We used Mary and Bay Wealth Legal Group to create our entire estate plan (trust, will, health care directive, power of attorney, etc.). She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and reasonably priced. In short:
- She gave me a reasonable price quote (and for more straightforward documents, she will charge a flat fee). When she anticipated that she would go slightly beyond the quoted amount (reasonable in the circumstances), she gave me a heads up in advance.
- She was personable and easy to discuss very private matters with (such as our finances). She gave us good advice and helped us think through the issues without being overbearing.
- Each time she sent us documents, they were accompanied by a very helpful and clear cover letter that called our attention to the important details and spelled out what steps we needed to take.
- She was organized and timely.
- She helped us with the entire suite of documents (trust, will, health care directive, durable power of attorney, etc.).
Very professional and highly recommended.

I had a highly troublesome tenant situation in Alameda County and sought a landlord-tenant attorney to help resolve this issue. My tenant violated numerous aspects of the lease agreement and, frustratingly, continued to withhold rent payments. This situation was incredibly challenging.
Once Sonia took on my case, the situation improved significantly. In summary, we successfully evicted the tenant, and I did not have to make any payments to the tenant. I am extremely pleased with the quality of her services.

My daughter hired Mr. Donig based on the recommendation of a friend. My daughter was hit by a car as she was crossing a street in San Francisco. It was a somewhat complicated case and due to Covid the courts were closed and the case has gone on for several years. Mr. Donig presents immense experience and expertise in this field. Lawyer's Title is the best. Ron Dechaine, Melisa Lozano and Neil Nunes and of course Carey Gorgolinski are extremely professional. The communication and updates are timely and frequent. When a contract comes in with a title company other than Lawyer's Title, we cringe. Every transaction we have done with Lawyer's Title-San Carlos has been quick to close and very smooth. We were referred to Arman Tasheneff by a mutual friend from Kazakhstan, the same country that Mr. Tasheneff is from for a corporate formation in Kazakhstan and legal advice related to import and export business in his homeland. We were impressed that he graduated from a good law school, but were surprised that he was not with a reputable firm as is typical for first year lawyers. We soon realized that Mr. Tasheneff has a strong speech impediment, and is unable to communicate. Although we are sympathetic to his illness and admire his achievement, we had a difficult time speaking, and his communication via email was generally clear but irregular. We thought that he was effective in organizing the corporation, but lacked in practical legal knowledge, and was very student-like in his approach to our immediate needs. We think that although his skills are highly limited and hourly rates too high, he will become a good corporate lawyer in the future. For now, we would not hire him again until he matures as an attorney.
