Wyckoff represented me in my divorce. I was in a bad relationship and wanted to keep distance from my partner who kept requesting in-person meetings (which stressed me out). Wychoff went as far as suggesting we:
1. Meet in his office
2. I arrive first and go to room A
3. They arrive and go to room B
4. He will run back and forth between rooms so I never have to see them
5. I'll leave after they leave
Amazingly, they dropped the in-person meetings and we were able to finalize the divorce paperwork over email. He was also great support on the court date when the divorce was finalized. I have other stories of how he helped me throughout my divorce, there's honestly not enough room to write them all here. I couldn't recommend a more supportive and knowledgeable attorney.

Alejandro was a pleasure to work with. My fathers case was very hard and no one wanted to take it. Alejandro was very upfront and honest about the case which I appreciated. I decided to take a chance with him since he was the only lawyer willing to work with me. Alejandro always communicated well with both me and my father about any information he had to tell us. I worked with Mr. McGovern when my wife and I were about to purchase a home. Our condominium association has old and outdated bylaws with legal language that is difficult to read, and we felt that they could cause us problems were we to try to conduct a renovation project. I had a consultation with Adam a few months ago in regard to my property in Somerville that I was trying to expand and turn into condos. The process in Somerville seems to be to be difficult and confusing but Adam was very specific about how it would work and what I needed to get done.

Attorney Dardeno provided legal assistance for the sale and purchase of our homes. He found that the home we wanted to purchase in SOMERVILLE had a fence placed in the middle of two properties that were previously owned by two brothers but the land was never sold or transferred so the land we would have been paying taxes on would be legally owned by the abutting neighbor as the city records were never changed and it would have been a nightmare for us. We bought a different house. Thank God he had the search done back over 50 years. Not sure I explained this correctly but I'm sure you understand.

When we went to Mr. Dardeno, we were in a difficult real estate situation. Without going into too much detail, it was a no-win situation that involved dealing with a party that was less than trustworthy. Attorney Dardeno was tough but fair and, without question, made the best of a nearly unbearable situation. Kenneth Resnik is a lawyer, who has great personal and professional skills. He was always patently and confidentially explaining all options client has and make suggestions, which work the best for defendant. Kenneth, a person who does his “homework” and always prepared for the case.

Richard Landrigan helped me retrieve money from a former employer.
He knew exactly what to do including how to research public information, write a letter and deal with the employer's lawyers.
After sending Richard some documents, he took care of everything quickly, and effectively.
The contract I had with Richard was a win-win. Richard would get a small percentage of the settlement if it did not go to court, and a larger percent if it did have to go to court.
In this case, we did NOT go to court.

I highly recommend Chris Saccardi's services in landlord-tenant legal matters.
We had tenants in our rental property in MA who made endless demands for repairs, got the housing inspector to issue a citation, and refused to pay the remaining rent on the lease (8 months). We were out-of-state landlords which made things more difficult. After going through two other attorneys, we hired Chris to handle our case. We decided to evict these tenants.
At every step of the legal proceedings, Chris:
- patiently and clearly explained the options in front of us, with pros and cons
- described what he thought the other side could do in response to our actions, and things usually turned out the way he anticipated
- dealt with the other side's attorney skillfully and gracefully
- accommodated our schedules, responded promptly to our queries and gave us sound and wise legal advice
- had an eye out for costs. We felt he always had our best interests at heart
- was never patronizing or pushy

I paid for a couple cases review the amount of $100 for the consult, the amount will be deductible in case I hired him. The service that I decided to hire was $300, and maybe because the amount was too low, nobody never returned my phone calls. I left three messages with the secretary and one straight at his voicemail. At my consult he was very rude, he have this "rude personality" well know at the Brazilian community.

I've know jack Sarkisian for several years and considered him a friend or at least more than just an acquaintance. He represented me in my divorce back in 2011 but I dismissed him after 6 months . He treated me with no respect. Looking back there were several red flags that I ignored about his practice style. First, "you have the luxury of being able to pay for your divorce." "it will be the best money you'll ever spend." These are two things he repeated to me often. He took two vacations after receiving two different retainers in representing me. He made no attempt to settle my case upon my request. He did not communicate to me through email or respond to any of my emails in a timely manner. But his biggest failure was his lack of knowledge in understanding the laws on alimony and child support. Attorney Sarkisian argued that alimony is based on "need." This is untrue. It's based on a income level after a child support calculation is deducted if it applies and in my case, I have one child. In his argument over temp orders, Mr. Sarkisian did not point out that to the judge. His calculations in his argument didn't take into consideration attribution of income, medical coverage or outside income in my case rental income that my wife was receiving from the multi family home we lived in. The omission of these facts coupled with his poor judgement in allowing our temp orders to be heard by the most heavy handed judge in Middlesex Probate Court for support has put my case in a never ending cycle. My wife has received an enormous temp order which has left her without any motivation to end this case after 2 1/2 yrs. I requested Mr. Sarkisian to make a motion for reconsideration but he wouldn't do it. I have since dad my new council make that motion and it was upheld as being unfair and unlawful. Mr. Sarkisian was only interested in his next receivable, resented my income level and reveled in my despair. There were multiple exchanges between us in which he insulted me. I can remember an instance in which there was something missing on my financial statement. I have never filled out a financial statement before and made a mistake on what was considered a marital asset. Mr. Sarkisan became outraged. He berated me for an hour and then when I received my invoice he billed me for it. A mistake he made but i got charged for it. We went back to court a second time to review the motion for temp orders and he guarnateed me that I would win the motion. We lost our motion and it cost me 6 hours of legal time at his hourly rate. He begged me to file contempt and when I did the judge didn't react, invoke or rule on any of the 32 contempt violations my wife perpetrated during my parenting time. He was only available between 9am-12am and at the time I believe I was his only active client. Mr.Sarkisian kept telling me, "you need to trust your lawyer" or he would say "I work for you, what do you want me to do." As I shopped around for a new lawyer, a pattern began to take shape. Every lawyer I interviewed, asked the same couple of questions: who was judge, who is your opposing council. When I asked if they knew/heard or had any experience with Mr. Sarkisian, the responses were either they never heard of him or they would'nt comment either way which I interpreted as a negative review. I interviewed three different attorneys who all offered the same opinion on Mr. Sarkisian. When you are interviewing for a lawyer, my advice would be to speak with as many divorced people to find out how satisfied they were with their representation. Most litigants will either endorse their adversaries as being more effective in the divorce proceedings. Divorce cases are decided based upon how ell the attorneys get along with each other. In my case, my wife's attorney had no respect for Mr. Sarkisian. He never responded to any of our request in discovery, never returned any phone calls and generally looked weak during court appearance
