I spoke with Jim this morning he explained I really didn't have a case against my Company I was rail roaded and Terminated on a lie but they did nothing illegal they can do whatever they want ! Sad but he explained everything to me until I understood and then gave me some great advise ! This man gave me over 35 minutes of his time for no charge wasn't in a hurry either he actual set me free from this mess and gave me like I said advise I needed to hear even tho I COULD NOT hire him I strongly recommend him he knows his stuff ! SUPER GRATEFUL TO HIM FOR HIS TIME ! He also showed concern for my bummed feelings he honestly felt bad and understood my mission even tho he didn't have a purpose to start a suit ! But I'm free and can now begin a new journey in my life !

Attorney Jim Pizl is straight forward, easy to understand, cost efficient, and most importantly, highly effective with respect to the objective in which he is set forth to achieve. Lastly, he doubles as a quasi-psychologist and keeps you positive about the potential outcome all the way through the process - which admittedly - is equally needed. 10 stars for Attorney Jim Pizl who will tackle both the small and the large global firms on your behalf. It was my first time getting a DUI, pretty scary feeling a friend recommended Michael to me and it was a great decision to hire him on. He was very knowledgeable about situations like these, gave me all the information i needed to get started, especially for my restricted license. He got everything resolved in two court days and got my DUI reduced to negligent driving. I would definitely recommend Michael to others!!!!.

Even when things got a little sticky in my first time DUI case, Mike knows the right things to bring up and knows how to handle what gets thrown at him. I’m impressed by the confidence, composure and knowledgeability. He knows the right people, which is the biggest name of the game because if you don’t, you don’t have a defense. I’m thoroughly content with how he handled my case and if you are in the south sound area I would strongly advise to at least consult with the guy. At a fair price I doubt there are much better options. My only problem was lack of communication within his own office. I wasn’t able to get ahold of him as much as I would’ve liked to (since he’s busy handling business), and it seemed like one of his representatives didn’t have as much experience but Mike still handled it well.

I hired Hillary and she is the exact lawyer I needed and will use in the future. Hillary is definitely experienced and knows what she is doing. Hillary was recommended to me when my divorce became too complex and high conflict. Hillary was professional, understanding and amazing at all of our hearings and then at our trial. She is incredibly smart and knows the ins and outs of the law, is always prepared, and pays great attention to details. Hillary did an amazing job for me. My ex and his lawyer were throwing every curveball imaginable to disrupt, disarm and cause harm to my fragile state of emotional and financial ruin of a left over marriage. Hillary took over after I had to fire my previous lawyer who ran up the bill by responding to every outrageous thing my ex and his lawyer could dream up. I was living in a nightmare and Hillary came to the rescue. She picked up the pieces quickly and supported me as best as she could. She did not overcharge and indeed helped me to save money by letting me know that we didn't have to respond to every little crisis the other team was dreaming up. In the end I was lucky to have walked away with some of things from my nineteen year marriage. I should have hired Hillary from the beginning. She is incredibly smart, thinks on her feet and is supportive of her clients. We had a hard time at court and Hillary admitted it but it was through no fault of her own. She worked wonders at having my best friend and mother dismissed as his witnesses on the stand and I am forever grateful to her that she fought for my right to return to school to continue an education so that I could support myself after 19 years as a stay at home parent. From what I know now my case was very hard and messy but Hillary championed me through it with ongoing optimism. Thank you Hillary. Anyone who reads this needs to know that she and Renee her assistant really will have your best interest at heart and will work hard to help you no matter what gets thrown their way.

Our experience with this firm from day one has been excellent. My opinion extends to the entire office staff who are all extremely courteous and helpful people. We had a difficult situation with a non-communicative entity in the onset but with time, Ms. Johnson skillfully launched a plan that eventually led us to an impressive financial settlement plus she successfully negotiated a long-term contract for a substantial amount of money with a billion dollar corporation. Yes, she appears to be a gentle and calm dispositioned woman but there's a raging spirit within her who will not be intimidated by powerful big business and she will continually fight and strategize until you succeed in your cause. I contacted Mr. Steinacker several times, both through a text question-and-answer system and in phone consultations. My questions were about Estate law, Trust law, Real Estate law, and Personal Injury law. He impressed me as competent in each of these areas.
His answers were consistently thorough, direct, well thought out, and helpful. He explained the topics and issues clearly and in plain English.
In our Q and A messages, when the answer depended on information that my question didn't supply, he outlined the major alternatives; and described what additional information he would need to give a more specific answer.
In our phone consultations he used the time efficiently -- with little or no digression or redundancy, at a quick pace but without rushing. His manner was collaborative and respectful.
I would definitely take advantage of Mr. Steinacker's services again, in any of his legal practice areas.

Great family lawyer
Thomas helped me and and my wife with a child custody battle over my 7 year old twins. He was clever and seen things I did not see and communicated his angle and approach to my case with a very difficult ex that was trying to ruin me in every possible way. Amy, his legal assistant kept me informed and calm in tough times as well as she was there for us whenever I struggled with a question or expressed a concern to her. Both Tom and Amy are a great team and we are so blessed to have found them. Long story short, we got the outcome we were asking for which was AMAZING. All we wanted was access to our kids and he got us a 50/50 split. We pray every night and include them in our prayers and express our gratitude over the settlement. I was represented by John Forsythe from Campbell/Barnett Law Offices in Puyallup, Washington. I had been involved in a car accident in which I suffered some injuries from a non-insured motorist. I've worked with Jeff Allen since 2015 and have spent over 30k with him. I feel like he didn't represent me to the fullest and was straddling the fence this whole time (which is not what you pay a lawyer to do). I am a young single mom business owner, I have primary custody of my daughter and her dad gets visitation, that's great and all, but dad rarely comes out to see his daughter. Can still count on all my fingers how many times dad has been out to see his daughter since being born to now at almost age 6. Imagine only seeing your child less than 10 times in 6 years. Jeff Allen was my lawyer and drew up the parenting plan for court and due to the verbage he used in the parenting plan (which has been confirmed from 3 separate lawyers) there's nothing to hold dad accountable for establishing a solid relationship before I have to send her across the country at age 7.
He now does business law and no longer family law so he can't help in modifying the parenting plan & there's no threshold for modifying due to the verbage he used.
Being a business owner myself I was willing to keep him. But at this point I will no longer be doing business with him because I cannot trust that he will fully represent me and I will not recommend him to any fellow business owners

My wife and I have had the opportunity to work with the Nelson Law Firm a couple of times since the late 1990's. Mr. Lawrence Nelson is a local icon and efficiently represented us in securing the land our current home is on. Subsequently I hired Ms. MaryGail Carver to advise me on commercial real estate issues, and now consider her a personal friend. In the summer of 2019 a residential real estate opportunity presented itself unexpectedly that required us to act quickly. At that point we met Jeffrey Allen, who quickly assessed our situation and structured a Purchase and Sale Agreement for us. Much of the work of moving the negotiations forward were performed by Mr. Allen while he was on a previously scheduled family vacation - definitely service above and beyond expectations. We were highly impressed by Mr. Allen's work and will contact him again if a need arises.

First consult it was immediately apparent that he was colleague of and had spoken with opposing attorney. He used profanity and attempted to badger me for info to provide to opposing. After his unprofessional attempt to belittle me, he said he was unable to represent, which he knew before waisting my time to gather information.
