Mike handled my car accident in which I was the Plaintiff. I was kept abreast of everything, of our status, he had great recommendations for me regarding my case and we were offered a settlement in terms of right around where he projected we would be at. Richard Taussig is a great lawyer. I learned a lot about the truth of the law from him. He managed to win the case via a settlement, which to me, and in this circumstance was a win. It was a year and a half long battle. Richard walked me through it all and explained everything every step of the way with no hesitations. The corrupt company held strong dislike towards me which was purely out of spite, jealousy and from me exposing the corruption within their company. Richard was up against a very ugly group. Richard defended my case through and through. The highly corrupt company gave up and agreed to settle. I was given great support and respect from Richard Taussig throughout the ordeal. It was a tedious process, and a very stressful one due from the emotions of getting framed wrongfully. I would recommend working with Richard Taussig. He is a very considerate, intuitive, intelligent, observant person and knows how to win a case for the good guys, because he is an honest, good guy.

I had to hire Attorney Mooney after letting another attorney go in an already active Superior Court Civil Jury action that was brought against me for an erroneous accusations. A very messy law suit to say the least. I hired David for several reasons ( and trust me I have worked with a lot of Lawyers) 1. he is extremely diligent in procedures of a case. 2. He is calm, cool and collective and extremely professional in both practice and appearance. 3. He takes the time to make sure that you the client understand what is happening in a case and why. With the Mesinschi Law Offices' help we expanded our Canadian green-energy business to the United States and were able to have our key executives immigrate to the United States. Denis and his team helped us revamp our Canadian operations; set-up our U.S. business structure; seek out and secure State and Federal development grants for our technology; and even took care of all of our company's immigration needs. In three years we went from zero U.S. presence to a manufacturing and distribution footprint spanning four states and ensured we would be set up to succeed long term. They've even provided us with all of our template purchase/sales/distribution/operational agreements.
I doubt we would have been able to find any one firm to provide this comprehensive level of support let alone on lawyer with such experience. In terms of cost, we have paid more for mundane operational work and contract disputes with firms out of Toronto and Montreal than we did to expand and grow our company into the U.S. -- the best investment we've ever made.

This is based off the sheriff fact that A) it seems impossible to get any information on consultation prices B) The receptionist have mild attitude when I ask for a response and help as I've messaged and called multiple times C) absolutely zero responsiveness after phone calls and emails.

All of Mr. Bucks reviews are solid for a reason. This man knows exactly what he is doing. I've never needed anything like this in my life, and I slipped up and didn't know who to turn to. Mr. Buck was quick with a response and was very confident he could take my case on and do his best. He did so much better than I expected and went above and beyond. He didn't come with a single strategy, but multiple. He was always on top, and always at LEAST two steps ahead of everyone. I was VERY pleased with the outcome and will recommend him to anyone, and I never want to need his services again, but when it comes right down to it he is brilliant and gets nothing but an excellent review.

After telling Laurie about my neurological disability she tried to financially take advantage of me by putting a different price in the contract than what we discussed thinking I would not notice. When I confronted her about it, she refused to respond to me. In my first conversation with Laurie she was using vulgarities and then complained to me about how another client is trying to get their money back. Extremely unprofessional.
Laurie later decided to withdraw from me case when I had asked her to hire a PI to get necessary paperwork for my case as I was unable to get it myself. Laurie refused.
I tried to fight Laurie withdrawing from my case and we had a hearing. At the hearing Laurie LIED to the judge twice stating that I gave her less of a retainer than I really did and then told the judge that I signed a contract that I in fact did not sign. Then Laurie attempted to tell the judge about our conversations in email that are part of the attorney client privilege.
Laurie has about the same integrity as Saul Goodman. She is a CRIMINAL Lawyer and should be disbarred.
