the best interest of the children involved. In much less time than we expected, more than a few court dates and stipulations, we were relieved on the other side in having the children back 50/50.
Additionally, we are a blended family, so having an advocate that is aware of our family dynamic and situation she has been amazing at representing our family at all milestones in the court process. When dealing with our children being fed gluten on a celiac disease restricted diet, Kris advised and represented us in contempt orders for the other parent involved and re evaluating child support as needed. My mother was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in early 2014. When she found out, she was quick to get her will in order with Bradley and his team. I was designated as her Power of Attorney and Executor of the will, and I had no idea what I was doing. In the initial meetings, Bradley explained everything very carefully, and took plenty of time to answer all of our questions. She passed in April of the following year, and everyone at the office was very helpful while I navigated the complicated process of selling her house, managing her finances, and ultimately settling the estate. They were able to communicate quickly and effectively when I needed it, and made the process much easier than it would have been doing it alone. My mother's wish was to have my sister and I wait one year from her death to split the inheritance 50/50. As the year from her death approached I contacted my sister regarding splitting the inheritance, but she refused planning on keeping all of the money for herself and making her husband full beneficiary. My mother lived and passed away in Denver, Colorado and I live in Kansas City, Missouri. After doing an internet search, I found Mr. Frigon's site very professional, thus I contacted his office for a consultation.
Although my mother made my sister personal representative and full beneficiary on the inheritance, Mr. Frigon was successful in demonstrating my mother's wishes prior to her death to my sister's attorney in the matter. The matter finally resolved in receiving 50% of my mother's inheritance and for each of my sons to receive money towards a down payment on a home. In conclusion, Mr. Frigon and his office demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and kept me apprised of all matters regarding this issue. The cost of resolving this issue was very fair.
