Mr. Baker was incredible. He was compassionate but strait to business. He handled a situation for us that was very troubling involving one of our children. It is obvious that his morals are good and well established (part of who he is) we would definitely recommend Mr. Baker to anyone in need.

Not only was Russ Baker extremely aggressive in court. He also was very open and always advised me and which direction to go in. Any attorney can fight for you in court but what separates a yellow pages attorney compared to a real good attorney is being advised and communication which is what I promise you, you will get from Russ. Thank you Russ. Not just from me but from the whole SINGH family.

In 2008 this man kept CPS from WRONGFULLY REMOVING MY CHILD from my custody after he was attacked and rendered comatose by Riley Pearson of Burnet TX. (Who is up for parole as of now 2/24/23. Everything that is good about my life is owed to the good lord and this man. I will never be able to thank him enough. #ShakenBabySurvivorAnthony

Dear Social Media. I would like tell a you story and you be the judge. Shena Davenport is a realtor and a part-time care giver. A year ago her brother reported her to the Adult Protective Services for financial elder abuse. The gentleman in question is now 98 years old. About a week ago she was informed that she was still being investigated by the Travis County District Attorney Office. That day or the day after she went to see Tim Cowart a criminal defense attorney in Llano County. She wrote the check out of the bank account from the elderly gentleman she is being investigated for. The elderly gentleman signed the check under misleading information. The attorney took the check and cashed it immediately. The family tried to put a stop payment but it was to late. The questions are... 1. What do the actions say about the character and moral compass of the lawyer? 2. Do you think the lawyer violated any ethics? 3. When reading this do you think the lawyer will do the right thing?
