Mr. Cumberland has represented my family for many years. When my husband passed suddenly, Mr. Cumberland and his staff were very responsive and supportive, holding my hand through matters I couldn't comprehend at the time. Mr. Ealley is truly a life saver. He walked me step to step over my Chapter 13. At first, I was lost and emotional about it, but Mr. Ealley dealt with my situation with compassion and professionalism by reassuring that 1) I would not lose my job, 2) that I could keep my house, and 3) that I was not the only one in this situation and that I would be OK again! Mr. Ealley went above and behind to secure the payments I could afford. He always made himself available when I needed to talk to him, both in person and via phone. I was so Impressed by Katie Faulds and Mr James Ealley's work and helpfulness in my situation !! I felt trapped and depressed in my hours of Need. A friend referred me to Mr James Ealley's office. The help and patience I received in the office felt like it was above and beyond their usual practice. This is how they treat all of the Clients ( Like they are the only Client) at their Practice ! Mr. Piereck became my attorney rather last minute to a very complicated case. The states attorneys office at the last minute decided to dismiss it, but Mr. Pierick was extremely helpful and informed on all of my options moving forward and as to why the states attorney’s office canceled.
If I ever had another case, I would highly consider even with a long distance between us in counties,I would call him again.

Mrs. West assisted me in a modification of custody and child support case. She is very knowledgeable with the law, she is patient and kind. She always answered every email promptly and always offered great advice. She was very up front with me in a respectful way and helped keep me grounded throughout this process. She kept me fully informed throughout my case, so as an anxious person, this is what I needed. I always knew what to expect throughout the process. She always listened to my concerns and never made me feel rushed. When I didn't understand something, she was great at explaining it so I did understand. She always made sure that I understood and was comfortable with every decision we made throughout this process. She never made me feel forced into do anything I wasn't comfortable with. Mrs. West is very efficient and detailed in her work. Once we had an agreement, it was typed up and signed immediately. She is an amazing lawyer. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney! Mr. Meng provided the utmost professionalism in an extremely difficult estate case wherein three siblings were deadlocked and the estate was not moving forward at all in over a year. In an extremely complicated and emotional estate case involving both parents passing away within six months of each other, three siblings with three different attorneys and no agreement; Mr. Meng came in and was able to move the case forward and settled within a couple of months. Mr. Meng was a hands on attorney even to the point of spending a Saturday going through forty years of “stuff” to have the case move forward. Mr. Meng knows the law and was available for consultations at any time. Most importantly, the case was settled quickly and equitably.

I can’t say enough good about Brian. Brian helped us with a petition to sell in lieu of partition case. Usually trust and lawyer aren’t used in the same sentence but in this case it is. We trust this lawyer. He’s honest, reliable and on top of his game. He an expert in estate law, knows the players and his advice is sound. He’s aims to solve issue quickly rather than drag them out unnecessarily like other lawyers do. Every time we’ve needed him, he is ALWAYS been there. He responds quickly to phone calls or email. I was being charged with Felony Theft and Burglary for illegally rescuing a Great Dane from someone who was neglecting him. Mr. Ferrante was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, quickly returned phone calls, answered all my questions, did an over abundance of research, and above all was honest with me, and never gave me false hope. He got me a plea bargain with the State's Attorney to drop the burglary and brought my felony theft down to a misdemeanor with probation and community service. I was facing 13 years in prison and walked away with comparably, next to nothing! I also brought my best friend to him when she got charged with a DUI and hit and run and consulted with him again when I got charged with driving on a suspended license. He does excellent work! I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in a situation where legal counsel is needed!

Jennifer Dill, attorney, was highly recommended to me by another well respected local attorney with which I had experience, but he has no Domestic / Family experience.
I found Ms. Dill to be especially effective when communicating with my children as well as myself. She never lost sight of the desires and needs of my children and my long term needs.
Ms. Dill was always clear and easy to speak with. She valued my time as well as I valued her time. Discussions concerning intermediate needs and long term goals were never forgotten.
Of the attorneys I have had the opportunity meet both professionally and personally, she stands well above others as a concerned, considerate and conscientious supporter of my needs and rights.
Ms. Dill's familiarity with Law was impressive and comforting.

My case was years ago. I got hit by a drunk driver who tried to leave the scene. He gave the police misinformation and it took a few yrs to track him. During this time Mr. Brooks helped me to focus on restoring my health because I had deep tissue injury which later turned into Fibromyalgia. Mr. Brooks is a man of integrity.
