Thomas Fabiano has since then, over the years, represented me in other cases and I have always been very satisfied with the outcome from his dedication to his clients. I feel one of the most important things between lawyer and client is communication. Every time I have ever called the office he has always taken my calls. Never am I told that he is busy, or gone, or I will have him call you back. If he is in the office he comes to the phone. I feel that in itself is showing a lot of respect for his clients, and letting them know that he is there to answer any problems or concerns that I might have, and want answers to immediately.
Thomas Fabiano also gets involved on a personal level. He will go out of his way to ask how the family is, how am I doing, and shows interest in you as a person, not just a client. I have had other lawyers way back in the days, but once I found Tom Fabiano, and got to know him, and began the journey of trust, I have never had to look any farther than his law practice.

I can't say enough good things about David. From the first phone call we had, I knew he would be different from every other attorney I spoke with. His response time to emails and phone calls was always done in a timely manner. Even when I knew he was taking time off, he was still replying to me. David never missed a scheduled appointment/call and never missed a court date. We always talked things through, and he gave me a clear idea of what could or couldn't happen and his plan before each court date. David was always upfront and honest with me. I truly appreciate that when you work with David you only work with David. He won't send another attorney who doesn't know your case to court. Your message won't get lost in the receptionists' pile. He is running a one man show and doing a great job at it. I've already told David that if I have to go back to court, he will be my first call.

I got in touch with Attorney Ray based on his reviews and that little voice inside us all. I had a very ugly divorce that most other attorneys were afraid to take on, Attorney Ray went to work and got my ugly divorce done in short order, against a tough opposing attorney. Attorney Ray is the real deal. He is professional, to the point, very knowledgeable, and doesn't mince words, if you are looking for sugar coating he isn't your guy. But if you want an "A" game attorney, he's at another level compared to others I have worked with. His fees are more than fair, and Attorney Ray really cares. Horrible. Just horrible. We thought we were getting a quality law firm to represent us.
However, it has taken tons of phone calls to them to just to get where we are today in our case. It feels as if as if the case isn't big enough (re: enough money for them). And, so, the case languishes and they our very little effort into resolving it expeditiously.
Seek better help for yourself with a different firm.
I wish we could find. A firm that takes action against firms like this one who are lazy and don't do their job.

I used Mike for a long drawn out divorce that lasted about 2 and half years. My son brought a squirt gun to school and got caught with it. I know this is a silly reason to need and attorney. The school board wanted to expel him for one full year for bringing a "weapon" to school. My son should have known better but we felt like a one year expulsion was too extreme. Paul represented us for the school board hearing. While doing some work on the case he discovered that the school district was not protecting my son's rights under the law regarding his 504 plan. Paul made sure everything was done by the book. He also opened up communication with the school board's attorney and got them to agree to a one month suspension that won't go on his record. If you need an educational law attorney, Paul is your guy!! It's obvious that he genuinely cares about his clients and what they are going through. 5 stars, highly recommend! Thanks again Paul!

I literally had one of the most difficult cases known to family court with a bitter ex that made up lies and dragged me into court yearly for 16years of false allegations and manipulation to the point I almost lost my son. Estate Planning with Pet Trust:
Estate planning is something that is easy to put off. It’s not fun to think of one’s own mortality and I put it off for a long time. After all, I reasoned, I don’t have much money or many possessions to leave others. But I do have pets that I want to be assured will be appropriately cared for after my death. Kathy Johnson walked me through the process of creating end of life documents, and, most importantly, a pet trust.
It wasn’t easy thinking about being separated from my beloved pets but Kathy gently guided me through the process of determining who will assume responsibility for them and how they should be cared for when I no longer can. She was endlessly understanding of my myriad questions and requests, patiently explaining to me all of my options in ways easily understandable for a non-legal mind. She made astute and intuitive suggestions so that I now feel assured that when I become incapacitated, any pets I have will continue to live their best lives in the homes of trusted friends.
After she created the required documents and saw that they were all duly signed and notarized, she presented them to me in a lovely binder complete with easy to read instructions for whoever might need it someday. I feel that Kathy left nothing to chance, detailing every aspect of my end of life requests and from her estate planning work on my behalf, I derive great peace of mind.

Kathy Johnson’s assistance was invaluable to me as I started my new, small business. She helped me understand Illinois laws, so I could make an informed choice about the legal structure of my business. Kathy obtained all of the required state and federal business identification numbers and permits; she registered my new business with all the required agencies, providing me with copies of the completed documents. And now it is over. Mr. Hart was consulted by me and my husband because we were in over our heads financially. We made poor financial decisions through and through. I remember spending hours at a time sitting at the table trying to pay bills. Sitting down once a month to pay bills became three to four times a week. I cried so many tears. We needed help and went to see Mr. Hart. I picked him from a random list and am so grateful that it was him that we consulted. We hired him at the end of our first meeting and I remember walking out of his office feeling like I could take a step back and breathe. “Please email me or call me anytime you have any questions” he said. I found the Springer Law Firm on line and called them up. I was able to have questions resolved over the phone.
After meeting with Mr Springer I was told of my options and was not pressured into anything. The consultation was free even though I didn't file.
I had checked out other firms and was surprised to find out how much they charged. I even asked him how much it would be before I chose to not file. He had told my the price and I was surprised at how much less it would have been to go through him.
I highly recommend this firm! They are the most affordable, with the highest quality of work (at least what I experienced). They were always responsive and proved to be knowledgeable. I hate to think how much I could have paid if I was convinced to file with another law firm. It's nice to know there are people out there that don't try to take advantage of you.

Attorney Patrick Moore accepted my personal injury case after another law firm (which claimed to specialize in personal injury cases) withdrew from the case. The original law firm had my case for 4 years, and their stated reason for withdrawal was that my medical records did not clearly support the insurance claim, and the case was therefore too complicated. Because the case was 4 years old, no other lawyers wanted to even look at it, but Attorney Moore agreed to review it. He accepted the case without hesitation, and was successful in getting the insurance company to pay on the claim without going to Court. There was no hype or sugar coating. He always responded promptly to my phone calls and emails, and provided updates as developments occurred. Brian Morgan was recommended to me when I had a contract dispute with a Rockford Roofing/Siding Contractor. This contractor did not deliver on services promised. When there was issue with the quality of the work done, the contractor refused to finish the work and demanded payment in full. I sent them a check for the work that was finished, and the contractor used family legal representation and sued me. Brian Morgan gave me a fair estimate at the beginning of the case and then did more work than I expected as the case dragged out completely fulfilling his part of the original agreement. Brian uncovered discrepancies in the contractor’s contract and pointed out multiple instances where the contractor was clearly attempting to defraud me. Brian exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to reach a final settlement. I don’t know if that contractor learned anything about customer service, but Brian clearly understands what it means to deliver top value at a fair cost. Brian has a firm grasp on contract law and made no secret that he does not like dishonest contractors. His actions speak for him.

Brian Morgan is the attorney for you if you need criminal, Dcfs help etc. He is honest and trustworthy and very, very knowledgeable about the law.
