I was issued a citation that I needed to dispute, but not having gone through the process before, I was unaware how to do so. Edgar provided great guidance and when the time came for my hearing, he was very clear with instructions and advice. He was willing to represent me remotely (small town!) and accurately forecast the expected actions of the police who had issued the citation.

Edgar Diaz, was my lawyer for my child custody case. Edgar is a lawyer who was referred to me through the modest means program. I had an initial phone consultation with Edgar where he was very thorough in going over what I was to expect moving forward with filling for child custody. Paul Ferder is the best attorney. My wife while going through a mental health crisis got arrested. The police only wanted to lock her up. The public defender tried to get her to take a test used for felony sentencing. She had misnomer harassment and resisting arrest. They were going to railroad her right to jail. I fired the public defender and hired the best lawyer in the land. Paul lived up to his reputation. He swooped in and got my wife the best deal possible. No jail time, anger management class, minimal fine, and continued treatment with her doctor. During this nightmarish time for my wife and I Paul was that knight in shining armor that we needed. He is equally as good a man as he is a lawyer. He is a kind and understanding person who fought tooth and nail for my wife. We own him are gratitude and thanks. If you are in need of a lawyer don't take any chances hire Paul Ferder he is the absolute best!

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer. John went above and beyond for every single step. He’s extremely kind and caring. I had a job at an establishment that had been underpaying me by classifying my position as salary (the lowest amount a salary employee can be paid to legally be considered a salary) so I was in a situation the more I worked the less I was paid. Not to mention the establishment was abusive to their employees and had other shady practices they engaged in that ultimately resulted In a continuation in the tradition of abuse in that particular work environment. I was unsure about wether I should week legal action for fear of not being able to work on that industry again, fear of the social ridicule I would most Iikely be opening myself up for. Brian helped put my mind at ease he took on the case with confidence and was supportive to my circumstance and situation. He was transparent with every aspect and every stage of the case. I was always in the loop and he was always informative and took the time to make sure every concern and question I had were put to ease and answered clearly. Brian quickly negotiated a settlement which ended up in my favor and was an advocate and fought for me when others wouldn't. This to me is greater than any amount of money. I would recommend this man if someone needs a lawyer that cares about his client and believes in the laws that help protect and keep the system fair and balanced for those who have experienced the imbalance.

I met Ms. Dentinger early on in my process of trying to decide if I was going to proceed with a divorce. From the outset, she was forthright and I felt confident in her advice. She listened to my desired outcomes in the process and kept that as our focus throughout the divorce proceedings. She is an excellent ally, tells you "how it is", and keeps things realistic. She was compassionate to me but was directive and dogged when dealing with the other attorney. Tammy is a very knowledgeable attorney that really understands the process. I really appreciated how she handled my case and the aggressiveness of the opposing side. I worked very well with her. I really appreciated how Tammy would lay out the options and didn't always have to fight w/ the opposing side for the sake of fighting. However, when a issue or problem occurred that required a strong stance, she went to bat. Divorce is a very stressful event. Looking back I really valued her openness to share the pros and cons of various issues/proposals, and her ability to change tactics based on her knowledge of opposing attorneys. The opposing attorney in my case was known for being rather aggressive and argumentative. At the onset of our legal relationship, Tammy predicted what he would likely do and how we would respond, or even not respond. I am very pleased w/ the representation I received from Tammy and her staff. Tammy and her team always responded quickly to my calls/emails and was always available to answer questions. I would strongly recommend Tammy.

Ronald Downs handled my car accident claim, that has gone on for nearly two years, and has handled everything exceptionally. I hired Ron to represent me in a Personal Injury Claim involving a Motor Vehicle Accident. He was there for me through the entire process from filing the tort claim to arbitration. We contacted Lori Jenkins for my husband to adopt my four children, all teenagers. She was very knowledgeable about any and all questions we had. She handled our case with care and efficiency. My husband and I hired Lori initially to help us terminate my Ex’s legal rights to my son and allow my husband to adopt my son. It ended up being a long, brutal, custody battle with my ex who had resurfaced after being absent for years from my son’s life. Lori fought hard for us, prepared us every step of the way, took time to listen to us but also told us ways we could cut costs by handling certain things ourselves. She told us our options along the way and explained why she recommended one option over the other. She helped us see things realistically and at times helped to reel in emotions and keep things focused on our son vs my ex. With her help we were able to come to a sustainable agreement that kept our son safe. My ex was granted supervised visits that would graduate to unsupervised, then overnights, then short summer visits then eventually 3week summer visits. Lori told us this was the best solution to give him time to prove himself or enough rope to hang himself. It’s been over 5yrs since that arrangement was made and he has still never had an unsupervised visit and only maintained contact for about a year. Lori still touches base with us to see how we are doing. Our son turns 18 next year and Lori will be handling the adult adoption case for us so my husband can finally legally be named his dad. We can’t thank Lori enough for all of her hard work and dedication. If you’re looking for an attorney you can trust with your children’s lives, look no further.

Elizabeth has been our children's attorney for over two years now. As noted in other reviews, Elizabeth's prior experience as a teacher has been of immense advantage to our children. She has been able to successfully navigate our children from one school district to another, along the line transitioning from a private school/public district ISP, to a public school/district IEP.
We greatly appreciate her ability to finesse situations, and letting us know what is reasonable and what may not be reasonable for both parents wishes and schools requirements. We have not needed her to litigate so could not speak to that, but more importantly Elizabeth's skills have been able to get to the outcomes our children needed for their successful education. Very thorough and explicit with the district in meeting needs, and has been able to do so while maintaining an appropriately positive relationship with us and our children's teams. One of the few times I genuinely give five full stars, or 100%.

Ms. Palmbald is a lawyer who specialize in the estate. She is detail about explaining the specifics, and the choices between a will, and an estate. Ms. Palmblad parperes all paper work, and will mail the form to your doctor, bankers, friends, and etc. to sign. You can call her anytime of the day if you have questions, she is very helpful. She does not give you an answer if she does not know but she will check into it, and get back with you. Very professional lawyer, I had recommend her to a lot of my friends about how important it is to have an estate done. The money I paid her was worth every penny!

I can't say enough about Grant Cook, representing me in two different cases. In two separate courts. One case against a landlord. The other a family court matter. I found him to be thorough and an excellent communicator. Kept me in the loop with information as he received it. Chelsea Armstrong came highly recommended related to a matter of my wife being owed an unpaid judgment. In an effort to evade payment, the person that owed the judgement resorted to legally harassing us instead. Chelsea stepped in immediately, was proactive, communicated extremely well, was rock solid on follow-through, was highly accurate in her work and legal assessment, took up the matter in a hearing that she initiated, and was very effective in shutting down the nonsense. Chelsea is compassionate and empathetic to parents in custody battles. She looks at the individual circumstances of each divorce and knows when it is appropriate to ask for more or less than the default parenting plan. Chelsea Armstrong was my attorney for close to three years and in that time she helped me immensely. I went through a very nasty divorce that was fueled by a bitter ex. Along the entire process which eventually led to the Oregon Court of Appeals, Chelsea was great. She was very informative of our odds of winning at every stage. She was able to educate me on the case and give me great advice. At each junction I was the one making the ultimate decision with the help of her legal expertise.
Quite often in a bitter divorce case it feels so traumatic and devastating to your life, in that aspect Chelsea was outstanding as well. I would talk to her and every time would feel better, and if I just followed her directions and did as she said I would be fine in the end. My ex had an attorney that just tried to do everything the old school way which inflates the cost. Chelsea really tried to keep the costs down as much as possible by thinking outside the box. I truly believe that you are so much more than just a case number to her.
