I was in the middle of a terrible litigation storm with my sons father and it seemed like it would never end. We had been going back and forth to court for well over a year and I could not see the light at the end of the tunnel. I had been through over 4 attorneys...yes, I said 4!!! In February of 2018 a family friend suggested I meet with Mr.Schrade to see what options there were for me to move forward and possibly even wrap up the litigation altogether. I was nervous and I assumed Mr. Schrade would be like all the others but boy was I wrong. For started Mr. Schrade is an extremely kind and respectful person. Every attorney I had prior was somewhat rude or too aggressive towards me when I asked questions or for undertaking. Mr.Schrade was the total opposite... it makes a huge difference when someone treats you like a person instead of job or simply another case number. Mr. Schrade was able to close a case that had been lingering for over two years in just 2 short months! It is the best feeling in the world knowing that someone can no longer hold the threat of taking custody over your head. Mr. Schrade was an angel towards me but a fighter in the courtroom.

I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with Pandora Palmer and her amazing team of professionals! My divorce was a long, drawn out, grueling two year process. When I first met with Pandora, she immediately showed compassion for me and my situation. She and her paralegal, Tiffany, got right on my case, being thorough in researching all aspects of it. Pandora presented me with the facts of what I was facing and gave it to me straight--no sugar coating. She was honest...but with compassion. Ms. Moon is currently handling a case for me. I was served with court papers, at my office, completely out of the blue for contempt. Ms. Moon immediately put me at ease on my first office visit. She wanted every last detail I could give her about the incident. During the time that we were waiting to go to court, she has kept me informed of every movement she has made on the case. Ms. Moon, as well as her assistant Ronni, were always accessible to me anytime I needed them. All phone calls and emails were always answered.
Ms. Moon represented me in court last week and did an excellent job. Because of the complexity of the case, we are still waiting for a ruling from the Judge. Ms. Moon has continued to study all cases that are pertinent to my case and has forwarded them to the Judge. She spent a whole day with me preparing for my case and stayed after hours at her office to make sure I was comfortable and informed of the court proceedings.
Ms. Moon came highly recommended to me and I did my research before I hired her. I was impressed with her resume of experience and the cases she had tried in the past. No matter what the outcome of my court experience, I felt that Ms. Moon gave 100% to my case. When I was with her I felt that I was the only client she had. Hiring Scott Key and his associate attorney Kaci Timmons was the best choice I could have made when I found myself in the position of being the victim of a bad court decision.
These two are phenomenal at their practice. I cannot emphasize enough their expert experience, professionalism, and knowledge of the law.
My calls and emails were returned promptly. Always. Everything about this complex process and the laws that govern it was always explained to me in terms that I could understand.
Nobody wants to be in the position of having to defend them selfs or fight in court. It’s not fun, cheap, or easy. But if you find yourself in a position where you need an attorney to right a wrong, these two are your best defense. 100%.

I called to inquire about a consultation and it took a days to get a call back to find out that a consult is $350 and you can't ask a single simple question without one. Yes, I've done consults before as an interview for both parties to determine if the situation is a good fit to work together. I've also worked in a law office and knew the basic retainer fees and legal expenses without being a lawyer. But to pay $350 before we can even get a ballpark price quote for a specific issue is crazy. Spending $350 to find out whether we can or can't afford to hire someone is a waste of resources that most frankly don't have an abundance of. I'm sure she's great.

I Retained this Firm to write a Quit Claim Deed not knowing that they were the same Firm that Bungled my Closing 8 years ago and had to be re-done (Nightmare) It's taken them almost a month and the Document had so many errors and misspellings in it, (Like a 5th grader had written it.) Unfortunately they made me pay up front. I had to take the Document and have it Corrected at another Firm. Avoid this Firm.

I think that everyone should have Uninsured, underinsured (UM). There are a lot of uninsured drivers and a lot of hit and runs.
25k is the personal liability minimum. The cost of medical providers depending on your injuries can surpass that. Without UM, you would be lucky to get any money.
When that happens everyone has to take less to close the deal.
I have had two automobile wreck cases with Nicola Cummings LawFirm. I received great recoveries on both. I have another one period, the other two were hit and runs.

This matter involves a case with my daughter who was involved in an accident. We selected the law firm through the legal plan from my husband’s employer and the reviews from google. The lawyer who handled her case was not Ms Cummings but an associate attorney Mike. My experience with him was unfortunately not pleasant. Having conversations with him was very frustrating at times because he was not very organized. He reported medical bills that were not associated with her injuries to myself and in the subsequent lawsuit paperwork that was filed, which to me is dishonest. When meeting with him at the end of case we were informed that the previously discussed 25% fee discounted from 33% because of the legal plan, was no longer valid because he had to file papers for a lawsuit. The case never went to trial no depositions or subpoenas were made but the office filing the paperwork somehow constituted a lawsuit. Be careful when retaining this office for your legal counsel. It’s a very expensive lesson learned where the injured party receives 20% of the settlement funds and still has to pay for the repairs to their vehicle from the 20%. When this was pointed out attorney Mike made repeated “suggestions “ for me to file a claim against my personal insurance company under my UM coverage. I gave the review 2 stars because the paralegal that communicated with my daughter was very professional. Again, my experience was not with Ms Cummings so I don’t know if that would have made a difference.

Excellent attorneys. Cannot recommend enough. As an attorney who found myself needing an attorney, Suesan Miller came highly recommended and lived up to the hype! She is exactly the sort of attorney you want representing you. When you interview attorneys, familiarity with the court you are in front of is key. She not only knows the law, she knows Henry County because she is in court all the time. I expect she has similar familiarity with the surrounding counties and if she doesn't I'd expect her to be honest and upfront about it. That is just the sort of professional she is. Her level of experience means she knows the best way to resolve your case and can give you a realistic expectation of how you will fair at trial or plea negotiations.
Suesan Miller was also on my side from the start. She was clear and communicative and easy to get in touch with. Her office responded quickly to any message I left and kept me fully updated on the status of my case. They called and texted and emailed to ensure I was where I needed to be when I needed to be there. Her office treated me with respect, explained what was going on, and did what they said they would do in a timely manner. I know a lot of attorneys and Miller, North & Brill are some of the most professional I have ever encountered.
Hopefully I won't be back, but if I ever need another defense attorney they will be my first call.

She is exactly the sort of attorney you want representing you. When you interview attorneys, familiarity with the court you are in front of is key. She not only knows the law, she knows Henry County because she is in court all the time. I expect she has similar familiarity with the surrounding counties and if she doesn't I'd expect her to be honest and upfront about it. That is just the sort of professional she is. Her level of experience means she knows the best way to resolve your case and can give you a realistic expectation of how you will fair at trial or plea negotiations.
Suesan Miller was also on my side from the start. She was clear and communicative and easy to get in touch with. Her office responded quickly to any message I left and kept me fully updated on the status of my case. They called and texted and emailed to ensure I was where I needed to be when I needed to be there. Her office treated me with respect, explained what was going on, and did what they said they would do in a timely manner. I know a lot of attorneys and Miller, North & Brill are some of the most professional I have ever encountered.

I reached out to this law firm and I was contacted by this law firm. This was for only a review but once my case was reviewed the attorney called me and just wanted me to listen to what she had to say. Upon doing so I informed the attorney that I was the client and she wanted to inform me about what the other lawyers that I had previously had said.This is very unprofessional as far as client lawyer privileges she wanted me to only listen to what she had to say and did not want to listen to me. I will not recommend this law firm to anyone. A lot of attorneys are only out for their selfish motives and this is one. Very poor service

Please beware!!...this not what you want!!!
...I found this attorney on a flyer and should have known then he was desperate and a scam artist. Despite the suggestion to look into this attorney before hiring. I paid a heavy price for not taking that suggestion. This person I don't even feel comfortable calling an attorney was never actually acting on my behalf. His customer service sucks, so if your expecting a response to phone calls, texts or emails forget it. I got a DUI while inside my home sleep...that's right sleep not in a vehicle and on private property. Too add I also received a failure to maintain lane charge and I was never driving. When I asked what I should expect for his fee .. never got an answer. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for representation. Don't end up like me. My only hope at this point is to seek " real " council to plead with the court on my behalf.Please beware!!...this not what you want!!!

I conducted a web search for a lawyer to help me with my specific issue, and the same firm kept appearing at the top of the results. After reaching out to them, they informed me they were unable to assist me. I then contacted another law firm, who also could not help me and referred me back to the initial firm. Confused, I emailed the first firm asking why they couldn't help me despite being highly ranked on Google and being referred by another firm. Their response was as follows:
"Thank you for getting back to us. The person who handles landlord disputes is currently out of the office, but if you would like, I can arrange for a consultation with one hour of billed time. Thanks."
I would have been more open to the consultation if you had mentioned this information earlier. It now feels like your main priority is making money rather than genuinely assisting me with my issue.

I never leave bad reviews. Called them to schedule an appointment and explained my situation and they told me they would get back to me the next day. Never got a email or call back. Even called them before and I was left on voicemail with no response back. Going through a major issue and needed a good lawyer but it seems they aren’t that.
