Mr. Peacock, and his wonderful team, were able to assist me through my recent divorce. I was referred to him by a friend who had retained him previously, and after my initial consultation decided to go with his office for legal assistance.
His office was able to explain the legal jargon in an easily understandable fashion, assisted me with my required paperwork for the legal filings, and were empathic in their approach during a very stressful time for me. They were prompt with their responses to my questions, and reached out to help remind me of specific deadlines we had to meet. In the end, Mr. Peacock's office was able to help me complete my divorce case promptly and secure my personally desired outcome for the case.

I needed Mr Peacock once before when he came through for me and helped me when I believed all was lost. He told me not to talk if I was ever arrested. I was recently wrongfully arrested and remembered Stan’s advice.. When I was finally able to call Stan, it was my friend who answered that phone. He was professional and direct. Mrs Thacker helped me through the loss of my mother , step father and younger brother all in the same event. I had never had to deal with legal situations like this. It was complicated and took years to resolve and complicated by the event happening overseas and the other side of the family separate lawyer.

Mrs. Thacker prepared wills for my mother, my husband and myself, years ago. Upon my husband's recent death, Mrs. Thacker has re-written my will so as to update it, which includes a trust for a disabled child. She has given me strong legal advice regarding the reading of my husband's will and the disbursement of his estate as well as dealing with one of my husband's disgruntled children. This took such a burden off my shoulders during this unfortunate situation in my life. She is handling the probation of my husband's will. She has such a big heart and so knowledgeable about many things. I would recommend her to anyone!

I applied for disability and ofcourse was turned down so I went to Michael's office and spoke with Rachel. They did my appeal and fortunately I did get approved. Dealing with this was very exhausting to me and I 100% believe if I hadn't have had Michael's office in my corner I would still be waiting. Tom is a great attorney and a great person. He is smart, knowledgeable, and avoids unecessary litigation. He 's better than a lot of high profile, more expensive attorney--not particularly aggressive for himself but very good at advocating for client and has very good reputation with judges and other attorneys. This case was the result of a school bus accident in Jackson County, Florida, which took the life of our daughter, Shelby Nicole Davis. This was a DCF case involving our grandchild & when I tell you everything that could possibly go wrong...it did! I guess you could say with all the twist & turns in this case, it is by far one for the records. We retained Mr Ogburn in what most would say was, "The Witching" hour. Very limited time to make mountains move in favor of the future of our grand baby. Mr. Ogburn came in did his job above & beyond expectations. Which in turn lit the fire under others whom did not do their job like they should have from the start. Accountability & progress was made when he stepped in & finally progress was being made. Our only regret is not retaining him sooner. He is tough & will tell you things you may not want to hear but all I can say is, "suck it up" because he knows what he is doing & is only helping when others falter with truth, facts, & justice being served. He is & always will be a blessing to us for helping save our grand baby to what could have & almost was a life where she would have been yet another sad story & statistic. In 2004 I lost a military career due to an uninsured motorist injuring my back while running a red light. She was very patient with me and after hearing my deliema, explained what recourse I had and suggested action.
