I was arrested for DUI first offense with a refusal of the breath test. As a result, I was facing a six-month administrative license suspension with the possibility of an additional nine months if convicted of the charge. This lengthy suspension would have made it impossible for me to keep my job, as I have an hour-long commute to work. Attorney Newman handled the case expeditiously and achieved an outstanding result. Prior to the administrative license appeal hearing, Attorney Newman worked out a plea deal with the prosecutor to drop the DUI and replace it with a reckless driving charge. On top of this, the prosecutor also agreed to waive the administrative license suspension. While I was facing up to fifteen months without a license, I ended up with only a three-month suspension and no criminal conviction, as long as I agreed to receive a drug and alcohol evaluation. This highly satisfying outcome is a testament to Attorney Newman's first-rate legal skill and long experience. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I started out with Attorney Klug before my case transferred to her associate in the same office, Attorney Walker.
Both Attorneys Klug and Walker provided professional and sound legal advice. Their filings and pleadings were crafted in a manner that matched the vigor of opposing counsel’s motions without going overboard or inciting further litigation. They had working knowledge of properly dealing with vexatious litigants, and their attorneys. While I knew the outcome I wanted, they would not just take my word for it and file things to placate me- they were honest in matching the evidence I presented them with state statutes and prior case law to allow me to make informed decisions when deciding next steps. Both Attorneys were conscientious of budget considerations and filed only what was necessary to advance my case. This practice likely saved me thousands of dollars over the course of the about 4-5 years they were retained during my case. Both were level headed and thoughtful when dealing with sensitive matters that involved the safety of my children.

I highly recommend hiring Joe Prieto for a defense attorney! I was facing a 2nd DUI and false report to a police officer with some jail time, and up to 3 years license suspension. However, Prieto managed to drop my charges down to DWI 1st offense, with a minimum 9 months license suspension! Absolutely the best defense attorney I’ve ever came across. My case wasn't exactly an easy one BUT in the end, Joe was able to have my charges dropped from a potential aggravated DUI to just reckless driving.

Background: I am a cis-gendered male who had a case of a former significant other purporting sexual misconduct by myself.
Robin immediately made me feel at ease, her demeanor and her attitude made me feel secure in her experience and qualifications (also getting her as a reference from another trustworthy lawyer helped). She played both legal counselor, and at sometimes sanity check. She prevented a possible expulsion and helped me finish my college career without a criminal record. She was reasonably priced, charged fairly for travel, and never seemed annoyed that she did have to travel. She never hesitated to consult her peers for advice, and explored all the options to every situation. Even after we ended our professional relationship, she had the courtesy to check on me and how I was doing. I appreciated all her work, and would suggest her to anyone in a similar situation.

Had the audacity to respond TWO MONTHS after I initially contacted them to say they were "unable" to take my case (a simple civil matter). I had clearly found another attorney to work with by the time they responded. Classic "big law" bureaucracy where clients are nothing more than numbers on a screen. I would only contact them as a last resort if you can find no one else to take your case.

I highly recommend Attorney Skinner. He worked with me on my case to stop foreclosure and he did a wonderful job. He knows the law and is very compassionate towards his clients. He is responsive to any questions and available. He works tirelessly for his clients and he is super fast at responding and getting work done. I have worked with other attorneys prior to him and I quickly learned that unlike other attorney that overcharges for simple tasks. He gets the job done fast and efficiently! For example I needed a title exam on my property and another attorney took over weeks to get the information and it was incomplete. Attorney Skinner and his team turned that information around in a day what took another law firm weeks to do it, he does in a day....He is honest and upfront. Do yourself a favor and don't hesitate to hire him. I have dealt with a lot of attorneys and they are of the old school of thought, where they don't inform you what is going on in your case, and non responsive to calls, and overcharges for any simple task and typically they forget you are the client. Attorney Skinner treats everyone with respect and he takes the time to explain your options and what is going on your casefile. You are never left in the dark. He is also does electronic filings and he immediately turns any information on your case to you immediately.

I'm so glad I found Attorney Arnold. It was just an online search and sometimes you get lucky. Patrick is responsive, patient, and thorough. He explains issues and any legal implications in as much (or little) detail as one requires. I have a tenant problem (lack of rent payments, refusal to leave) that is still ongoing. At our first court hearing, Patrick got them to sign and honor an agreement to start paying immediately and to leave by a certain date. I'm happy to report that they DID make payments and they DID vacate the premises. I would not have been able to accomplish this on my own. My case continues, as there is still an issue of prior monies owed, but I'm very confident that a satisfactory resolution will be reached. Not only is Patrick extremely well-versed in the law and comfortable with the negotiations, but he was able to get my tenants OFF their BUTTS and he did it at an extremely affordable rate. If you are reading this review because you are considering Patrick Arnold as your choice for legal representation I strongly recommend that you hire him and read this review. I was facing a possible 5 to 7 year prison sentence. To be honest things were looking pretty bleak. The County Attorney's Office was looking to play hardball but Patrick never even broke a sweat. The entire time Patrick remained upbeat and professional and looked at every single angle of the case. As for the outcome thanks to Patrick's diligence and leaving no stone unturned the DA's office went from offering me three years in prison with five years of probation as their initial plea offer to dismissing the charges entirely. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that if I had tried to represent myself or I didn't have Patrick's considerable attention to detail and no-nonsense approach to getting things done I would be sitting in a prison cell right now. Patrick also managed to do all of this while keeping my considerable levels of anxiety in check because he had a level of confidence in our case that made me feel completely at ease. I myself needed Lonnies service in a dispute with a previous Multi million dollar company who had been unwillingly to pay monies owed to me for several months. It was a complex situation involving a bank closure and funds being held in an escrow by a third party. One of the things that impressed me the most is the way Lonnie looked to me as the "expert" in the field where the dispute was and educated himself on the field, business practices etc to better help resolve our case in the end outside of long drawn legal proceeding. Lonnie handled himself in a firm but professional manner in dealing with a multi million dollar company and their legal team and resources, what seemed like a monumental task he simplified and got results.
