After carefully researching many estate planning attorneys I was fortunate to find the Law Office of Vidhya Babu. I was impressed with the thoroughness of Vidhya’s website which addressed many of my concerns and the positive and respectful experience and ease of our communications. Additionally, I was grateful that Vidhya was available via Zoom by which we were able to conduct all our business to my satisfaction. I took all the time I needed, and Vidhya patiently and professionally addressed all my questions. Since I had spent many months researching, I was relieved that Vidhya was able to simplify and implement the process of restatement of my trust to comply with current law, and ultimately that would allow my document to remain current in changing circumstances. Doris drafted my premarital agreement in 2017 and, 7 years later, helped me with my uncontested divorce. My prenup left no margin for error and allowed me to confidently enter into a marriage contract without concern for my assets. When the unfortunate time came, she guided me through the divorce process and ensured my premarital agreement was upheld and, even more importantly, my custody arrangement was amicable and the terms were favorable. Vernon is an outstanding Lawyer. I met him back in 2003 on a case i had in San Francisco. Needless to say he was brilliant. I then used him again in 2008-2009 for a MTR case in San Francisco. Once again brilliant. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for an attorney that cares and that will get you the results you deserve. He is highly respected and respects his clients. Jeffrey was prompt with follow up when I initially reached out for a consult. He helped me better gauge the situation I was in and wasn't trying to get me to pay for a consult if I didn't need it. Ultimately I didn't need to pay for the consult, but I still appreciate him listening and helping me confirm my judgement on the situation as well!

Jeff is an incredible attorney and extremely knowledgable about labor laws. I contacted him after being laid off since my situation with my previous employer seemed like it could potentially be a bit out of the ordinary so I wanted to know more about my rights.
My previous employer had made some requests that I found out via Jeff to be legally difficult to enforce. He was able to quickly cite specific laws that prohibit my employer from making such requests.
He did a great job of setting my expectations for what was possible and letting me know what may or may not happen.
I appreciated that he got on a call to answer my questions promptly even while out of town and his advice was much appreciated.

I hired Ryan after initially engaging another lawyer that, as I progressed, I felt was not the advocate or legal counsel that would represent me like I needed to be in a messy and complex bankruptcy case. It involved issues with the IRS and FTB for back taxes along with "Substitute for Returns" for several years. Through it all Ryan was professional, timely and provide strong legal counsel with the tax issues. He clearly demonstrated to me he was going to be the advocate who would get me the best result in resolving the matters with the Bankruptcy Court, the assigned Trustee, along with dealing with the various other creditors involved in addition to the IRS and FTB. He walked me through the process and had me ready for the meeting of the creditors and advised as to how to present my case to the trustee and the valuations of property that were provided to the Court. In the end he demonstrated to me that he was engaged in the case and went all in on providing me the best legal advice for the situation I was in and needed to extricate myself from to move on with my life. It was not all about incurring legal fees but rather providing sound legal counsel to resolve the issues and being a true professional in all respects of the bankruptcy . Ryan has a good "bedside" manner that clients will need and in the end he has earned their trust and apprecation as well.

I just finished my case with Ryan Wood. I have never filed bankruptcy before and had $160,000 in debt. I make well over six figures and things were so bad I was borrowing gas money from my brother on occasion. Sad, I know. I was totally stressed out. Depressed. I was trying to research online and figure it out bankruptcy on my own. I knew because of my income I had to pass this thing called a "means test." It seemed I would never be able to qualify. I was very discouraged, but my brother who has filed bankruptcy in the past kept encouraging me to file. I called around, talked with three bankruptcy attorneys and ended up meeting two in person. One was Ryan Wood, who I ultimately went with. Sheesh, I don't even know where to start because I JUST found out my case was closed a few days ago, and I still can't believe it! I have such a weight off of me. Ryan was amazing. He is so friendly and encouraging. I have worked with lawyers before, and Ryan is NOT like other lawyers. He is nice. He is real. He is down-to-earth and... a little quirky, haha, but that adds to his personality. As a lawyer, of course he is busy, but he was reasonably responsive to my communications. He even called me once while he was sick as a dog to check in with me. He sounded like hell. At one point the court asked for further documentation. Of course, I panicked, thinking "well this is it, They are going to reject my chap 7 request." Ryan help me stay calm though. We got the documents together for the court. Ryan reassured me sometimes the court asks for clarifying documentation. He walked me through what the plan would be if my case was rejected. Well, it never happened. Ryan did a great job, and I have my life back. The collectors have stopped calling. My credit score is already up in the 600's since I don't have any more late payments. It started climbing soon after I filed. I did not expect that. And, now, I have money in my pocket again! Thank you Ryan!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Client reviews was how I found and decided to retain Bradley Bayan, so it seems only fitting that I contribute one to help others who are also struggling to find an amazing family law attorney. I approached Bradley with a case that has a long and complicated history and messy through no fault of my own, and in distress due to my ex's continued malicious antics. He was able to quickly decipher the facts of my case and start fighting hard for me. He is available and supportive, flexible and kind; highly skilled and experienced to say the least. It was easy to tell that he is gifted in dealing with narcissists and their enabling attorneys and quickly shut down nonsense and helped the court focus on the core issues based upon facts and history, complete with results on obtaining a ruling accordingly. His hard work enabled me to breathe easier following years of needless conflict and stress, and I truly could not recommend any other attorney more confidently. We had a great experience with the Moran Law Group. They are experts in their field and provided us with great education, support, and all the tools required to settle our case. They told us what we needed to do and when we needed to do it. They literally took care of everything from top to bottom in the 5 years we had to go through this. We had a lot of questions throughout the process and they always answered us in a timely manner. It's very challenging to have to go through something like a bankruptcy. We couldn't have imagined using any other firm. We were very grateful for their support and experience. We really felt like we had a team behind us. Once I got past the consulting fee and met with Cathy Moran, I felt confident - and honestly hopeful - that she would take care of my case, having a favorable result. She set expectations about my case at our first meeting, in the end she and her team over delivered. I am very pleased with the result and my Chapter 13 payment schedule.
Cathy is a straight-shooter - she can be personable - and if she senses time is being wasted, you will know it. If you retain her services, she and her team will let you know what documents and information is needed from you. Don't miss these deadlines. Most of the time that I spent was near the beginning, where the initial work consumed a few hours of time. Make it a top priority and don't procrastinate. After all, it is your financial future.
As for communication, Cathy's office is good in keeping you in the loop on the next milestone in your timeline. If you have questions, be concise, specific and send via email; you will receive a quality response that is also concise.
Cathy's team of another lawyer and paralegals have talents in different areas, each taking care of a different aspect in my case. I am very grateful to all of them, they allowed me to live within my income and have a life with my family. After receiving the judge's confirmation of my plan, I feel like I have been given another chance, and I know where I'm at financially.
I later found out that Cathy is well known and respected among other bankruptcy attorneys in the Bay Area. She is also known to have set precedence in court, fighting for the rights of bankruptcy filers like me. She is very experienced in bankruptcy law. Although I was not surprised to learn these details after knowing Cathy, I was reminded that I was very fortunate to have crossed paths with her and to have retained her services.

It is difficult to face that you need to go into bankruptcy. I retained Attorney Cathy Moran. She was very professional and non-judgemental about my situation -- I was already beating up myself. She is very professional and I felt very confident in her knowledge of bankruptcy law and submission requirements. She was very responsive anytime I had a question. I really appreciated that she would respond quickly to my questions. In addition, her office staff was equally responsive regarding general questions or responding to my occasional requests for copies of documents. I started with Andrew as my civil lawyer, and after frustration with my family lawyer, I hired Andrew for my family case too. Andrew and his colleague, Lindsey, are the strongest attorneys I would vouch for. Extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. My former attorney made (/forced) me a settlement to share legal and physical custody of my minor. That was nothing but a disappointment. It made my case stretch over and over. When Andrew and Lindsey took over my case, I ended up getting full legal and physical custody of my daughter while the judge was boldly against me in every single hearing and trial. But Andrew navigated the case for me and made me gain full custody of my daughter. Andrew was transparent in presenting the case. He allowed me to express myself in the court. I was facing a harassment case. The complainant and her best friends, acting as her witnesses, had made up a scary story to destroy my life and reputation. When I first read the allegation, it was so well drafted by the complainant and her fake witnesses that I, myself, believed I might have done something wrong. I was confused and had a lot of panic attacks. The next day, I visited my family doctor and I was referred to a psychiatrist. Being experienced by similar cases, the psychiatrist advised me to get a lawyer as soon as possible. I searched the internet and was lucky enough to find Mr. Dean Johnson. He was prompt in answering my call, asking me a few to-the-point questions and giving me an appointment to meet with him in his office. He asked me to prepare documents for him regarding what had actually happened and all correspondences from the investigators and the complainant. When I met Dean in his office, I realized that Dean has already read all information carefully and knew my case as I knew it. Every time that Dean and I met with the investigators upon their requests, Dean showed them that he knows more about the case and regulations than they know and that they are wrong on many facts. As complainant and investigators tried to bring more made-up data to my case, Dean proved them being wrong again. I didn't have to remind Dean of any meeting schedule or review with him the case. He knew all the case details better than I knew them and he was always present at meetings even before I enter the meetings. Dean was a great lawyer and a caring friend by my side. The case was dropped against me after one year of exhaustive investigation. Hail to Dean for being there for me and making sure the justice is properly served.

Dean represented me in a civil harassment case with my lunatic neighbor. When I was served with a temporary restraining order, I knew I needed legal representation. I heard about Dean through a friend. I immediately called him and had an appointment within days. I knew from our first meeting, I wanted to hire him. He’s sharp! A great listener, professional, and organized. Â
On our court date, Dean proved to be everything we needed to win! Our opponent was an aggressive bully and in court his behavior was no different. Dean had no problem putting him in his place. Our hearing was exciting and shocking. After our opponent saw Dean's hearing brief, the bully stormed out of the court room and fled the building. It was a classic hilarious moment! Our troubles were over. The temporary restraining order against me was dismissed. In addition, the judge ruled in our favor by ordering a 3 year restraining order against our neighbor. The bonus to it all…our neighbor was ordered to pay a portion of our legal fees. We couldn’t have been happier with the outcome! Dean totally exceeded our expectations. Thanks to him, we had a few great chuckles and can sleep a little better a night. I hired Laura after interviewing a few lawyers and I have not regretted my decision to hire her. Laura helped me with a difficult custody case and was very knowledgeable not only in family law but understood the financial issues very well and she also advised me about custody violations. I will not hesitate to recommend Laura to anyone in a divorce. She was focused in the trials and didn't waste time on the irrelevant information, that my wife's attorney raised again and again.
All along, Laura helped me focus on the main and relevant issues in the case. She was empathetic and understood well the financial issues and co-parenting issues I faced. She was my first and only lawyer for my divorce, but as I am am lawyer myself, I have worked with a lot of lawyers over the years on various cases. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would! She helped me through a horrible divorce, with a 5 1/2 year battle that ended up in multiple courts (family, bankruptcy and appellate) and involved some awful, incredibly contentious and complicated custody issues. She not only did a great job, she really cared about me, and about what was best for my children. She was (and is) great!
