I am a Transsexual woman and hired Mr. Arems Dilaveri for my attorney to fight an unwarented stop leading to charges of a DUI. Mr. Dilaveri showed me a great deal of respect during our consultation and showed charicter that I had not seen in other offices.
I decided to hire Arens Dilaveri not only because he was reasonably priced but also presented a very strong presense of confidence. After he completed his discovery. He felt confident that my case had a good chance of being won.
After some delay from the prsecution and an accident in which the arresting officer was injured I had my first hearing almost a year later.
Mr. dilaveri discused his stratagy with me and allowed me to be prepared for questions from him and what whould be expected from the prosectors. He was calm and confident and it put me at ease even with being on the stand.
During the hearing he was very persistant and deliberate in his questioning. He was able to keep the officer and the prosecution therein on the defensive throught the hearing. He was able to establish fact out of a situation that the prosecution tried to make seem hear-say in reguards to my testomony. HAsking the questions of the officer that allowed the future questions be me to be allready established as a situation that was most likly.
After the hearing he was reassureing to me about how the days events had gone. He typed up the writen argument that he submitted to the Judge over two weeks earlier than the prosecution submitted theres. He kept me informed of the situation.
Roughly a month after the hearing I recieved an E-mail from MR. Dilaveri that I had won my case and it had been thrown out. With all evidence being suppresed due to the nature in which it was obtain was not legal.
I would recommend this attorney to anyone needing someone to fight for them in court. He is quick, smart, tactful and extremely respectful. I not only recomend him because he allowed me to clear my name but because of these traites. I had offered him this high of regaurd for his work for me before the case was even finalized.

Jerry brings experience not only as a great attorney and legal consultant, but also as a great human being. Jerry brings IQ to the table as well as EQ, and takes extra time to truly listen to his clients. He's one of the greatest. Mr. Perry has an amount of knowledge that can only be gained through decades of experience. we are talking about a guy that likes to win, and hes damn good at it too. He met with me multiple times a week, made sure that nothing was left out. He didn't just talk about the case he got a feel for it, connecting with e personally before anything else. He has this sense about him, so precise down to the littlest details. Multiple times he took his personal car during time i know he would of rather been home with his family and we went to the spots where various things had happened and it was thanks to his hard work and dedication we were able to win (by a landslide). I sought out Nicole to help me in my messy child custody case. My two children and I were in a very difficult situation, where
the safety of my children were at risk. Nicole took the time to meet with me and see all previous documents from previous lawyers and mediations. She took the time to learn our case and come up with a plan to be able to ensure my childrens best interest. She was always a phone call away when I needed legal advice and help in hard situations through this entire process. She knew every single law and process that we would go through and she explained it to me all along the way so that I always knew what to expect. Mr. Braun was my lawyer. I hired him for a restraining order against the person who sexually assaulted me brutally. I was just 16. Not only did he get the job done in the best way possible, he made sure I was okay the entire time and didn't let anyone bully me in court. We won. I was relieved and frankly he had saved my life. Getting that guy away from me was the best thing ever. Do not hesitate, hire this guy. He is awesome. Professional, compassionate, and extremely efficient. Tom represented me last year in a domestic abuse case where my ex-girlfriend accused me of abusing her. Tom was professional and aggressive in my defense. The jury found me not guilty after only 45 mintues of deliberation. I would highly reccomend Tom to anyone accused of a crime.

I would highly recommend Zach. My DUI 2nd degree case took almost 2 years, as the arresting officer was deployed to military shortly after my DUI stop. Zach kept me informed durring the whole process. We had several challanges and he worked each one through to the end. He was empathetic to the situation and still "told it as it is" and not just what i wanted to hear. His office staff was always very polite, patient and kind.
There are higher priced lawyers in town, but i don't know what they could have done for the extra money, that Zach and his staff didnt do for me.

We hired Zach Bauer to represent our son who was charged as a juvenile with criminal charges. It was the most difficult thing that our family has faced. Since my son is a juvenile he could have received a court appointed representative but we saw how little time they are able to spend on cases and hiring Zach Bauer was the best thing for my son. When we met with Zach we did not know what was ahead of us. In our initial visit he was able to step us through the process and tell us what we needed to be concerned about and what we didn't have to worry about and we left feeling so much better. Zach was easy to contact with questions and he was able to work around our busy schedules to meet. Last year I had gotten into a bit of trouble. I had gotten a lift home after a party when we were pulled over. Drugs were found in the car and before I knew it I was being charged with possession. It was a mess and I didn't know what to do. I spoke with a few attorneys and none of them seemed to believe me. They all wanted exorbitant amounts of money and then advised me to take a plea. I was lucky enough to find Brenda. She was the first lawyer who truly listened to what I had to say and seemed to believe my story. Brenda did a great job and was very professional. She always let me know what was going on and never lost patience with me when I called her around the clock. Before I knew it she had gotten all the charges dismissed. I recommend her to everyone.

Tammy was recommended to me from my previous lawyer who had retired and I never thought I'd be able to find another lawyer like my last one, boy was I wrong she is very caring, compassionate, understanding and will work with you through thick and thin she stayed with me after hours on weekends for hours we put everything we had in my case. My case was a very complicated stressful custody case and she stood by me through my worries countless emails and phone calls I'm sure I drove her crazy at times lol and her awesome assistant Kelly but she always was upbeat listened and was there for my son and me.
