Laura Butuke seems like a good lawyer and she partially is which is why I'm not giving her just one star. But when she had an opportunity to do some legal leg-work to ensure that our parents' house was passed from my father to my mother without reassessment after he died, she instead took the opportunity to get the house reassessed at market value and added to probate along with all of my father's other assets. I've asked multiple attorneys after the fact and they have all said the same thing: this could have been avoided.
Conveniently for her and her only, this added greatly to the lawyer fees that she charged us at the end of probate. This also means that we will now be paying $7,000 more per year in property tax for the rest of the time that we choose to own this house. Really greedy and sneaky BS. I do not recommend her services.

I spoke to Waylon about the firm and booked an appointment to see Laura. A hour before the meeting Weylon called to confirm, that was a red flag that I ignored. Laura explained what the approval process was and that it could take sometime to get approval given my families situation. I decided to become a client of the firm and sent in my retainer and notified the firm. When the check did not arrive I got an email asking about the check, there was some back and forth. Once the check was received and cashed I heard nothing. I called and asked for status, I emailed and asked for a call back so I could understand what I should expect.
Low and behold I got an approval letter and wasn’t sure what to do - was that it was anything else required?
I sent another email no response, finally frustrated I called and told the receptionist that I was very frustrated that no one has called or emailed me back. After the phone call I got an email from the firm congratulating me on the approval.
Once they got the check there was no communication. The follow up it terrible and unprofessional. I’ve had better service at McDonalds.

He’s really friendly and hardworking – very pleasant and easy to work with. Applying for an O-1 visa can be an intimidating process, and Sunit was reassuring at every step of the way, and always happy to explain things and answer questions.
He knows the O-1 application process REALLY well – and even if he might say it’s his clients who are the creative ones, I found Sunit to be very creative in putting together a case, while always making sure he’s building a strong application with plenty of proof and documentation.

The estate planning advice from Maria Jonsson was off-the-charts superb in every way. There were significant complications in previous estate documents (established by a different attorney) that Maria Jonsson detected right away and explained with calm clarity, while also enumerating (in language a layperson could easily grasp) the steps to be taken to set things right. In addition, the entire process was completed far more quickly than we could have anticipated. One couldn't ask for a more personable and friendly guide through the thickets of estate law nuances--a realm certainly not for the faint of heart, but one we were able to navigate smoothly under this attorney's expert guidance. A very bad auto accident put me in the hospital with a TBI, many broken bones, and a totaled car. The driver responsible was a minor, driving alone and uninsured. From the moment I hired him, Tyler was online researching and handling everything. He was always patient, thorough, and clear in explaining, so that I understood what was happening and why. In fact, everyone at Yuhl Carr is brilliantly kind and helpful. I cannot imagine a better attorney or law firm than Tyler Barnett and Yuhl Carr LLP. It is so rare to find lawyers who are both excellent at their jobs and truly good human beings. If you need an attorney, I recommend you skip shopping around and just call them!

I am an out of state resident that was in a horrible automobile accident while vacationing in California. Tyler was referred to me from a friend. He did an amazing job settling my case that was in litigation since before COVID affected the world and how we do things… not only was this an obstacle, but I also had preexisting neurological illness and a case that a previous lawyer gave up on, close to the statute date. What a mess! Tyler was able to find me the best expert witnesses to verify my current disability and how the accident has affected them and treated me with the utmost respect and kindness from beginning to end of my case! I was looking for an attorney to represent me in my case. My employer didn't pay me overtime and didn't let me take breaks for the 6 years I worked for them. They call me and let me know if my deadline was that way I was able to get everything into them by the deadline which I did I even took pictures of every page. I've been addicted to Oxycontin 20 years ago if that never would have happened to me and if I was never giving it to me for just stomach cramps I would never had the life I had today I have nothing because of it I pray that everybody gets treated fairly and this lawsuit everybody needs to be confiscated for the lies that everybody said they're prescribed to him for me it said they're not addictive and they will very little side effects will occur not get it all I think that's terrible what they did and from then on I was up thank you Finson Law Firm firm for helping everyone in my predicament out.

I highly recommend Sky USA Law and Sunit to anyone who wants to apply for an O-1 visa. Sunit & his team got my case approved in less than a week (first-time application with premium processing).
