Honestly I can't say enough about this Lawyer I've had my share of lawyers but by far never had one who not only allowed me to make payments but gave me a reasonable fee for what ended up being a 3 different court probation violation I never saw 1 minute in jail...(which everyone knows the first thing that happens on a PO Violation is that your held) Paul held me responsible, he is a straight shooter very upfront n honestly about what to expect never once guaranteed no jail time but definitely after watching him in all 3 courts without question I feel very confident to have Paul as my go to Lawyer for anything criminal!! He's worth every cent you pay!! Paul also gave me a awesome referral to another lawyer for my sister for a NH case it's really to bad he doesn't do NH Law!! But his referral was also very amazing as well!! So super grateful for meeting Paul I'm so confident I wouldn't hesitate to call Paul everytime!!! John and his team took over a case for me that involved a very difficult attorney on the other side. My case was floundering due in large part to bad lawyering by my previous attorney. John is thorough and careful to document everything in a way that reduces the chances of problems down the road. He does not have a combative or emotional practice style (combative is very expensive for you) and will help you to take some of your emotion out out of the process. He is assessable and responsive (and I am short on patients). His hourly rate is on the high side but his billing practices are very reasonable. The saying, "you get what you pay for", is especially true when it comes to lawyers representing you against a party that wants to take as much as they can from you.

I feel so fortunate to have had Judson Pierce represent me in my workman's compensation claim with the City of Boston. Judson for our initial meeting was kind enough to come to my house and explained to me in clear understandable language what my options were in making a claim. I was injured while at work and was out of work for over one year. Judson worked with the City of Boston lawyers, my doctors and other people involved with the case for over one and half years. He was always accessible, either through email or telephone calls. I always felt invited and that my case was his most important at the time. The law office staff were always clear and would provide messages to Judson for me. I was in court three times and each time Judson was totally prepared and presented my case to the judge in a clear amiable way. Recently Judson was able to work with the City of Boston and get a settlement for me. I can't thank Judson and his law office enough. I feel so fortunate that he was the lawyer on my case. I own a retail computer repair shop in Gloucester Massachusetts.
We on occasion have the need for data recovery services. We were solicited by Fat Guy Bald Guy Computer services in 2015 and inn the hopes we would use their data recovery service. We obliged and availed ourselves of their services which initially were excellent. Over time however the level of service deteriorated to the point where we could not contact them either by phone or email in regards to 2 hard drives we had sent them for data recovery. Upon speaking to Richard he immediately researched the company and located their legal name and drafted a demand letter which he promptly sent to them. We are awaiting a response. Richard is the consummate professional and his knowledge in these matters is exceptional. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal assistance or advice.

Denise was the third attorney who represented me, as the Personal Representative, in a highly contested and litigious probate estate that spanned 10 years. Unlike my prior attorneys who had represented me in this case, she was diligent in her representation and I found her to have the highest level of integrity and legal expertise. I hired Denise after having a poor experience with a lawyer that was recommended through family. My father had passed away without a will and I needed to become the representative of the estate. After waiting 4 months on the other lawyer and taking time off from work to travel to Massachusetts to meet with him I hired Denise. In less than 10 business days she had me appointed as the representative of the estate. I also had to go through probate court for a license to sell my father's home and she handled that process even faster. You always hear stories that Mass probate court is a nightmare but Denise made the process seem easy and seamless (although I am sure she had to jump through hoops to get everything done so quickly). We conducted everything via phone, email and mail. She made a very emotional and stressful process manageable.

Rob helped represent me after I was rear ended in my car. I was in considerable back pain and he started out by giving advice on courses of treatment that may be helpful, and I ended up with a chiropractor that totally helped bring me back to health. My experience with Mark at Sweeney Merrigan Law greatly exceeded my expectations. As difficult as this process has been, it could not have gone any smoother working with Mark. When I first reached out to this firm, I included a blurb about my case and Mark reached out immediately. My case was complex, but he did not dismiss it. Instead, he covered all the details with me and sent me an article that resembled my medical situation. He kept me in the loop as he consulted experts and he continued to update me for the next three years. Any time I reached out to him with a question, he responded quickly. He checked in with me every so often to discuss the case and he made sure that I felt prepared for both the deposition and the settlement meeting. Andrea was referred to us by the bank my father in law uses. She offered one hour of free consultation to help us get my mother in law onto Mass Health. I was trying to do it myself but was way over my head. My father in law was apprehensive about what it was going to take to do this. Andrea calmed him down and took her time to explain everything. We hired her and she was great to work with. She kept us informed every step of the way. She was so good dealing with my father in law I know I said it before but it isn't an easy thing to do. She answered all questions and used emails most of the time to correspond with us. Going through with a legal matter can be very stressful and I have been very fortunate to have found an outstanding, thoughtful, articulate, honest and caring lawyer with Andrea Gomez. She listens and remembers everything you tell her, even the smallest of details.
Her writing skill are incredible, so much so that the Judge will take notice.
She is very patient with her client (like me) and is always thinking what the next best thing to do for her client will be.
My case has been a difficult case. She has not let that stop her. She tackles it with gusto and follows through till the end. She also has the ability to make you smile when things are getting tough.

Honestly I can't say enough about this Lawyer I've had my share of lawyers but by far never had one who not only allowed me to make payments but gave me a reasonable fee for what ended up being a 3 different court probation violation I never saw 1 minute in jail...(which everyone knows the first thing that happens on a PO Violation is that your held) Paul held me responsible, he is a straight shooter very upfront n honestly about what to expect never once guaranteed no jail time but definitely after watching him in all 3 courts without question I feel very confident to have Paul as my go to Lawyer for anything criminal!! Jonathan recently handled the closing for our home. The transaction was very smooth. I had a minority shareholder working for my company that was just not performing up to our company’s standards and actually blocking its growth. I offered to fairly buy the shareholder out and we came to an agreement and shook hands on it over dinner. A day before the shareholder was to sign she backed out. I found John on Lawyers .com and he was the only lawyer to call me back promptly, as I only had 1 day to find a lawyer before my court date. He listened to my problem advised me that i should meet with him that day, due to certain issues i could not and still took my case anyway. I had reason to need a lawyer not too long ago and John made what could have been a very painful experience into one that I could handle.
