During my divorce Attorney Cushing handled the process extremely proffessionally. I caught in false allegations on several occasions and at times very stressed and confused. My husband was injured at work, workmans comp had denied his case. We attempted to fight this ourselfs which left us stressed, confused and overwhelmed.My husband had several medical appts and procudures leaving us with so many medical expenses. It is so frustrating to have to fight so hard to get him the care and treatment needed to recover to get back to work.
A friend referred us Nathan , we were scheduled quickly by his team to meet with him. Once telling Nathan our story, we felt hopeful for the first time.
He understood our stress and was compassionate to our situation. He was professional yet personable, he was easy to talk to. It was such stress relief for us handing everything on to him and his team.

I had been getting workers comp. for five years from an insurance company with a very bad payment history who kept asking me to settle my claim. Called Joe Bornstien and they referred me to Ben Grant. Ben took on my case and resolved it with a very good settlement which was actually more than I expected. It's good to get the right attorney for the job. Ben was definately a good call. I highly recommend Ben for a workers comp. claim.

I had injured both shoulders at my job and it was just after my surgery on my right shoulder when I had decided to hire Ben . I was concerned that the insurance company was going to try and dispute the liability of my injuries. From the first conference call I had with Ben he assured me that he would be able to help me. I suffer from extreme anxiety and it was just nice to know that I didn’t have to worry about the legal side to my claim. He was always very prompt in letting me know anything to do with my claim. He was able to get me an extra 100$ a week on my workers comp check that I would have never received if I didn’t hire Ben . Very professional in every aspect of his obligations as a lawyer. He also has an extremely helpful assistant so even if I was unable to talk to Ben I always knew that Heather would help me. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my experience using Ben Grant and would not hesitate to refer anyone to him.

Doug Kaplan agreed to represent me in a Worker's Compensation case. After our first meeting my wife and I felt that we had consulted the right attorney and firm. I was referred to Tim by my divorce attorney to represent me on a separate legal matter. He reviewed the case and developed a strategy that resulted in two felony charges being dropped and a third reduced to a misdemeanor, through a differed disposition. My situation was on that I would never wish on my worst enemy. I was falsely accused, and the law required a sentence which would have consumed most of my adult life. Jill was recommended to me by another Lawyer who is amazing herself, which let me know that Jill is the BEST of the best. Throughout the process Jill exhibited a superior knowledge of the system, a familiarity of the city and process which only comes on the other side of years of experience, and a professionalism that is unmatched. I was justifiably afraid, at times wanting to play "backseat lawyer" due to the black hole which is Google. Jill maneuvered me through it all, the emotional ups and downs, and achieved an outcome that is nothing short of amazing. While "justice" in my case is an approximation, I'm free of this burden, able to live my life and pursue a future. While I want to put this whole tribulation behind me, and hope to never have to use her services again, I have no desire to lose contact with Jill as a person. We had a situation where the Mother withheld contact from the Father. Amber helped in giving voice to our concerns with the Mother's criminal record, bizarre augmentative behavior and association with recent violent felons. In the end, with Amber's help, the Father did obtain primary residence for the good of the child.

I called this firm today to try & resolve a few questions about a will left by a relative & she, quite nicely, took the time to answer all of my questions, resolve a few doubts & tell me what I could possibly do next, all of which was both appreciated & useful. Did I actually hire her? No, because doing so probably wouldn't change my current situation very much & that's not her fault. But, if necessary, would I hire her based upon today's phone call, how she treated me, her attitude, her legal knowledge & how she responded to & kindly answered my questions? Absolutely. Hands down, without a doubt & no questions whatsoever. I will probably never need a lawyer who's allowed to practice in Maine ever again but if I ever do the very first firm I'll contact will be this one. Absolutely outstanding, super helpful, very friendly, very pleasant & kindly took the time & trouble to answer all of my questions & that to my satisfaction. On a scale of 1 to 10 she gets an 11. ;-)

I originally called Lisa with some general probate questions. She ended up not only fully answering all my questions but actually helping me solve my problem completely!! All in one phone call!! And I live in the Seattle area!! It was all wrapped up by the following day! The 1st attorney’s office I reached out to set me up for a video appointment for a month out for $425 for just the initial consult!!!
Needless to say when I have further legal business in Maine I will be gladly looking up Lisa again! A+!

In early 2016 I hired Misha to write an estate plan for me. This included a will, AHCD & FDPOA. I had some very specific concerns about underage nieces and nephews inheriting. He is a good listener, and I felt comfortable discussing my concerns with him. He was able to address my concerns well. He answered all my questions thoroughly, and I’m a person who likes to fully understand the details of anything that I sign. From his responses I felt confident that he knows this area of law. He also discussed with me some issues that I did not think of arising from his experience as an attorney, and I appreciated that. I thought the cost was reasonable. Shortly after executing the documents, it was necessary to make a small revision to the AHCD; he did not charge me. I have recommended him to friends and acquaintances that need legal services.

I simply can’t say enough good things about this guy. I put off calling him for the longest time, until a friend of mine, who had worked with his as well, finally gave me the push I needed. I contacted Attorney Levine for a consultation regarding a situation that I was rather embarrassed by the details of revealing due to the nature of what had transpired as I had not been free of guilt in this series of events.
However, just like a physician who has heard "everything", Attorney Levine cut to the chase and did not allow for any emotionally vulnerable pieces to affect the entirity of what I was realistically looking at and why his thoughts on the matter may be of assistance but would be far from easy to execute that which I was most concerned from coming to fruition.
That, in my mind, is a trait that is found only in the most experienced of defense attorneys as they make it quite clear that none of what they advise is for the purposes of "clearing you in the eyes of the court" but in guiding you down a path that his experience has shown will yield the most desirable outcome.
He does not mince words nor does he allow for you to ask questions which have no real consequence in your case but does so in a manner that is respectful and efficient, considering your time and providing you with the best counsel by not TELLING you what to do but why what Attorney Levine has told you what his recommendation would be in your situation.

Attorney Levine provided me and my son with a free consultation regarding my son’s “driving to endanger” case. Between a 10-minute phone conversation and an hour-long meeting in his office, he gave us immensely helpful and detailed information and recommendations to aid my son’s defense. The case is quite serious, as my son is only 16 but is being charged as an adult. The case is also unusual, in that my son’s driving behavior was the result of some very unusual circumstances.
