I’m from Broward county and needed a local Tampa attorney for a situation I got into a few years ago. John was highly referred to me by a paralegal at a Ft Lauderdale firm.Well I thank my lucky stars John represented me. He is the most caring, thorough, and educated attorney you will find. We hired Kara to handle our sister's estate. She explained to me during our initial meeting what I would have to do, and what she would be doing...and we got it resolved with no stress. Working with Mark was an absolute pleasure. I have never been in a workman’s comp case before and had no idea what to do or expect. My Attorney I feel is the best in the S.E. when it comes to family law.
After final judgment my ex wasn't happy with the outcome from the Judge when he found and pointed out that she lied under oath several times and wasn't forthcoming with any of her testimony, so she filed an appeal through her lackluster attorney.
My attorney immediately requested I hire Mark Baseman to represent me which I did.
That was the best thing I ever done in my life to secure my future.
Mr. Baseman and his team worked through the appeal with skills that only come from experience. He reiterated to the appeals Judges with accuracy my ex's very low character in the court of law and won my case.
Mr Baseman was very easy to work with and reassured me every step of the way.
I highly recommend Mark Baseman and this firm for any family law appeals that anyone may have.

Although I did not have custody requirements my divorce was complicated and abusive. I was on the verge of obtaining my US citizenship, I was not permitted to reside at any of our properties (Resulting in me needing to move six times in 2023), We had several properties to liquidate in two countries (multiple provinces/states), There was domestic violence during the marriage and plenty of post separation abuse and abuse of everyone involved in the case, including realtors insurance companies, utility companies etc. Christina assigned my case to Jonathan Bodden (although she did maintain an oversight role) And they both definitely had to think outside the box in order to get all of this resolved while at the same time protecting my Citizenship process and personal safety. And as though things weren’t complicated enough, the governor reduced alimony requirements halfway through the case. Jonathan navigated these issues within a very broken system as best as he possibly could. They were both intensely concerned about my safety (At times it felt like they were the only ones) and all their recommendations made this a priority. Jonathan was always supremely professional in the face of extremely frustrating circumstances.
If you have a difficult or complicated divorce, I would highly recommend Anton Garcia Law To represent you. It still won’t be easy and they can’t make it all go away, but they are committed to representing and protecting their clients even in the worst circumstances.

For the past five years my husband and I have been clients of Anton Garcia Law. When I finally came to the realization that my marriage needed to end I did not know the uphill battle that I would have to endure for the next 3 years, when the divorce was finally over. Richard is very professional and personable. My situation was complex. Many jurisdictions and asset classes. It is rare you will find a divorce lawyer with his background and ability to understand complex securities related issues. I fired three lawyers before I found him. Best decision I made in my whole divorce process was hiring him. I highly recommend Richard to anyone going through a divorce process. Unprofessional and Untrustworthy Firm
Smith & Eulo handled my sisters’s case with complete unprofessionalism and negligence. In the middle of her criminal case, her attorney left the firm, and no one bothered to inform her that a new attorney had been assigned. She was left in the dark about who was representing her, which is completely unacceptable.
On top of that, she retained them for an injunction hearing that took place in June, yet they have failed to provide her with any information about it. Their lack of communication and transparency has caused unnecessary stress and confusion.
To make matters worse, they sent her to sign a legal contract without reviewing it with an attorney—despite the fact that she has a learning disability. This is a serious ethical failure and shows a complete disregard for their clients’ needs.
If you are looking for legal representation that is professional, communicative, and competent, do not go to Smith & Eulo. They have failed my sister at every step of the process.

The state is currently waiting for my attorney to approve and sign the PTI contract. I have not been contacted to discuss the stipulations of the contract with my attorney. They are refusing communication and I have called:

They have not discussed terms of the PTI agreement with me. I will be signing this contract blindly with a learning disability. I have begged for someone to reach out and have only been told “I will have someone call you”. I paid in full while retaining Smith & Eulo, so money cannot be a problem.
My assigned attorney, Nicholas Langenkamp disappeared with no prior notice. During a pre-trial to a criminal case. I retained him for a criminal case and an injunction hearing.The 2 charges were punishable by life in prison.
He showed up to maybe 2 court dates and gave notice of the court dates the night before. No complaints from me, I’m in a tough situation and need everything resolved.
Fast forward, I have court scheduled in November. Shana Bailey shows (it’s normal for your attorney be different each court date). She is very knowledgeable in hillsborough county, we agree to PTI.
During all of this I am reaching out to Nicholas to get information regarding my injunction hearing set for December. I am getting no response. I decide to call Smith & Eulo after a month of no response, December being half over, and a court date that’s supposed to happen in December. ^refer to the call made 12/16/2024.
During this call they let me know that Nicholas Langenkamp no longer works for the company and tells me the name of my new attorney. I am asking questions regarding the injunction hearing, the paralegal is unable to give me answers. So, we agreed and are just hoping that it’s closed?
This is my first time in trouble and I am neurodivergent and lost. No one will speak to me or explain anything. This has honestly been a terrible experience.

I had a warrant that I didn't know about from 2018 for making a false police report. I was issued a warrant and didn't know about it because I had moved out of state and the detective was mad that they couldn't reach me. Mr.Dickstein was very up front and honest with me and gave me all of my optionsfor my case. He was very good with answering my calls and returning them. I was very pleased with him and he was able to get me the best outcome which was a diversion program, where I was able to walk a way with no record. His price was really good, I just had the best experience I could have asked for. I highly recommend Mr.Dickstein.

Honestly, the best lawyer, I’ve had the experience of working with, & I’ve had quite a few! Very professional always there for you 100%, answers the phone unless he’s in court. Michael and his assistant Julie are awesome! They will work harder for you than any large firm, period. They are kind and caring and will make sure that they do everything they possibly can to ensure you get what you deserve for your case. I was in an auto accident and do not have any health insurance. After the insurance company settled, looking at my medical bills I did not think I would get anything out of the settlement other than my bills getting paid. Michael had other plans. They continued to negotiate my medical bills down and I was blown away by how much they were able to get them reduced. Because of this I was able to pay off not only the debt I accrued from having to pay for rental cars to make it to my medial appointments for my injuries and delivery service for times I did not have a rental car but I was also able to pay off additional debt and had money left over. If you are injured in an accident, I highly recommend the Law Offices of Michael R. Herron, you wont regret it.
