We very much appreciate all that Dave did to settle our case. He persevered for almost three years to see this case through with an excellent outcome. We would definitely recommend him!

I selected David Corrado because I believed he'd be a bulldog. I need someone tough for a fraud/unpaid debt case. He told me what I was up against, he told me it would cost me a LOT of money (his fees), and that it would be much greater if we had to go to court. He was right on all counts. It ended up being settled on the second round of mediation. It cost a LOT of money. But he put up with the deadbeat schmuck, and got him to pay. He made sure my interests were secured and that all loose ends were tied up. I probably could have paid less and gotten less, but I took a risk and I think it paid off.

David was a lifesaver to us. He was very honest and fair. We started out very lost and scared. He is a great litigator, super knowledgeable and knows the law. He gave us the confidence to fight. And we had a very positive outcome. Actually better than we could of ever hoped for. The best gift was the piece of mind. And we couldn't of done it with out him.

I am a recent client who utilized the services from the Minc Law Firm. For nine years, I allowed a news story to affect my career even though the story was filled with lies and half-truths. As an educator, we can never tell our side of the story due to rules involving confidentiality so one can only hope that others are willing to accept there is always another side of the story. My situation was hopeless until I came across Dorrian Horsey and the team that supported her. Dorrian has literally changed the trajectory of my career by working hard to ensure the negative information posted about me was removed. Being from Texas, I researched and contacted those that stated they were experts in the field of online reputation, but I either encountered individuals who did not return phone calls or lied about their expertise. Everyone at Minc are experts and Dorrian is heaven sent so I wholeheartedly recommend them to assist you with any issues you have. Do not wait as long as I did!

How Much Does a Lawyer Cost?

The cost of hiring a lawyer varies widely based on several factors:

    • Hourly Rate:
Lawyers may charge anywhere from $150 to $500 or more per hour, depending on experience and location.

Common in personal injury cases; the lawyer receives a percentage (typically 25% to 40%) of any settlement or award.
    • Monthly Retainer:
For ongoing services, businesses might pay a monthly fee for a set number of hours or services.
  • Factors Affecting Cost:

    • Geographic Location:
Legal fees can vary significantly by region or city.
    • Additional Expenses:
