Fights under acts that make 0 sense unless you are a registered Native American. Does not fight for 5.534, 5.682, wic 317e, or the 14th amendment. Is a joke of a lawyer. I had no choice but her, and she purposely screwed me! Will be taking this further as I’m still in the statutes. She’s part of a system stealing federal money! Part of the people stealing the 14th amendment rights of parents and then trying to lie to them. Shiester!

I have both worked for Ms. Keller and with her. I am her web developer and I've also had the pleasure of working with her on a mutual project where I was a writer and she was the legal counsel.
As a client she is attentive, open and respectful and gave her opinions in the most constructive ways. As a lawyer (and I've worked with many) she demonstrated the highest levels of integrity, intelligence and experience I've ever encountered. Attorney Keller is trustworthy to a fault. She never gives up and is always looking for a way to continue to fight for her clients. She wrote an amazing brief for me to help me save my home and because of her we won an unlawful detainer, which is unheard of. She wasn’t very helpful as I had already done the leg work and written a thorough declaration. Which isn’t her fault. However, it is my understanding that people with lawyers go first because lawyers charges by the hour. I’m assuming she dropped the ball because we did not go before anyone. I personally felt jipped because she charged me for all that time and ultimately I would have gotten the same results based on the work I had already done

Mr Swanson handled my Family Trust with one family member until completed although there was 3 of us.
He assisted one of the trustee of the estate to hide $ info from the others for 1 year after the death although the info was readily available immediately.
He ignorned medical records establishing my parent as legally incompetent and changed the Trust based on his observation that client was lucid! Scary that he teaches other attorneys this way.
I do not believe that this is a legitimate honest Attorney.
