Attorney Yona Gregory was appointed as financial conservator of my step mother. Given the circumstances of my step mothers situation it is my opinion it would be a difficult case for any attorney. Not only did Yona maintain my step mothers best interests at all times she was always very professional, courteous and kind. With that being said I also retained Yona to handle my step mothers estate upon her passing. She continues to have a very dedicated work ethic. If anything arises in the future I would not hesitate to seek her services again.

Sometimes in this world we come across people who have no business being in their line of profession for one reason or another but Mr Albin is exactly where he should be, in a position to help those less fortunate. He didn't treat me as if I was beneath him but more so as an equal but above that, the level of compassion that this attorney has for people is unmatched, he truly cares about people. After hanging up with this office and finding out that solely due to my geographical location, I didn't qualify for their help, I received a phone call by the same number that I had just called, It was Mr Albin, he informed me that he would try to get special permission to help us tenants all being mass evicted from a local hotel, he didn't get that permission but he gave me his cell phone number and allowed me to call an text him whenever we needed and If I had any questions and of course I did. Mr Albin's help was invaluable and it meant the world to me. Attorney Albin wouldn't just tell me what to do or give me advice but would instead send me related case law which taught me a wealth of information, educating and mentoring me throughout our entire interaction and if he ever reads this, I'm sure he will let me know of any spelling or grammar issues lol. Words cannot express thoroughly enough the admiration I have for this gentleman who helped us when he didn't have to. I'm incredibly thankful to know him. Tom is a very competent and thorough lawyer! He looked at my file and went about it in a completely different manner than I had my previous 2 attempts/denials. Attorney Donohue provided my wife and I services for the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home. The sale of the previous home was a standard transaction. The purchase of the new home was complicated to say the least. I live in north central North Dakota. I love the state, and area, and it has been home my entire life. The problem with the area is that, through past trials and tribulations, I know, as does anyone else living locally, that finding a lawyer that is willing to work with you is near impossible, especially in civil cases. In talking to a friend, I was given the name of Jonathan Friedler, and his current firm, Solem Law Office, based out of Beulah, North Dakota. I had been served a temporary, yet false domestic violence protection order. The order certainly infringed on my constitutial rights, and after a lot of back and forth within myself I decided I should find legal consultation. I left the time frame fairly narrow at this point. I contacted Jonathan four days before my court appearance date, and without even asking for a penny, he went to work for me in an extrodinary amount of time. He helped me file the proper paperwork, and left me with an amazing sense of ease. He assured me that we would get through this, and I did not doubt the urgency and honest infliction he put upon his words. To cut a long story short, I won on my day in court, with the help of an honest man trying to help a fellow human. That is almost unheard of these days, and he completely shattered my expectations. He went as far as to have given me every piece of advice possible to a common man, to have told me that he lives a fair amount of miles away, and that I could retain the documents he had drafted and brought it to a lawyer who was closer to save me money. I was not having any part of that. When a person puts in the type of work Jonathan did in the time frame he was given, they should be awarded with your business. In short, the decision to hire Jonathan was a calculated one, in that I knew I was working with someone who actually took the time to care, and understood every part of the law. I recommend him, in the fullest reguard to anyone else who needs representation.

I have been going through some extremely trying family issues as of lately. My son was taken across state lines without my consent, and the only way to get him back was to file through the courts and start the custody proceedings. I was nervous, and hiring an attorney in the Minot area in the time frame necessary proved next to impossible, and I was referred to Jonathan in Beulah by a law firm here in Minot. I called for a consultation and immediately knew this was the man for the job. I have never worked with a more motivated attorney on any issue. He has worked very hard on my case and literally left no stone unturned. He developed a plan and handled everything in a timely manner. I was naturally nervous at the hearing, but after seeing how well Jonathan was prepared, and how calm, cool, and collected he was in court, I immediately felt more comfortable and ready to handle the hearing. He knew the exact questions to ask, and ultimately, I get to be a part of my son's life after missing out on so much. He will be returning to his home state shortly and I will get to be a father, and not just a visitor. I highly recommend Jonathan Friedler for your family court issues.

I was involved in an MVA with a tractor trailer while working that resulted in totaling my vehicle and requiring three back surgeries and missing months from work. The worker’s compensation company believed that since they felt I was not at fault kept pushing me to help them recover their monies that had been paid out for medical payments and wages. After threatening me to help them, I went and consulted with Mr. Collins about my options and how pushy the worker’s comp company was becoming. After a few days, I hired him to represent me against the trucking company and the worker’s comp claim became subordinate to mine. Having been through a couple of previous accidents, Jack is the finest lawyer I’ve have ever had the pleasure of working with. Throughout the case he kept me up to date on everything that was taking place and what I should be expecting and rough timeframes. Since the trucking company was not local he travelled to take their depositions and make the best case we possibly could in preparation for trial. Because of Mr. Collins’ and his associates dedication and his exceptional knowledge of trial preparation, fair value for my sustained injuries, and ability to read the other parties resulted in a settlement that far exceeded my wildest dream. I give him my strongest personal recommendation to anyone that is looking for a lawyer that is truly concerned about helping you “the person” and not just treated as another client.

Mrs.Moore is a straight beast. She went hard for me in the court room on a child custody case. I was looking at TPR and now I have a chance to bring my daughter home. Attorney Planell was an incredible advocate for me during my very painful divorce that, because of my ex-husband, took more than a year. She did a great job of pointing out the relevant facts and getting the judge's attention on the matters that were really important. Even when my ex-husband was belligerent in court and his mother threatened her, Mrs. Planell was cool calm and collected. She was always very professional, but she also had a great sense of humor, which was comforting for me in a very difficult situation. My ex and his family are crazy and Attorney Planell was able to make sense of everything and got us exactly what we were asking for, which consequently, has kept me and my children safe. My mom died recently and I needed a lawyer to help me to settle her estate. I met Attorney Scott Sawyer on the advice of my real estate agent. Attorney Sawyer and his staff were fantastic to deal with. He had all the necessary papers for me to pre sign when the house finally sold and then conducted the closing without me even having to be there. Within a few days of the closing he wired the money to my account, filed the proper paperwork with the probate court and even paid one of my mother’s bills for me using money he held over from the closing.
