Don't let the pretty face fool you, she is FIERCE!! I cannot express enough how at peace I am and how confident I feel knowing that I have Heather Harris representing me through my divorce. A 39 year marriage abruptly ending due to alcohol abuse and domestic violence is a scary and unfamiliar predicament to navigate through. I sleep well at night because I know I have the best of the best fighting for myself and my adult disabled daughter. I will never be able to thank her enough for what she has done for us.

Kevin McCann is not only a fabulous lawyer but an absolutely amazing person in general. He has never let my family down and has continued the hard fight to prove my father’s innocence for the past 3 1/2 years. This man has a strong backbone and a desire to fight for what is right. It took almost 17 years of begging someone to help us to finally be led to the legend that is Kevin McCann. For the rest of my life I will tell everyone I know about this man, how courageous and dedicated he is to helping others. Kevin is the person you want on your side when your life is on the line or you just need someone to stand beside you. Thank you Kevin for everything you’ve done for my father, me and everyone else you have fought for! We are blessed to know you!

Kevin was very helpful from the initial consult to finalizing the case. He explained and represented with professionalism that I thought was lost in the lawyer arena. I would highly recommend Mr. McCann for representation in both local and Federal courts. His prior law enforcement experience combined with his extensive understanding of Federal agency interactions provides the kind of depth necessary for sound legal representation in several areas of law. Mr. McCann handled representation for my family in local courts, represented me personally in employment related issues, and even prepared my will. I have referred multiple clients to him for criminal representation. His personalized attention to his clients is a welcome change from the mid to larger sized firms.

Tim McCullough was there for me in the worst time of my life. My son died in a tragic accident while getting off a school bus. The car hit him right in front of my eyes. I was a mess. I didn't know what to do. My friend told me to call Attorney Tim McCullough. He stepped in. In a time of desperation, he knew what to do and took care of everything. Because of the funds he got for me he gave me the future I didn't think was possible. There are no words to say when someone comes in in the worst time of my life and protected me and my family. He made sure I was financially able to move on with my life after this tremendous tragedy. I would recommend him to anyone who was looking for a compassionate, kind hearted, intelligent, well practiced lawyer. Thank you, Tim, for every thing you have done for me and my family.

From the first time I talked to Alton, he gave me a feeling of confidence, and that was fully confirmed when I finally met him in person. He's a young man, but there's no doubt in my mind Alton will become a top flight barrister. Throughout my "ordeal", he eagerly answered my calls, I always knew what was going to happen, and he was compassionate when I needed it. He truly earns the moniker "advocate". I saw him with his game face on in court, and it was obvious he was not intimidated by any other presence there. I know I was not his only case, but when I talked to him, he never ... not even once ... gave me the feeling that he wasn't fully laser-focused on my problems. I can't say enough good things about Alton. I pray I never need him again, but if I ever need his expertise, he will be my first choice. You can be sure, if he's your attorney, he will do the best he can to fight for you.

Mr Neil Buchalter saved my son. We were desperate about his situation but Mr. B. came along and took over. Upon reviewing my son's case, he diligently took over and made things happen. I thought it would cost us a fortune but NO. He was very fair, honest with an "open door policy". He never refused to see us he was always there to advise us and give us confidence. His crew is unbelievably professional and capable. If I had to do it over again, it would be NEIL BUCHALTER. No one else. If you want to contact me please ask Mr. B to give you my email as I do not want to disclose my son's name. I recommend Mr. Buchalter with all my heart to anyone in need of his services.

It was late in 2008, I was presented with a tax audit which became very complex. It resulted in owing over 2 million dollars in tax and penalties. What started as a civil audit became a criminal case. I went to various legal firms. I left those offices feeling depressed and despondent when they told me in so many words that my outcome would be federal prison. My depresseion went to despair and at times I felt suicidal. A short time later I was recommended by several attorneys to see Mr. Neil Buchalter. Upon my first visit with Mr. Buchalter I felt a flicker of hope. Within 2 or 3 minutes of crying and trying to explain my situation, this human being came from behind his desk and sat next to me. He gave me a hug and said "Ed, you are going to be OK, I promise you." From that moment I felt that someone cared about my situation and that he was going to do everything in his power to keep me from prision. I felt like a "U-Haul" was just lifted from my back. Mr. Buchalter besides being a credit to his profession is a competent, intelligent professional and compassionate soul. When he took my case, he kept me advised with phone calls, letters and meetings and mostly to make sure I was coping . He reassured me at my weakest moments that everything was coming along. Mr. Buchalter kept his promise and more. I served no time I prison. He worked directly with the IRS and negotiated a very satisfying Installment plan with the IRS. Through Mr, Buchalter's perseverance I have moved on with my life. With no hesitation, I can truthfully say that Neil Buchalter "saved my life". There is absolutely no way that I would have survived this emotionally stressful period of my life with his competence, friendship and faith in God. EW, DDS.

I would like to take the time to say thank you to both attorney Watson and her assistant Jazmine, both of them were there whenever I needed any questions answered and keeping me informed all the way to the end. I had a unique situation in the fact that i’ve been waiting to be able to file for a divorce for a very long time, but due to continued financial constraints, it took me several years to finally be able to follow through with a divorce. The other party never responded to any correspondence sent, which was no surprise to me. Attorney Watson was very compassionate, empathetic and understanding to me and my situation along the way and for that I will be forever grateful! Hedman & Wooten in Jan 2023 to handle the probate process of my mothers home after she passed away in 2022. I didn’t have a clue what this process entailed nor what to expect. The team here was amazing throughout ea step of the way. Jason and the ladies (Andrea & Terry) were extremely helpful and kept me in the loop with every form and letter that had to be filed with the court system. They were responsive to my emails and provide superior service. This was a very difficult process for me personally but Jason Hedman and his team made it easier because I knew I was in good hands. During the closing process of selling my mothers home, the title company was very impressed with Jason Hedman and his team on how well they documented everything I would highly recommend Hedman & Wooten for needs that you may have that fall within their realm of legal service. This law firm operates in the highest form of integrity and quality service and is a firm that can be trusted.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Dawson Law P.A. and their unprofessional business practices. **The atmosphere at this firm is toxic, hostile, and completely inappropriate for any employee**. On behalf of my friend’s experience working there was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share their grievances. First and foremost, the lack of professionalism displayed by the management and colleagues was appalling. **There was a complete disregard for ethical conduct and basic workplace decency**. The work environment was rife with misconduct, favoritism, and a blatant lack of respect for employees. Furthermore, the communication within the firm was abysmal. **Important information was often withheld or misrepresented**, leading to confusion and unnecessary stress among staff members. **There was a severe lack of transparency and accountability** from the leadership, which created a culture of fear and mistrust. Moreover, the treatment of employees was nothing short of disgraceful. **There were instances of bullying, harassment, and discrimination that went unchecked**. It was clear that employee well-being was not a priority for Dawson Law P.A., and those who spoke out against the injustices faced retaliation and further mistreatment. In conclusion, I urge anyone considering working with or for Dawson Law P.A. to proceed with extreme caution. **Their lack of professionalism, hostile work environment, and blatant disregard for employee rights make them a company to be avoided at all costs**. My friends time at this firm was a harrowing experience, and I would not wish it upon anyone else.

Thank you Bart Brink for the great experience assisting and gilding me with my fathers estate as it is one of the toughest things we go through in life, loosing a loved one. Aside from being professional Bart demonstrated great empathy towards my current situation and not only focused on my initial request he will provide and suggest several options available to you in order to facilitate the process. The case went over a year so of course you will want to be patient while keeping in contact with Bart making sure all is moving forward dotting i's and crossing t's tackling any speed bumps as they arise, keep in mind his name is well respected and this will keep him busy so your effort put forward will go along way in your favor. Though I live several counties away from his practice the entire experience flowed smoothly aside from requests from the courts or clerk but as far as his efforts you will be happy and satisfied with his professional prompt service.

When I met Carole and her Team we, as with many other families, had been going through a very hard time financially. In addition to my profession we had a small Real Estate Development/ Mgmt company along with a business leasing, training, and showing horses. Initially, both businesses were doing well and on track to be both fulfilling and profitable over the long term. Unfortunately, as a result of Hurricane damages, the Real Estate crash, and an Injury requiring several surgeries rendering me unable to work for nearly a year, our financial outlook looked grim. We held out as long as we could going through every bit of savings and credit while hoping for a turn in the economy. By 2010 we had come to the realization that the economy would not turn around in time for us as we were very quickly approaching the end of our rope. It was a time of incredible stress, hopelessness, and extreme anxiety. We had come from a history of spotless and abundant credit to a point where we would be forced to pull the plug. We would have to consider a managed Bankruptcy. We initially consulted with two other well known Bankruptcy Attorneys. After consulting with them I came away feeling even worse, if that was even possible. The stress and anxiety literally felt like a 100 pound weight on my chest and I was seriously beginning to fear for my physical health. I was referred to Carole by a friend who had been working with her and was very happy. I made an appointment and met with her for our initial consultation. We went over the particulars of our financial situation and formulated a plan to move forward. Initially, we planned to file a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy but eventually were able to convert to a simpler and less costly Chapter 13. It was a bitter pill to swallow but Carole truly was, and is, amazing. Not only is she an incredibly competent and well connected Lawyer, she has a gift for making a person feel confident that things will get better and there is a positive way forward. There are a lot of Attorneys out there that can handle the legalities of a bankruptcy, but very few that can also put a person at ease, lay out a positive road map forward, and help to ease the emotional trauma that accompanies experiencing your world falling apart in front of you. I walked out of that meeting feeling for the first time in a long time, a sense of hope and confidence. We decided to retain Carole's services and have never looked back. It has been like having a trusted member of the family acting on your behalf who also happens to be a phenomenal Attorney. The office is a full service office with an abundance of talent specializing in all areas of Bankruptcy Law. Wether it be preparation of financial statements, real estate mortgage mediation, personal financial schedules, etc, they were able to handle it all in an extremely competent and personable manner. Just knowing that Carole and her Team are there working for your best interest is an immeasurable benefit mentally. We were able to enter into a five year plan, modify our mortgage, surrender failing property, and generally put our financial and emotional life back on track. Ultimately, we were able to pay off our plan early and emerge from bankruptcy. Our lives now look to be back on track and moving forward in a positive way. I truly consider it a blessing to have met Carole and her Team. We will forever be grateful to Carole, Kevin, Dan, Tracy, Chris, Sharon, and the unseen others for the help and assurance they provided us throughout what would have otherwise been an unbearable time in our lives. I would highly recommend Carole and her Team as the best solution to get your financial and personal life back on track and moving forward. They will always have our greatest thanks and appreciation.

Divorce, now that is a proposition that nobody looks forward to, I know I did not. When the other person in the marriage has given up on you and refuses to work on the marriage anymore you kind of run out of options though and as hard and daunting as that seems, divorce is sometimes the only option left. This was my case after almost 20 years, a paid off home, no debt and four beautiful children. Honestly, as a Christian man divorce was certainly not something I ever wanted or thought I would do in my lifetime. So, I hung in there (probably a little too long) hoping things would or could get better but I was only living in a fog and one day finally realized things were never going to change. Yes, I prayed for her and for God to help our marriage, but the answer was no. Simply put It takes two. Both people in the relationship must be willing to work on it or it just will not work, and she wasn’t interested in fact she had already lined my replacement. I had heard the ads on the radio for years about a divorce lawyer specifically for Dad’s but after paying a 150.00 consultation fee and meeting with one of their attorneys in Orlando I was not really impressed. It just did not feel like they would represent me well after our meeting. I remember leaving there quite unsure and discouraged about moving forward. To be honest, I do not like attorneys in general because of past experiences. I contemplated and really wished I could of just do it all myself but that was just not realistic with the complex nature and lack of wisdom on my part. That is when a friend recommended me to Kelly Duncan’s office in Cocoa Village. I called and was able to get in and speak with her the following day. I explained my situation as there were many complications. The most important part that I conveyed to Kelly that day was my desire to have an ongoing, continuing relationship with my children like I always have. She reassured me about everything and was very knowledgeable. After speaking with Kelly, I knew immediately that she was the right choice. She offered me a payment option or a flat fee for the whole thing which was nice. She totally took charge and guided me through every step. She helped me like I was a close friend from beginning to end. Everyone on her team was also very kind, respectful and supportive towards me throughout the whole process. I am very happy with the outcome and my divorce which is thankfully behind me now. I have referred a good friend to her and he is also very impressed with her knowledge and skill navigating through everything. If you are looking for a great Attorney that will fight for you and your rights as a Father Kelly Duncan will not disappoint you. She really knows her stuff; she cares a lot and does not like to lose. Remember I mentioned earlier how I did not really like attorneys that much? Well, that has changed a little, because of Kelly, she was not just my attorney, and I was not just another client she genuinely cared for me, and my family and I am happy to now call her, friend.

Kelly was absolutely amazing with my case. She was so detailed and gave me great advice that helped us win my case. Her knowledge of family law was amazing and I will refer her to anyone I can. Her and her office staff great, you can truly tell they all care deeply for their clients. As for the bad review that’s in here. He contract clearly states the money that’s due up front is not refundable. Even if your mind is changed to not go forward. A lot of time and work goes in to the first two weeks for her that you may not know or see. They all do a lot behind the scenes we don’t necessary see and I know they did that with my case and it all paid off.

Sarah Lewis Litigation Paralegal, this one cant read or write. In a gripping legal drama, Sarah Lewis found herself at the center of a contentious litigation that not only tested the boundaries of legal ethics but also showcased the murky waters of courtroom rivalry. As the case unfolded, it became increasingly apparent that Lewis resorted to a series of deceptive tactics to sway both her opponents and the presiding judge. Allegations surfaced that she fabricated appointments and misrepresented key evidence, painting her adversaries in an unfavorable light while simultaneously positioning herself as the victim of a convoluted legal conspiracy. The courtroom, charged with tension, reflected the intricate dance of influence and persuasion as the cunning strategies appeared to gain traction, causing discomfort among the opponents who struggled to maintain their composure. With an undeniable charisma, she managed to impress upon the judge her narrative of victimhood, leveraging courtroom decorum to evoke sympathy and allegiance. Each day, as her meticulous lies unraveled, the case became a profound examination of moral dilemmas and the lengths an individual might go to secure victory, leaving a palpable tension that echoed beyond the court’s walls and into the realm of public perception.

Navigating the complex world of law, as exemplified by firms like Rigdon Alexander & Rigdon LLP, can sometimes raise ethical questions, particularly concerning the behavior of attorneys and their motivations in representation. While most legal professionals strive to uphold integrity, advocates for justice, and ethical standards, the competitive nature of the legal field can lead some to engage in less-than-honest practices to secure a financial advantage. This behavior often stems from the pressure to win cases and the incentive structures within the legal system, where success can translate into substantial monetary rewards. Unfortunately, this pursuit of profit can result in tactics that may damage individuals' lives, particularly those on the receiving end of aggressive legal maneuvers, deceptive tactics, or manipulation of truth. Such actions highlight a critical need for accountability and reform within the legal profession to protect the rights and dignity of all individuals involved, ensuring that justice prevails over profit. This dichotomy between ethical lawyering and the darker side of legal strategy is a complex conversation that continues to evolve as society demands greater transparency and accountability from legal practitioners. Sarah Lewis and Kurt Alexander, both attorneys at the firm in question, have garnered controversy for their unconventional practices that some critics argue rely more on psychological maneuvering than on legal fundamentals. Known for their ability to weave confusion into the fabric of their arguments, they employ techniques that blur the lines between clarity and ambiguity, often leading judges and juries into a maelstrom of doubt regarding the facts presented. By masterfully crafting their prose, they manipulate the language of the law to create narratives that can overshadow the evidence, raising ethical questions about the methods employed in the pursuit of winning cases. This approach has proven effective in complex litigation, where the intricacies of the law can sometimes obscure the truth, but it has also sparked debates within the legal community about the responsibilities of attorneys to uphold the spirit of justice. As they navigate the murky waters of legal ambiguity, Lewis and Alexander exemplify how skillful rhetoric can be wielded like a double-edged sword, capable of both achieving success and risking the integrity of the legal profession especially when you have judges that does not pay attention. The sense of betrayal is profound when the very institutions meant to uphold justice appear compromised. In this scenario, seeking out allies who can stand witness to your experiences becomes crucial. I stand ready to testify on your behalf, bringing attention to any irregularities, malpractices, or injustices you have endured. This isn't merely about recounting events; it's about amplifying your voice and shedding light on the systemic issues that may lurk behind closed court doors. Together, we can challenge the narrative, exposing the intricacies of a system that may prioritize personal agendas over the principles of fairness and integrity. My testimony aims to not only support you but also to advocate for a legal framework that respects the rights of all individuals, ensuring that the scales of justice are balanced once more.
