I am an out of state resident that was in a horrible automobile accident while vacationing in California. Tyler was referred to me from a friend. I was looking for an attorney to represent me in my case. My employer didn't pay me overtime and didn't let me take breaks for the 6 years I worked for them. I complained about that but they didn't do anything so I finally fed up with them. I talked with him on the phone first and then I visited his office. He explained me what steps we need to take and made me feel better about my decision to take a legal action. He walked me through all the processes without any aggravation or worries. They call me and let me know if my deadline was that way I was able to get everything into them by the deadline which I did I even took pictures of every page. I've been addicted to Oxycontin 20 years ago if that never would have happened to me and if I was never giving it to me for just stomach cramps I would never had the life I had today I have nothing because of it I pray that everybody gets treated fairly and this lawsuit everybody needs to be confiscated for the lies that everybody said they're prescribed to him for me it said they're not addictive and they will very little side effects will occur not get it all I think that's terrible what they did and from then on I was up thank you Finson Law Firm firm for helping everyone in my predicament out.

The estate planning advice from Maria Jonsson was off-the-charts superb in every way. There were significant complications in previous estate documents (established by a different attorney) that Maria Jonsson detected right away and explained with calm clarity, while also enumerating (in language a layperson could easily grasp) the steps to be taken to set things right. I worked with Sunit in 2023 on my second attempt applying for the O-1B Artist visa as a composer. It was very challenging because in the end of 2021 I got a denial after working with another law firm from Santa Ana.
In my case, Sunit was very honest on what to include as well as what not to include in my application. Also, he will make sure you have the best application possible before you submit so you don’t have to suffer an RFE.
He is constantly updating himself regarding the USCIS requirements. During my process, right before submitting my application, there was a change in the requirements and he immediately stop and we took an extra month to make sure we have everything possible. In the end, I got my visa approved one week after submitting with no RFE!
If you work with Sunit you will have to trust the process and you will be fine.

I spoke to Waylon about the firm and booked an appointment to see Laura. A hour before the meeting Weylon called to confirm, that was a red flag that I ignored. Laura explained what the approval process was and that it could take sometime to get approval given my families situation. I decided to become a client of the firm and sent in my retainer and notified the firm. When the check did not arrive I got an email asking about the check, there was some back and forth. Once the check was received and cashed I heard nothing. I called and asked for status, I emailed and asked for a call back so I could understand what I should expect.
Low and behold I got an approval letter and wasn’t sure what to do - was that it was anything else required?
I sent another email no response, finally frustrated I called and told the receptionist that I was very frustrated that no one has called or emailed me back. After the phone call I got an email from the firm congratulating me on the approval.
Once they got the check there was no communication. The follow up it terrible and unprofessional. I’ve had better service at McDonalds.

It was a complicated (ALW then Zero Share plus backdate appeal) process that was completely new to me and I was out of the country and when back was in a different state from my father for the duration.
