Child custody case. I talked with Neva Witt one time then the rest was through her office. I completed paperwork and paid in full up front. That was my first mistake. The communication was horrible. I would call with no return call. I would email with no return email. When I finally said that I was taking my business elsewhere someone contacted me. I was told they couldn't keep up with their caseload. Eventually I had to contact my ex's attorney to get closure. Oh and all the UNRETURNED phone calls and emails....I was charged for EVERY one. DO NOT USE unless you want a lengthy drawn out process and pay a high price for it. The judge laughed at my petition because it took them to long to file (7 months). I had to settle with his attorney myself. I went to Witt because of reputation, and got burned. Total bill around $4000 and I did all the work.

We used Neva Witt in our difficult guardianship case of our 8 year old granddaughter. Neva kept us informed at all times and guided us in the directions we needed to take. In the court room she was prepared and the opposing counsel was put to shame in her presenting her clients case. We trusted Neva completely and did exactly as directed and we could not be more happy with the results. We have our granddaughter!!!! We would recommend her 100%

Ms Witt and all her staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and had my papers returned to me in a couple of weeks. Reasonable priced in comparison with other attorneys.

I gave Ernie Witt over 8 acres of land my home and 5000. After I signed over the land and gave him the money. He refused my calls and would not answer my letters. He did absolutely nothing. I was shot with my hands up and dragged across the parking lot. By deputy Chip Riddle. I was charged with attempted capital murder. But the deputy murdered me. If it was not for adrenaline to the heart and being hit with the paddles three times. I would still be Dead. I had a mistrial at which time Ernie Witt told me not to testify. Let him tell my story. Which he never said anything on my behalf. I ended up having to take a plea of attempted battery straight from the prosecutor. With out any correspondence from Ernie Witt at all. In which I received a15 year sentence for me being murdered by a crooked deputy. He is a crook.

This man was completely unprofessional. My son was accused of rape(of a minor), tampering with physical evidence, interfering with emergency communication and assault on a family member, Mr. Witt neglected to speak with my son or anyone concerning his defense until the week before trial! He had evidence that would have created doubt in the jury's mind but instead chose to turn on my son, his client!, in the closing arguments and biased the jury against my son!!!
