Attorney Wiese returned my call within 30 minutes of leaving him a message. My wife and I filed our own bankruptcy because we could not afford an attorney. A couple weeks after filing my wife and I had questions about our case. Last year my boyfriend and I were in the backseat of an Uber on I-8 when we got rear-ended. It was bad. The rear bumper came all the way into the back seat where we were sitting, and it is a miracle we weren't killed. We all suffered pretty serious injuries, including the Uber driver.
We all wentto the hospital via ambulance, and thankfully I didn't have any broken bones. My boyfriend got a pretty big cut on his face, but overall, we were okay, just really bruised and sore.
Not long after the accident we decided we should probably hire a lawyer. My boyfriend's mom was aware of Randy Walton and Walton Law Firm so we called Randy. We feel lucky that we did. It turned out that the insurance situation was complicated. The driver who hit us had a low insurance policy, but Randy and Kristen were able to open a large policy that covers Uber drivers. That turned out to be so important, because as time went on, the back pain I was feeling from the accident didn't go away, and I needed a lot of medical care. Plus, it was impacting my job at Starbucks.
Anyway, the Uber insurance company eventually offered its entire policy, but that had to be divided among all the injured parties, including the Uber driver. It all took a little while, but at the end it was really worth it. Randy and Kristen were able to get me to better doctors and ultimately got me more money than I thought was possible. They were really friendly and welcoming, and great about keeping me informed as the case went on. I would highly recommend them if you have a personal injury case.

Last year I was headed home on San Marcos Blvd. when a young kid turned left right in front of me. My car was totaled, and when I got home my back was killing me. Because I have a history of back problems, I went to the doctor and was sent to physical therapy and ultimately have had to get several shots in my spine.
When I made contact with the insurance company for the driver who hit me, I started to get the run around because the kid denied the accident was his fault. I figured I better get a lawyer involved and found Walton Law Firm.
All I can say is that Walton Law Firm was amazing. They demanded settlement and when the insurance company made a ridiculously small offer, we went ahead a sued the negligent driver. After some litigation, the insurance finally paid the entirety of the kid's insurance policy. I had underinsured motorist coverage on my car, so we made a claim for a policy limits settlement against it, and they also made a small offer. I am not really sure what Randy Walton did, but about six weeks after the small offer, the insurance company agreed to pay me all of my underinsured motorist policy. I got the max from two insurance policies.
I don't do reviews much but am glad to give Walton Law Firm five stars. They deserve it.

Suddenly, out of nowhere, right in front of me, I see a crashed trailer turned on its side, blocking the entire single lane transition road. Because I did not have time to do anything but slam on the brakes, I unavoidably drove into the turned over trailer. I suffered a serious injury and am fortunate to be alive.
I contacted a well-known San Diego “royalty” law firm to help me. They didn’t fight for me. I got into a motorcycle accident and decided to pursue a case against the other driver, I couldn’t have asked for a better team on my side. I was in a car accident while driving in Lake San Marcos where I live. The jolt of the accident caused me to hit my head and mouth on the steering wheel, which caused injury to my teeth, as well as hearing loss. I am 85 years old, and my family thought I should hire a lawyer, and I am so happy we found Randy and Redmond Walton. Wow!! Beth is exactly what I needed to save my career. She is extremely knowledgeable of military law, and a lawyer who gives it to you straight! I used her for my ADSEP process and she never once sugarcoated any of the process to include her recommendations, the possible outcome, and her plan of attack. Her attention to detail is second to none and somehow she seemed to always made time to speak with me when I had questions or concerns regarding my case. If she didn’t answer, she set a time so we can talk and called at the set time!

Jag Defenders have certainly shown me and my family the value of never giving up and pushing through to persevere no matter how hard it may seem. Bethany was absolutely amazing in helping me for the past two years. I had served for over 20 years and went through a court martial and later a BOI where I was discharged out of the USMC with an OTH. I had lost all my benefits and retirement, adding to it, job searching proved a real challenge. It was not easy for a while finding work and taking care of my family, but I knew that Bethany and her team were working hard behind the scenes. This is a long road, but one worth fighting for. In the end, she helped me get all my VA benefits, including my disability rating with back pay from my discharge date. She then succeeded in getting my OTH reversed to an Honorable status with a new DD-214. I gave over 20 years of service and now I have my honor restored, benefits obtained, and no fear when it comes to background checks or having to ever again explain why I did not have an honorable discharge. On a drill weekend where I was meritoriously promoted, received Sailor of the Quarter, and where my mentor flew in to tack my rank on, I also popped hot for DAMP. I was spiraled for a month not knowing what to do.
A buddy from a previous command gave me the contact for Bethany Payton-O'Brien, and told me to contact her immediately. In less than an hour I was speaking with Bethany.
Bethany was knowledgeable, highly competent, and most of all, she was sympathetic. I followed her directions and trusted the process. She gave me periodic updates and explained each step before moving forward. 4 months later I was cleared of wrongdoing in my case.

I know Alan from around the community. I needed a trust attorney and met with him. Because of the pandemic, we had to meet virtually using zoom. He was very accommodating. He was able to answer all our questions. Once our questions were answered, we submitted the paperwork. Alan completed our trust docs timely. We hired Mr. Geraci 4 years ago for work. He was fair, always helpful, very professional and especially knowledgable. It was a difficult time for us and he was very supportive and positive. Many times he gave encouragement analagies that things would get better and they did. We share some of those positive thoughts with others to this day, who need encouragement.
Mr Geraci clearly understands his practice, the law and clearly how to best use them in his field for his clients interest. Four years later, we had to recontact him for copies of some paperwork and immediately he responded he would have it to us within 48 hours! It may be hard to find a great attorney, that is kind, that knows his field and offers superior customer service. Yes, it may be hard, but that's because you have not met Mr, Geraci. :-)

Three years ago, I received a DUI. I have never been in trouble with the law, and never thought I'd find myself needing a Criminal Defense Attorney. However, I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Bobzin as my attorney. Because I have a high profile career, I choose not to disclose my name. But what I can say about Mr. Bobzin is that he is an exceptional attorney and DEEPLY cares about his clients. He was informative, thoughtful, and genuine throughout the process of this horrible event in my life. At the beginning of the judicial process, Mr. Bobzin was able to remove jail time to minimal work furlough, and see that I was put on an informal probation - otherwise I would've received a 60 day jail sentence; which would've potentially cost me my career.
After the short work furlough time and 2 years of informal probation, I re-called Mr. Bobzin to help me terminate probation and expunge my record. The results were exceptionally successful! WE WON!
In fact, during my early termination hearing, the judge stated I had only been on probation for 2 years and a few months. Mr. Bobzin jumped in and said "Your honor, my client has been on informal probation for 2 years and 6 months". At that point she reviewed court documents and agreed. After that comment the judge granted early termination of probation. Had she believed/overlooked that probation time period, I would still be on informal probation.
Because of Mr. Bobzin's skill in the courtroom and attention to detail, I have been granted early termination of probation! Further, he is now requesting expungement of my record, which I have no doubt will be successful. Mr. Bobzin is a skilled, professional, and caring attorney. I cannot express how appreciative I am of his efforts to have helped me in my case.

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately due to the nature of my work, I own and operate a plumbing business, I had to cancel our appointment an hour before. They were very kind, offered me to be on the waiting list and scheduled me for an appointment a few weeks later.
