Before you make a mistake in answering to the IRS as an individual tax payer (not a good decision) or use a preparer as an intermediary (also not the best option), hire Todd Unger. I had less access than Todd as a tax payer and the preparer was not knowledgeable in the back end of the tax regulations.
I was fortunate enough to work with Todd after making a terrible mess of an innocent spouse filing. Todd was reasonably priced and expert in his knowledge and approach to my problem. Despite having to overcome the initial mistakes I and my preparer made in trying to address IRS tax problems, Todd was able to work with me and the IRS to achieve my best possible outcome.

Throughout our relationship, Drew Molotsky made every effort to reach a fair and equitable settlement of my divorce
through mediation, rather than settle the issue in court.
However, my former spouse rejected every offer

Drew Molotsky came highly referred to me, and for good reason! He has been doing what he does for nearly 3 decades now - and it shows! Drew took my case when no one else would even touch it. My case was in very bad shape. Everything was stacked up against me no matter what I did to comply and sort things out. (This was a dcpp matter in which they had actually managed to wrongfully remove my children from me a couple of months before I found this amazing attorney.) Dcpp was doing a very good job at twisting things and making me look really bad on paper. They were actually requesting a competency evaluation be done on me. (Look that up if you don’t know what I am talking about … scary stuff.) The judge seemed to be moving toward that end.
Drew came in and listened to everything I had to tell him. I did my best to not overwhelm him and he was very patient with me. He obtained all of my records. He reviewed everything. He came to me on an extremely real yet professional level and let me know what it really looked like from the outside looking in. He told me what he could (and could not) do. He let me know what was realistic and advised me on when and how to move. He let me know that I needed to listen to him and take things for what they were and work it to turn in my favor. I did the work necessary for my case to go well but Drew definitely advised me and truly did what any good attorney would.
He listened to me about my progress, concerns, and what I really wanted to get out of each hearing. Sometimes he told me some of the things I wanted were unlikely but that he would try to throw things in if he had the chance. I trusted his wisdom as my attorney. I sat back, didn’t speak out, and let him talk for me. He managed on so many occasions to get that 1 or 2 more things that I wanted “thrown in there,” so to speak.
He truly paid attention to my case … and, boy, can he express what you can be so frustrated trying to explain while you endure reliving the painful details! He listened attentively to years of complicated backstory and actually understood and retained the information I gave. He literally consolidated it into a perfectly delivered 1 paragraph worth of verbal dialogue! This man is gifted and amazing! To top it all off, when he finally had the chance to speak on my behalf, he did so in such a bold and respectful manner. He truly got the needed attention and put the people disparaging me into their proper place. He advocated for me as though I was a close friend of many years or even his own family member. He gave the judge a clear perspective on who I was as I did the work and my reports, also, spoke for themselves.
Talk about results?!! - I got back all 3 of the children that were taken from me. My case with dcpp is now completely closed. The judge quickly ditched the idea of evaluating me to assess my competence.
Family matters are nothing to take lightly. They are unique, painful, and complicated. The pain turns into anger and it can show. Sometimes we just mess things up by opening our own mouths. My advice to you would be to just let Drew do the work that others cannot effectively deliver for you. If you go elsewhere you surely gamble with the most precious thing you have on this side of heaven. Family is everything. Best wishes!

Some time has passed since I initially became a client of Pat Ronayne's law firm so I can confidently say that all of my highest expectations were realized. They know the law. They know how the judges will rule before they even think it.

I just had a situation where 2 judgments were not added in my bankruptcy & I didn’t find out until NOW 3 weeks before closing on my home when the title company did a search on my name. The debt was 8k & I could not close if I did not pay this new found debt. I panicked and called the office. I had to leave a message & I really didnt even think I would get a call back. The office actually called back later that day and had it not been late on a Friday evening she would have had the attorney call me that day. Monday morning Gabrielle called me & after explaining the issue she wrote a letter & emailed it to me 1 hour later! The letter was accepted by the VA and the entire 8k debt has been removed and I’m able to continue to close. She was swift & cared enough to go that extra mile & jump right on things for me being mindful that I was on a very strict timetable. Amazing!

I met Sara Cohen a year ago to the date. I saw something in her that I haven't seen in a very long time the true desire to learn her trade and even go that extra step. This review is going to cover all 3 personnel in the firm as they all do one heck of a job. I was blessed to be able to deal with this firm for my Custody battle and my divorce. My situation is very unique as I have a child whom is sick. I approached Mrs. Stolfe's law firm on approximately 5 July 2017. I explained my situation and within the conclusion of the conversation had a meeting set up with Mrs. Stolfe at my earliest convenience. When I walked into the office I was amazed by the environment. The atmosphere that was presented was warm yet professional. This firm has very high standards and their professionalism is outstanding. Mrs. Cohen works at Stolfe and Zeigler and she is another great puzzle piece to that firm. This lawyer knows the law very well and will always communicate with her clients. Attorney Melletz has been my Attorney for about 8 years. Prior to him - I have had experience with lawyers that do not return calls. Do not follow up and definitely didn't deliver in court as expected and as advised. Attorney Melletz has an extraordinary memory. He will understand your case and go over it thoroughly. If the opposing Attorney/(plaintiff or defendant) isn't honest - as long as you arm Attorney Melletz with the truth/facts and any supporting documentation - he will do everything legally and by the book to have your issue addressed. He will be honest, fair and unbiased & truthful on the possible outcomes. I owe him my life for what he has done for me. I am sure he would do the same for anyone that retains him as well. In terms of cost - I believe you get what you pay for. Other Attorneys may cost less initially but in the long term - it will cost you more. I had several Attorney's prior to Attorney Melletz and now he is the only 1 I need. (Area of expertise - Family Court /DV).

In addition to an immediate phone call, he was very quick to set up a meeting each time to discuss each scenario in person. His attention to detail is unrivaled. Attorney Julie Williamson was referred by a fellow attorney and retained by me for legal guidance in an extremely sensitive situation involving my mother diagnosed with dementia and a family at odds. The retaining of Julie's services began as protection for our mothers well being over a self indulgent son acquiring Power of Attorney and all assets.
