On June 20, 2024 I met with Attorney Robert Manchel to address my questions about filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy. Mr. Manchel was very attentive and pleasant and answered all my questions and concerns . I hired him the next day. During the bankruptcy process Mr. Manchel was always available to answer my questions through texts, phone and emails. He explained everything I needed to do and all information I needed to supply. He also told me step-by-step what would happen during the several month process. When it came time to address a judge I met with Mr. Manchel in his office and he helped me through the Zoom hearing. He kept me calm and guided me through the hearing. After the filing was complete- and during the waiting period- Mr. Manchel was always available to supply me with advice and information.
On October 28, 2024 Mr. Manchel contacted me through email, letter and phone that my bankruptcy case had been successfully discharge. He then went on to advise me to what I needed to do in the future to help restore my good credit.
I would highly recommend Mr. Manchel to anyone who finds themselves in the position I was in and has to seek bankruptcy to help them get back on steady financial ground.

I called and Tiffany Yacullo was the first person I spoke to and when I tell you, this young lady made sure I was informed, very patient, very supportive, very kind, on point and very respectful. I was hit by a car while walking in a parking lot in 2013. I suffered compression fractures in my back. I consulted with Adam Starr about my situation. I was under the impression that shock occurred when something very bad happened to you, such being rear-ended by an inattentive driver who took out my trunk and backseat and could very well have taken out me. Did I deserve a settlement? No question. Circumstances, pictures, and an eye witness made that clear. None-the-less, a medical complication could have obscured the facts and made a just settlement tricky- and it was. I wasn't very hopeful. But when I went to Mr. Nugent's office-a place where you are treated like family-to pick up my check and saw what he had accomplished, I amazed myself that I behaved calmly, I thanked him and then drove directly, and ever so carefully, to my bank, having learned that shock can also occur when something very good happens to you.

It was truly an honor to have Attorney James M. Clancy to represent me with my Workman's Comp Injury that I sustained at my work place. Once I was introduced to his law firm and contacted Mr. Clancy he immediated setup a consultation meeting with me to go over the injury that occured on my job. He immediately started the ball rolling by instructing me on each step that I had to take to get my injury taken care of as soon as possible. Almost two years ago, I began researching attorneys for my husband as I knew we would be trying to make a huge family decision for him to become primary custodian for our three beautiful step children. On June 20, 2024 I met with Attorney Robert Manchel to address my questions about filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy. Mr. Manchel was very attentive and pleasant and answered all my questions and concerns . I hired him the next day. During the bankruptcy process Mr. Manchel was always available to answer my questions through texts, phone and emails. He explained everything I needed to do and all information I needed to supply. He also told me step-by-step what would happen during the several month process. When it came time to address a judge I met with Mr. Manchel in his office and he helped me through the Zoom hearing. He kept me calm and guided me through the hearing. After the filing was complete- and during the waiting period- Mr. Manchel was always available to supply me with advice and information.
On October 28, 2024 Mr. Manchel contacted me through email, letter and phone that my bankruptcy case had been successfully discharge. He then went on to advise me to what I needed to do in the future to help restore my good credit.
