I can only express my sincere gratitude to both Ben and Andrew for working on my case and for helping me resolve it in the best possible way.
I was recommended Ben by another attorney who told me that if it was his family member, he would tell them to hire Ben because of how knowledgeable and professional Ben is in working on DUI cases. Since I had never had any experience with such cases and situations, I could only trust the opinion of that other lawyer, and I called Ben. Fortunately, he agreed to help me, and although I was living under a lot of burden thinking about my case for the whole 4 years that it dragged on, in the end, hiring Ben and later working with his partner Andrew proved to be the right decision. I have to admit that throughout all this time since my case started in 2020, I was a little concerned about how little communication I had with Ben (just a couple of phone calls and rare texts), but at some point I understood that he is the person who does things for his clients without necessarily talking much about what is being done. Ben never refused to answer my questions, but I realize now that I didn't understand a lot of things he did as my lawyer, so now I am just grateful that he did what he had to do because in the end it all mattered when his partner Andrew took over my case. Like Ben, he never failed.to answer any of my questions, especially when I had to make an important decision regarding the plea deal. In the very end, my charges were reduced to the minimum, and I had to only pay a fine. While I wasn't able to see Ben in court (but again very thankful to him for working on my case from the very beginning), I had a chance to witness Andrew there, and what I saw and heard made me feel better and less stressed.
Both Ben and Andrew are very friendly, compassionate, sympathetic, and they never made me feel like I was being judged for what I did. They are truly professionals in what they do, and I would recommend them highly and without any reservation to anyone who happens to find themselves in a difficult situation requiring the help of a DUI attorney.

After trying to take care of my father's estate and will when he passed on, I discovered that both of my parents' wills were not done correctly the first time and outdated. I gave my mother's will to Mr. Bowen and he wrote a new one that was very detailed and fixed the error in her will that had existed in my father's will that created so many problems. I was so pleased with his work that I asked him to write my husband's and my will. He made the process less intimidating and worked with me over the phone and e-mail so that I did not have to take time off work to go into his office while discussing the details. He wrote all three wills in a very short amount of time. I would recommend him with no hesitations.

Philip is wonderful! He was incredibly responsive to all of my questions (by email, phone, and in person) and he actually listened. I'd had a consultation with another lawyer before I met Philip, and he I either didn't listen or chose to ignore some of my questions and concerns. Philip never rushed or talked down to me. He patiently answered all of my question (and I ask a lot of questions!), which allowed me to trust him and believe that he truly had my best interest at heart. He even offered to talk to my parents to alleviate any concerns they might have had (I'm well over 18, by the way; they were just being nervous parents). It's been a couple years since Philip settled my case, and anytime I hear anyone bemoaning their experience with a lawyer, I reflect on my experience with Philip and thank God that I found someone with such a good and patient heart. The fact that he settled my case for a significant amount was great, but even if it had been less, I would re-hire Philip again in a heartbeat; though of course, I hope to never require his services again.

I hired Mr. Thames for a serious traffic charge (DUI). While handling this case another unfortunate event lead to another traffic charge (Driving without a valid license). Both charges could have effected my employment greatly. Mr. Thames helped me immensely on a professional and personal level. He made sure everything dealing with the court was handled although I was out of state and lead me through the court process so I would understand everything that was going on. In the end one charge was reduced drastically to a small fine, the other charge was dropped and my arrest records were restricted. I first consulted Mr. Hall about a disability claim. I was certain that I was wasting both my time as well as his. Mr. Hall did not think so. He put me at ease, and his level of confidence in my claim was great enough for both of us. He kept me informed and fully explained each step of procedure along the way. Kevin delivered a presentation at the ICLE Georgia Bar Association Conference for Social Security Disability that was outstanding. Specifically, Kevin's presentation covered the proper development and preparation for social security disability hearings when a medical expert (ME) is part of hearing before and Administrative Law Judge (ALJ). Instead of just reading provisions from the Law and Regulations, Kevin referenced these but supplemented them with specific examples of hearings, including testimony by the ME and his response. These examples were outstanding and demonstrated his knowledge of SSA procedures but also how to quickly adapt to expert testimony that might derail his case. He also demonstrated his knowledge in requesting supplemental hearings as necessary. Included in the written material for the conference were specific written transcriptions of complicated situations where he had to overcome bias or medical misunderstanding of a particular judge to win the case for his client. His presentation was one of the best I have ever heard and he clearly is outstanding in understanding what to do to win SSA disability cases but he also has the ability to execute a plan to win the case. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a representative for a SSA disability claim.

Met with him once in court was a bit worried because I had never met with him or talked with him other than through his assistant but even when I didn't talk to him directly or know what was going on he was fighting in the background the deal he had worked out was very fair for the charges that were against me (Noone is as innocent as they say they are ) but the deal was fair and I am happy it's done and over with ... don't read a bad review and think he's not doing what he can I saw bad reviews for people that had a gun or drug charge and mad they didn't get away with it there are laws for a reason and you still have to follow them do the crime pay the price he is a very good attorney and I would highly recommend him to anyone and urge to anyone to go to carter and foster for their needs if they can't help you I'm sure they can point you in the correct direction.

Recently we were hit with an outrageously frivolous civil lawsuit. As someone who never had any experience with the court system, we had no idea where to start. We only had 3 weeks to hearing and I frantically called every lawyer in town and surrounding area, but everyone was booked or wouldn’t even return the call. A terrifying place to be. I called this firm and I was promptly transferred to Mr. Schwartz. (WOW! A FIRST!) He listened to my story, asked me some details about the case. I emailed him the court papers and some of my supporting evidence. Quite a bit of it too. He took the time to evaluate the case, consult with his partners, and next day agreed to represent us on such a short notice.
Due to logistics, we ended up hiring a local lawyer. (and pray we didn’t make a mistake) Mr. Schwartz was extremely gracious when I told him we’ll go with this other person, wished me all the best, and said he would gladly assist me in the future, if the need ever arises. Not a word about his time spent on my behalf or mention of a payment owed to him. The humanity and character of this lawyer was absolutely astounding, especially after going through the despair of not finding any legal help anywhere else. I SO wish he was local!!! I felt comfortable talking to him, I didn’t feel rushed or a burden. He was not condescending, as most lawyers are I find out, but warm, patient, with a healthy dose of humor, which God knows I needed, didn’t make empty promises, but gave me a realistic picture of the process involved. (also a sobering one). Now, that I blew my chance to have him in my court, if I only get lucky enough that he would not represent the plaintiff! That’s how good I think he is.

Tracey Dellacona was a bulldog for us. She immediately spoke up on our behalf when the situation called for it. She knew her business as well as our business. I was referred to David by my pastor after I had been injured working at a department store in town. Remodeling was happening and I was struck by a 4x12 piece of sheetrock.
