In 2014 paid cash for our house. It was a bank owned property so the price was great. In the contract we knew that there was a tax year that hadn't been paid and we would be responsible for it. I absolutely forgot all about it...YES, MY FAULT..... and just paid our taxes every six months. In 2017 a place called Tax Ease was trying to take the house because they had bought the tax lien. I set up a payment plan with them and began making monthly payments. After paying for a year or more, the county sheriffs were at my door and served me foreclosure paperwork. The taxes that needed to be paid were from 2013. Come to find out that now there were 2 liens on the house because the year in question was split into 2 different "tax certificates" and the had bought them both. They are crooks !!! Anyway, I hired Peter who finally got them to give me a contract and payment plan the included everything. Peter saved my house. Thanks Peter.

If I could give less then one star I would .....my mother went to her for help , she could never get her to respond to her in a timely manner , my mother would be ignored by her for weeks and weeks , she didn't help get anything resolved and in the court like it needed to be , so then when my mother didn't hear from her for about two months looking for a reply and phone call , because my mother desperately needed help after nothing my mother found another lawyer ......now this lady is trying to charge my mother for services ....when she literally did nothing , she got nothing going, she didn't respond , she didn't do her job......so now we have to fight this in court as well ......if you really need good legal help for your own good do NOT hire this lady.
Edit.....she responded to this by asking who my mother is but has replies to her turned off on here....I'm not going to give personal information out on here and go back and forth with you lady , you didn't do your job and looking at other reviews this is not the first time you have gotten a review like mine . It's not right what you did , your not a good person or lawyer at all and everyone that I know will never use you and I hope people read these reviews and move on to hire a different lawyer if they need help and want someone that will actually do their job and not cause more issues just because someone attained a different lawyer when you refused to respond and didn't do what was promised ....the zero response for weeks when someone hires you is so unprofessional then to turn around and try to charge them is disgusting especially in today's world , then making them fight you in court and having to take time out of their life just to prove you didn't do your job is disgusting.....I will post proof when this ordeal is over because I dont want anyone to go through what my poor mother is having to deal with because of this woman .

Donna was great. She is very knowledgeable and very thorough. Her fees are reasonable and she is very comforting and down to Earth. She handled my dissolution, my personal will, and my parents final affairs. Ehen my dad past and she was very good in helping my mom change her will and consulted her well during the transfer of her estate.
She is caring and compassionate and inwill miss her. I will be sure to always refer her services to any family or friends in need.

I've hired Chris on two cases, and both times he did an excellent job. He is very well respected in the legal community, on both sides. All the previous good work, and fostering relationships with people in the legal world has done nothing but further his career. You won't hear a bad thing about this man, that tells you a lot about him as a human. He is to the point without being considered uncaring etc. He knows law clearly, I cannot recommend any one any more than I do this guy.

I had Mr. Klatka prepare all my final paper work and set up a trust. He was very thorough with not only the trust documents but the Living Will , Power of Attorney and Transfer of Deed upon death document preparation and filing. I highly recommend Attorney Klatka!

In 2007, while going through a divorce, I ended up drinking and driving and getting caught. Mr. McGowan was incredibly polite, kept me informed of my options, and represented me truthfully. He was able to lessen my sentence, but still allow me to learn my lesson. When I had another isolated incident in 2008, he represented me again, but with character references to show I had begun to put my life back together. He again lessened my sentence, but held me accountable for my actions, encouraging me to stay the course and stay out of the bars. I felt he cared about my character, as well as my case. And I have listened to his advice and turned my life around. Grateful for his time and knowledge of the system.

It’s no surprise that Donna has a 5.0 star review on Google. She is a fantastic attorney! I was pleased not only with her expert guidance, compassion, timeliness in staying ahead of schedule but most of all her excellent communication! After a hearing had ended, she would send a summary to me within a couple hours and prepared me for the next steps. I never had to follow up with her. She truly cared about me and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you, Donna!

This woman is fake as can be. I have never met anyone so unprofessional in my life. She sent me text messages attacking my character. Telling me I will be found guilty because I called her out for ignoring me, rather then TELLING ME SHE ISN'T INTERESTED!!!!
She will tell you what you want to hear, then ignore you. I wish I can post text messages on here, so you can see what she calls "abusive" and "Constant" All I ever got from her were "I'll call you back" texts, only to never be called back. Now you have MULTIPLE people saying the same thing about her! Shes a fraud! Beware!!!!

We had a horrible experience!! He didn't file a counter-suit when he should have. So when the original suit was dismissed we had to waste more time finding a new attorney to file another case. Before that he would never return our calls or emails. Hos secretary would always tell us he wasn't in the office. If you no longer wish to represent us, have the decency to tell us! Don't just disappear!!
