Hired Sarah. Witness call police and stated false accusations. There was a level of being innocent relative to the charges filed. Sarah worked through the situation and provided me the best results possible.
For me its not about her wins, losses, or charges dropped. For me it was her guidance and providing me a path to work the situation. This is what I would like to acknowledge her for.
She also told me in the most professional and polite way to shut up and let her do her job LOL.
She proved her working relationships with the courts and DA to be another item she should be praised for. Especially where discovery video is concerned.
What normally takes the average person 2 to 4 years to complete, I was done in a year, she also had a major charge dropped for me.
I waited to provide a review until now, everything occurred in 2021 and as stated earlier I had everything wrapped up in a year because of Sarah...except one thing, which was beyond her and anyone's control. That is now done, and for complete closure concerning the situation I thought it would be good to do this review now.
I greatly appreciated her as my attorney. I would recommend her to anyone immediately. My wife and I thank her for her time.

Sean Harrell is an extraordinary criminal defense attorney.
I had another lawyer handling my felony case for 9 months, and I was going to trial with her. The dates had all been set. It was terrifying.
I was innocent and knew I had not received proper representation.
I was referred to Sean by Bob P., who had been an Assistant DA. Sean was able to take my case, he jumped right in, and at the first hearing, he asked to start the case over. The judge agreed.
Within 3 months, Sean was able to discuss the case with the DA, point out some major problems with their case, and they came to an agreement, there was no reasonable likelihood of success at trial—and the case was dismissed. DISMISSED!!
The best news I had received in quite a while!! I am thankful for Sean Harrell. He is honest, hard working, professional, reliable, and does his job very well.
Sean made ALL the difference in my case.
All the evidence, the DA, the judge, all the same.
Sean got my freedom back for me. I am eternally grateful for that.

I was referred to Sean when I was charged with leaving the scene of an accident when no accident had occurred at all. The charges were serious and I was pretty nervous about the whole thing. Sean was able to get all of the charges dismissed except for a minor one which was not worth contesting. Sean was very thorough as he thought through every way that the DA might try to prove the charges were correct, but in the end was able to convince the DA that the accident had, in fact, never happened. Sean was also kind, caring, and even sometimes funny, :) His initial fee was far more reasonable than another attorney I had contacted. If you want someone who does his job well and does all that is possible to represent you well, I encourage you to contact Sean. If I ever have a need to use legal services in his area again, (God Forbid), I would contact Sean without hesitation.

I was involved in a head on collision one early morning heading to work. The gentleman that caused the accident accepted full liability. Even though the gentleman accepted responsibility for the accident it seemed impossible to keep up with the incredibly overwhelming medical bills that seemed to never stop revolving. I also was dealing with many details, questions, and concerns from the insurance companies. After much advice and consideration I took my time to find the right attorney that I felt comfortable with. I wanted to find someone to represent me with trust, kindness, approachability, credibleness, experience, and had the proper ethics for my case. That was the day I met Robert Garcin. On our first free consultation he was very kind, honest, and patient with me. Lets start by saying I don't know where I would be today without this awesome lady! Sharon has been my lawyer since I was 13 im 19 now.Over the last 6 years she has been a constant person that has given me support and guidance where it has been most needed in my life.I am able to count on her to be there and give me the best advice even if it's not what I want to hear and usually she's right even tho I hate admitting that! She is one person that doesn't just do her job she goes above and beyond by really caring about her clients and their situation. She isn't just a lawyer she gets involved in your life and by doing that is able to understand your situation better which helps her to help you the best that she can. The best part is she actually cares it's not just for show it's because she genuinely wants to help you. On top of being great at what she does I have to say i don't think I've ever met anyone that doesn't adore Sharon simply cause she's just an awesome person. Sharon has a personality that just makes you wanna go and talk to her she's very open and inviting to everyone and is always smiling which makes it very easy to feel comfortable talking to her. She's always trying to talk about something even if it has nothing to do with why you've hired her for which makes you feel more like she is someone your just talking to not a lawyer which sometimes makes it easier to get through what she's ultimately there for. She also is very knowledgeable on what she's doing somehow she has figured out how to make you happy while she's pretty much telling you what to do with your life since you obviously need her yet it doesn't feel like that it feels like she's just being your friend yet I've come to find out pretty much everything she tells me is like so close to the truth and what's really the right thing that it's actually kinda scary. She is very smart and seems to use her personal experiences in life to really help you because she knows life is life and doesn't always go as planned but her priority is always to help even if that means ice cream and I crying session rather then sitting in an office and trying to talk about hard things. She is the most understanding person I've ever met in my life and in the 6 years she's been there for me never once have I felt she's judging me or doesn't sincerely want what's best for me. Sharon also happens to be a total winner partly cause she's awesome and everyone loves her but mostly because she knows what she's doing and if you work with her and do what she's says I promise you she will win your case because she will do her best to and honestly she's saved me from so much because she knows exactly what to do! She is someone I can say i trust with my life and I'm so glad Sharon has come into my life. I have become who I am today because of the awesome people I've had the pleasure of turning into my family and Sharon is definitely family to me! Even my mother calls her my other mother ha-ha. Sharon was there for so much in my life that she's practically more family to me then my family and i am so thankful for that! Diedra answered my call and even tho they didn’t handle cases that were specific to mine, she took my information and was willing to speak to her partners to get me good referral to who does! She cared enough that she didn’t want me wasting my time or giving my information to people that were scammers even tho she didn’t know me or my situation.

I hired this attourney to help me with a very trivial case. He was charming enough when it came to sorting out financial agreements. However in my opinion he seems chaotic and disorganized.He showed up late for court , so my hearing had to be re-arranged.He kept demanding the full flat fee when the work had only just begun,despite being paid $1,300 in advanced.He has every excuse in the book for tardinesd and I was always made to feel as if my case was not important enough as he has 'so many other case' and picked my case he said because it was interesting.A bad craftsmen always blaims their tools.I fired this attourney as he was tardy, chaotic and difficult to communicate with.If you challenge him he becomes threatening , talks about sueing. stay away from this attourney.

He does talk, alot.... Prices were on the high end for what he accomplishes. He wont build you up saying he can do this or that for you. He makes sure you are aware of the worst situation, and guarantees nothing. Doesnt seem very confident in what he can do in means of the case, if he does anything. Asked me to get copies of paperwork from the courthouse and then send him copies. Asked him how court went one day, four hours later he lets me know he missed it because he wrote the wrong date down. Pretty much the same when asked about a paper he was suppose to file, excuses, and more talking. All in all an acceptable outcome(no choice here) on my case but wish i would have went with someone else or no one and not wasted my money with him. I would not recommend but other people may have a better experience than i did

I was very pleased with the service I recieved. To start with, his prices are very reasonable, especially for someone with as much knowledge and overall experience. There was not a single question I had that he couldn't answer, and whenever I got confused, he took the time necessary to make sure I understood. Michael also never once BS'd me. He never sugarcoated things, and most importantly, never led me on and gave me unrealistic expectations. There were other attorneys who tried to sell me on idealistic promises that were ultimately untrue. Michael was a straight shooter from the beginning. Aside from all this, I would also consider him a friend. He was always there to talk about things, even if they weren't specific to my case. I truly felt like he cared about me, and not just the paycheck. If you are ever in a bind, I would highly recommend giving Michael a call. You will not regret it.

As a financial advisor who deeply cares for my clients' needs, I reached out to Stone Law, LLC to inquire about their estate planning services in the Grand Junction, Colorado, area. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory.
My initial call was disconnected by a representative named Casey, which was frustrating. On my second attempt, I spoke with Sarah, who was very professional and courteous. However, when I asked for additional information, I didn't receive much help.
Moreover, I was not given any timeframe for when my clients could potentially meet with the firm, which is crucial for planning purposes. Overall, I didn't feel that Stone Law, LLC was interested in accommodating new clients. As a fiduciary who prioritizes my clients' best interests, this lack of attention and assistance was disappointing.
