I got a fifth owi the da wanted to give me a felony charge six months in jail three years no license and a hefty fine. I called Steve Mays he said I should have called sooner I paid him half up front and he let me make payment's for the rest which was great. Steve went to work right away I had no more court dates to attend about a year later he got rid of a prior owi so I didn't get the felony charge my fine is only 600 bucks and 45 day's jail. I'm just laughing at the da now that's a slap on the wrist. Steve was excellent to work with he took care of everything and his assistant Melissa was amazing to work with.These guys know exactly what they are doing and won't waste your money couldn't be more thrilled very happy with the way everything turned out. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

I found myself in a situation which I consider to be the darkest period of my life.
Not only was Mr. Mays able to have some of what I was charged with dropped but was also able to have the remaining charge reduced in severity to its lowest level.
More so, he advised on and helped me deal with some of the fall-out of my situation that I didn't think he was required to do.
I've heard and read of people saying that only the rich are able to afford the best legal representation but Mr. Mays, in my mind, has proven that a fallacy.
I could have paid more for much larger law firms but none of them that were available in my area even came close the reputation that Mr. Mays has now the experience he has demonstrated.
I will forever be indebted to him.

When I had my motorcycle accident, I received 15 or 20 letters from attorneys. I contacted my insurance agent who recommended Attorney William J. Hickmann. I called Attorney Hickmann and decided to retain him to handle my personal injury case.
I actually dealt with William Hickmann on all the issues related to my case. I always received attention to my case. If I called, they called me back, answered my questions and handled all of the billing issues related to my medical bills. They gave me good, sound advice on documenting my claims.
To summarize my experience, I was extremely pleased with my experience and how my case was handled as well as my final settlement.

There are so many lawyers to choose from. Once you find an attorney that does an exceptional job and is than able to explain circumstances and/or choices you may have in front of you; all in a manner a layman can understand; you have found a "keeper". In 2015 I was dealing with a very difficult business situation. I made a phone call to Mark's firm and within 24 hours he was immediately helpful and began walking me through the short-term steps that I needed to take. Over the next few weeks he helped me understand my options in a professional and respectful manner. I appreciated that Mark helped me evaluate the options and ultimately the decision was mine to make. I could be right (more expensive) or I could take care of things in the most cost efficient way. I appreciated that Mark was practical, responsive and respectful especially knowing that in comparison to other cases/clients mine was not as lucrative, however, I always felt like I was given a high level of respect and service. I think Mark treats everyone fairly, no matter how big or small your need, challenge or case. I was grateful that he had my back. I hired Attorney Arellano after being sued by another person who claimed that I owed her money. This allegation was not true and there was absolutely no paperwork to show I borrowed any money. I found Attorney Arellano knowledgeable, professional, and able to navigate through the production of documents. The other side eventually backed down when faced with a professional litigator. Do not believe the false information in the newspapers and on this website; these were people should have been prosecuted after trying to ruin his reputation. I have recommended Attorney Arellano to my friends and they have been more than satisfied with his work.

I had to leave my ex very suddenly, moving away from my home in California. When I arrived in Wisconsin, I knew I needed to start the divorce proceedings to break all ties, but wasn't sure how to even begin in such a convoluted situation. Chris was very understanding of the nuances of my situation and very patient with my inability to directly contact my ex. Laura (Chris' paralegal) was personally encouraging and warm towards me. They treated my case with attention to the real person (me) involved - I never felt like a checklist item to them. Chris Henry was absolutely everything that I could have asked for in a lawyer during my divorce. I would say that a divorce is probably one of the most difficult things that anyone will have to go through in their lives, and Chris was there for me every step of the way. Erica was the only one willing to help me. My original lawyer was as worthless as tits on a bore hog. The second one I talked to pretty much never responded to following ups and the third said I didn't have a chance. Erica listened to my situation and didn't make any promises but was willing to help me. She got more done in a couple of months than the others over years. The most important thing to me was that I believe she was genuinely on my side. Wish I would have found her in the first place. It's great not having to pay alimony anymore to someone who hates you and makes a descent income and lives with her boyfriend. Some guys get what they deserve but a lot don't and in this state, men are definitely starting out on the losing side. Thanks to people like Erica, we might stand a chance for a fair hearing.

When my ex-wife petitioned for sole placement, I was terrified that I wouldn’t experience all the joys of being a father – coaching my kid’s baseball team, going camping and fishing. But Erica was there for me. She not only made me feel like I had a right to be with my kids, but she got the court to respect those rights too.
When my ex “didn’t feel” like dropping off the kids for the weekend even though we had agreed that the weekend was my time with them, Erica took my frantic phone call, after 5:00 on a Friday! She got a hold of my ex’s attorney and somehow convinced them to let me see my sons.
I now have 50/50 placement and my two sons and I are going ice-fishing this weekend. I would recommend Erica to any father trying to deal with a difficult ex!

When I became a third party in a very contentious law suit involving multiple individuals, easements, and claims of fraud, I was overwhelmed and often felt that I was being viewed as the easy solution to a problem I did not cause. Although I had retained another attorney, it soon became apparent that I needed an attorney who was well versed in real estate law and was a skilled litigator. After much research and with the help of another attorney, I found and retained Teresa.
From the onset, she proved herself to be a compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough, and skillful attorney. She was tenacious in her search for documents ( my title insurance policy, old deeds, surveys) which ultimately resulted in a favorable outcome for me.
This case was complicated and required expertise in not only real estate laws, but also required the ability to negotiate with multiple attorneys on multiple issues. Needless to say, Teresa was able to successfully navigate through all the aspects of this case. What was impressive was her ability to keep me informed of all the events and explaining the rationale behind the legal issues. Throughout this all, she was patient and kind to me when my emotions got the best of me.
I would highly recommend her. She is a super attorney and someone you would definitely want to have on your side.

I hired Jeanne to help me with a complex business litigation matter and she made what would have been a very time consuming and stressful process workable. Attorney Jeanne Armstrong represented my interest in the extremely convoluted and contentious process of settling my father's estate. Although six other attorneys and firms were involved, Attorney Armstrong and her firm were the only ones aware of the statute that was the actual turning point of the process. As a result of her knowledge and legal skills, two of my sisters and I received substantially better settlements than had been proposed. I had a business in Illinois and sold it. The contract was a pay back over 15 years. The buyer filled Bankruptcy with an outstanding balance due to me. I retired after the sale and moved to Northwestern Wisconsin. I tried to find a lawyer to help me with no luck in Illinois or were not interested.
I found by luck, Jeffery P. Phillips with Fuhrman & Dodge, S.C. in Middleton Wisconsin. I talked to Mr. Phillips and explained my problem, sent him some info an he said he woud get back to me within a few days. He called me back and said he would be my Attorney within about five (5) months my case was settled and I was happy with the outcome.
