As confusing and frightening as the criminal justice process can be, you need a fighter with the level of expertise and reputation as Robert Keller.
My case was a PAC 4th and after difficulty achieving a more favorable outcome with my previous attorney (the “deal” we were offered was 3 years prison and probation), a family friend referred me to Mr. Keller. I immediately felt at ease and that my case was in the right hands after our first conversation. Mr. Keller asks questions and listens as much as he is diligent in examining the case to clearly outline the process and possible challenges and outcomes. He kept me informed every step of the way and I felt my chances for an acquittal or dismissal were very good. And that’s exactly what he delivered. Within a month, my case was dismissed and I was able to move forward with my life.

I was in a divorce case evolving into a more complex divorce case over time as more n more came out that was happening in my marriage behind my back, even when I anticipted a kosher/easy divorce than I had foreseen when I filed.
I went to a well know atty that then began to put me on the defensive as his client, I had to prove to this 1st atty that I was not who my atty & ex, & ex’s atty was making me out to be. He seemed to be siding w my ex after a few months rather than giving me full support…it was “just take this, u already are getting enough and who cares that ur husband has had a girlfriend.”.
Obviously onto atty #2, this was a flat fee for service….bad idea, it became “forget this and that, let’s just get done and finalized” but I felt strongly on issues I personally had and wanted to address in my case and that need attention by my atty and representation to fight for me.
Both lawyers #1 & #2 were afraid of my ex’s lawyer and wanted to look “good” for her, who is/was the President of The Law/Bar Association of WI.
So I began to search for atty # 3, which can sometimes look poor in the eyes of some judges (& atty’s), but I needed 100% support for me and my kids, a strong atty and one that help focus on and address my issues I cared about….. that were almost pushed to the way side by my 1st two atty’s.
Plus, when calling around for my 3rd atty, I had to find one that was not afraid of my ex’s atty. Atty Philip Trampe’s team assured me he is the one to go w in Racine Co….he was originally referred to me by a Waukesha/Milwaukee co atty and swore that Trampe (represented Racine Co.) will side w me and also be open n honest enough to tell me what truly is fair during negotiations, and since it was a high emotion divorce, atty Trampe was able to me focused if I got off track or reeled me back in if my emotions flared up.

Should of went to jail but Mr. Cafferty got possesion charge dropped. Only had to deal with ccw permit violation and paraphernalia charge. Luckily I didn't go to jail and ended up on probation. Not happy about probation but better than going to jail. Very happy with his work. Could of been a lot worse with a public defender. Definitely worth the money even if you have to borrow or put it on the credit card. No amount is too much to have stuff dropped off your record. Something a public defender will never be able to do for you.

My mom hired Tim to do A Trust for her assets. My first thought mom didn't really need to spend this kind of money. And we could have probably could have done this on our own. But once passed away I realized very fast I am glad we didn't. Tim and his staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in settling my moms estate. The decision to get a divorce was the most difficult decision I have ever had to make. There is a roller coaster of emotions that go along with making the decision. Most notably is the fear of not knowing how it will affect your time with your children or how it will impact you financially. Another important factor was the fear of being judged for your decision. Once the decision was made I was referred to the law offices of Hostak, Henzl & Bichler by a friend. I set my first appointment up with Jen and immediately knew that I was in a safe place. My best interest and the interest of my kids was going to be her priority. Once the process was started she kept me informed every step of the way. If I had a question about something she was quick to get back to me with an answer. All important court dates were set up immediately, and I was able to see a light at the end of the tunnel very early on in the process. The same level of support continued after everything was finalized. Jen continued to help me through the allocation of property process until everything was complete. Professional, hardworking, and compassionate are words that I would use to describe Jennifer Hemmer. I strongly recommend giving her a call if you find yourself with a difficult situation and all that is stopping you is fear of the process.

I have hired John Campion at 3 different times, all for felony arrests. Every time I have been very happy with my representation, as well as the final outcome. When hiring a lawyer in Racine/Kenosha/Milwaukee, you can't go wrong with John Campion. Not only is he professional, conducts himself well in the courtroom, and is a very capable and skilled attorney, it felt like he actually cared and fought hard to get me the best possible outcome. He was able to see possible defenses and holes in witness testimony and facts that I viewed as minor, but he would use those facts to poke holes in the plaintiffs case. On my last case in 2013, before I hired John, the public defender I had brought me an offer of 6 years prison, 3 years parole to be served after the 21 months I was serving on extended supervision violations. This plea went up to 7 years in, 3 out when I refused to waive my preliminary hearing. I hired John, and by the time a plea was reached about 9 months later, I ended up getting 3 years probation, with no additional prison time added to the 21 months revocation time. He was able to get the plea I wanted the whole time 2 days before we were set to go to trial, which I felt fully confident doing with John as my representation. He saved me nearly a decade behind bars. The first two times I had him he did well for me also. Bottom line, if you need a good, ethical lawyer, you can't go wrong going with John "The Champ" Campion.

Cristina reviewed my divorce decree from 2011 to help me determine if I could request child support to begin after my current maintenance order expires. She took the time to go over the current state law requirements for eligibility and helped with the state calculation to determine the amount. So far, i am beyond pleased with her firm. She is aggressive but yet in a way, most lawyers lack, calm. She is very knowledgeable and she gets things done in timely manner. She keeps her billing very accurate. You will pay but from what I see she's not there for anybody but her client. I can see she is not there to make friends she is there to get her client what they want. All in all the best lawyer I've every retained and I have retained several across the boards of different cases. 5 stars. And her willingness to work with you on payments makes her stand out. Keep in mind I did put down a retainer But not all that she requested and she has afforded me a father a timeline to get it to highly recommend you think of consulting her before making any descions on who to retain.
